We have been going to the Hotel Alexandra for about 25 to 30 years and are always very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The reception is always staffed and happy to help. The bosses and the whole team read every wish from the eyes. Were now again about 2 weeks there and it was very nice. Best regards!

Ordered today and have been very satisfied again, always very happy to order with you, greeting to the kitchen was very tasty.

The hotel has a lot of charm,
The reception East ran towards me at night 0.45 o'clock.
The rooms are functionally furnished.
The restaurant is very nice as you can see in the pictures.

THE beds in the single room are large and I slept very well.
A small note: Replace seals in the shower. The price performance ratio is absolutely top.

This hotel has 4 stars, but in my opinion it deserves only 3 stars! The room was small, no toiletries available! The restaurant was also not good, the food did not taste us! All in all, if you want to stay cheaply you can book it if necessary!

Has had the best years. WAR certainly a very good house.
Our room was large and old-fashioned. The TV very small and hardly visible from the bed.
The cot was so well-located that we had to take our daughter to bed.
Our desire for two glasses of sparkling wine for breakfast probably overwhelmed the staff and got them out of the concept, the sparkling wine came when we were almost finished.
Hotel staff had parked the regular parking lot for 4 euros a night, could be seen at the license plates, so we had to dodge into the underground car park. 8 Euros!
Service connected in the "Blue Bar" more bad than right. Pricestill fine.
All in all not recommended.

Were here for the first time and are thrilled. We also travelled with dog and the reception was great. Our wishes have always been fulfilled. Although it is located in the middle of the city it is very quiet. Highly recommended.

A nice quaint hotel in the middle of the top city of Plauen. The young team, from reception to room service, were all friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet and well furnished. The breakfast was adequate and tasty.
The only downside was the dogs were tolerated in the breakfast room by the staff. It is possible to separate 20 minutes from his dog and it is unhygienic anyway, if it was fed by the keeper with sausage from the Buffett.
Otherwise I felt comfortable at the hotel, I would love to come back.

The receptionist was very friendly, the room was clean and biederer, the staff were very helpful, the rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast was not very good, but we didn't get the hit, it was all there but for example The milk somewhat acidified and the buns made the impression as if they were from the previous day in-house parking available (with surcharge), nevertheless one has to say that effort is given and the staff always do everything to allow a good stay.

Ladies and gentlemen, I have stayed in many hotels in Europe but have never seen such friendly staff as at Hotel Alexandra. The staff from reception to first class service. The rooms very clean and very hygienic the location of the hotel right on the pedestrian area. I can only recommend the hotel, I am always happy to stay here.

The lobby feels good, the room is clean, the only bad thing is that the internet is too slow to endure. And the strange thing is that the sheets are like a thin layer of gauze, which is incomprehensible. The breakfast was good, and it was recommended.

The hotel is located right in the city centre of Plauen, which is really very romantic, with its elevations and winding lanes showing a different kind of old town. The hotel is very attractive and the service at the reception is very cordial, no matter what time of day. Our room was large enough for us three with child and the beds were comfortable. The décor goes from style to royal or whatever you might call it. Is of course also a matter of taste. Otherwise you feel comfortable here and there was nothing to complain about. Who does not get a good overall package and the price is fair. In winter it is possible to toboggan and ski in a distance of 25 km. Plauen is a wonderful city that surprised us very much.

Our hotel stay was in November 2017. We connected this overnight with another booked event by Jochen Schweizer the staff was very helpful from the very beginning, requested for a double room with tub good grace, we have bathrobes, as well as additional pillows available free of charge Put. Very nice and clean. The staff were very helpful. There was also a solution for the defective sauna. The breakfast buffet was rather medium-gorgeous, but we were always tired.

Lovey Hotel. Great Breakfast. Good Massage Therapy. Had a great time bicycling around the beautiful lake just outside of town. We would recommend this to anyone coming to this region of Germany.

There are always people who leave nasty comments. … Which I cannot understand. So the house has charm the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. There was nothing to complain about in the food and even special wishes were fulfilled. So we can say we felt very comfortable.

