Review of Hotel Alexandra 4*

We had a nice Wellness weekend in Plauen happy, unfortunately, things turned out differently. In this Hotel there seems to be no communication with each other. The cleanliness a a catastrophe in the rooms, inches tall the dust on the bed, on the mirror and on the tray of the table where supposedly clean glasses. The carpet in the rooms is very dirty and the smell in the rooms is one of the purest disaster, apart from that it smelled in the whole Hotel. The Hotel Bar is not open due to "illness" also there are contradictions in the opening Hours. The Spa area had already seen better times, behind the hot tub is the Wallpaper, so moldy it to relax, not to think, everywhere tiles geplatzt out where the pieces lie on the floor, the shower areas severely calcified. The Breakfast the next morning was the upper POPs something I have not yet once in a Landheim seen. I had in the meantime asked whether one hotel stars hotel stars buy somewhere, because this Hotel has a maximum of 2 stars earned. I come myself from the tourism industry and have seen a lot but still not something. The bleak blue Dekoschale in the entrance with the rotten Apples was the Hammer. To me it seems as if you only have the daily normal Routine without any rhyme or reason. After our whim after not even 24 hours in the basement was, we looked for another Hotel and was shared with the front Desk that we leave early because we truly do not like to have no reaction to it, we had in advance the two nights booked and paid for, something happens to us a second Time. All in all, a Hotel which is probably already better times had, for me and my companion once and NEVER AGAIN.