Lovely cake available for breakfast. Proper dinner in traditional dining room. Our room was cool during spell of very humid weather. Staff were gracious and helpful.

We were this week's guest in this beautiful hotel. The weather was lousy — winter in the spring, but that is the only negative thing we have to report. The staff are all very friendly. Food was delicious, I ate some Flamiertes the first time in my life – is something for the eye. Also we have given us 2 massages, it's class. The masseur is a stunner. Our room was facing the courtyard, so nice and quiet. The room was clean and very nicely decorated, we like that style. Also wonderfully looked after breakfast. There are so many great shops in Plauen, as we have of course also slammed. One can undertake much in the environment. 3 days is too short. We were definitely not the last time there.

We were very friendly and the bottom floor of the hotel showed us. The massages were very good and it was a really nice massage therapist. Also, the location is ideal, because it has a car park at the hotel and at a distance of 50 m from the hotel has all the shops you need. Thus it was that but unfortunately with very good things.
The breakfast was moderate, the Spa maintained, but much too small for a 4 * hotel. The room was functional, but also not a 4 * hotel. The mattress on the bed was too large (1.60m mattress for a bed of 1.40m), handkerchiefs were under the bed were not from us and it was very dusty. Plastic cups were the toothbrushes and a worn out cotton swabs plastic tray in the bathroom.

We had a nice Wellness weekend in Plauen happy, unfortunately, things turned out differently. In this Hotel there seems to be no communication with each other. The cleanliness a a catastrophe in the rooms, inches tall the dust on the bed, on the mirror and on the tray of the table where supposedly clean glasses. The carpet in the rooms is very dirty and the smell in the rooms is one of the purest disaster, apart from that it smelled in the whole Hotel. The Hotel Bar is not open due to "illness" also there are contradictions in the opening Hours. The Spa area had already seen better times, behind the hot tub is the Wallpaper, so moldy it to relax, not to think, everywhere tiles geplatzt out where the pieces lie on the floor, the shower areas severely calcified. The Breakfast the next morning was the upper POPs something I have not yet once in a Landheim seen. I had in the meantime asked whether one hotel stars hotel stars buy somewhere, because this Hotel has a maximum of 2 stars earned. I come myself from the tourism industry and have seen a lot but still not something. The bleak blue Dekoschale in the entrance with the rotten Apples was the Hammer. I work as a tour guide for groups staying at the hotel Alexandra in Plauen. (Travel agents, not the hotel are my client! ) Repeatedly, I hear very positive opinions about this family-run hotel. It is a absolutely personally on the wishes of the guests. Ranging from the Welcome to individual wishes to accommodate efforts successfully, that the guests soon feel at home. From breakfast to dinner, offering rich, delicious is very praised.
Even if I come up with my family or friends in the hotel, I can report only good. Like the four-star I will recommend.

We arrived very late mid week, our room was huge with a bathtub, both the restaurant and the bar including also the spa were still open. The food was also really super tasty, the cocktails! The service was really top! All super friendly and really attentive! And all at really low prices!
So we should have to stay again in Plauen then again and again in this hotel.

My 11 year old son who already (had to) go through all hotels, are drawn as magically always in the Alexandra Hotel, even though he has the freedom to choose. The hotel is located directly in the pedestrian zone in the heart of Plauen.

In the hotel one will fulfils every wish. Was it the extra Spaggetti room for the son or the cocktail service at the whirlpool, practically without time-limit. Particularly important for us.

We have booked an advent flat rate on the hotel website. We were welcomed very friendly in the hotel. The room was large and quiet to the courtyard. A particularly nice attention was the plate of cookies in the room with a personal greeting. A menu was integrated in our package, so we ate once at the hotel — the menu was tasty :-) The spa area was small but fine. Due to the central location, we could go shopping already. The Christmas market Plauen is inviting and the prices were also acceptable, only the snow has been missing ;-) The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the Lady, who was also very nice and helpful. My girlfriend and I found the stay very pleasant and come back like, if it arises.
