The staff are partly friendly and helpful, partly annoyed-snippy. Cleanliness of the rooms very good. The desire to get some margarine and milk for breakfast was visibly too much. After all, after waiting, there was ice-cold milk for coffee … The bread selection for the salad (dinner) consisted of dried bag bread. One variety — no choice! However, this was only available on demand and reference to the menu … The prices for the food are too high for the average quality.
The location of the hotel is great. However, the hotel has the best times behind it.
For one or two nights but still quite sufficient … the park is compensated.

Overall friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately on arrival but no information about the hotel and offers. No fridge or cosmetics in the room, which you can expect from a 4* hotel. Breakfast could be richer, was rather kept very simple. Several spiders in the room were removed immediately (even late in the evening). The fact that they were extensive was justified by the proximity to the park. Insect screens would be a solution.

Sauna open from 5pm only — to be aware of! Terrible Wi-Fi connection, mediocre breakfast and overpriced rooms. Door for mini-fridge in rooms but no fridge inside.

Fine address to stay overnight. Large hotel room with many amenities. Fitness room, sauna are top. Restaurant as well. Wi-Fi mediocre. The park is ideal for cycling and hiking. Then you saw everything.

Very friendly staff, read every wish from the lips at the wedding party. The food is lonely lace and individual wishes are well implemented. Directly at the park and market place, i. E. Unbeatable location. Great stay.

The Kulturhotel Fürst Pückler Park has satisfied me to the very fullest. The location was very nicely located, right next to the beautiful park. The hotel staff was friendly and the food was very, very tasty and nicely served. The rooms were spacious and very elegantly designed, with good lighting. There was a shed for bicycles so that the bikes could survive the night safely and dry. Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel!

We stayed 4 days as a guest and overall satisfied.
The hotel is exposed, directly at Prince Pückler Park-better it is not possible.
The rooms are sufficiently spacious and very clean. However, if you have a problem with mattresses that are too soft, you will have trouble sleeping well. Furthermore, in rooms to the market place, nocturnal noise disturbance swelled by delivery trucks and drivers of an adjacent bakery is to be expected. Luckily we were able to change the room and then slept wonderfully. Thank you for the uncomplicated solution of the problem!
The breakfast was absolutely sufficient and very tasty-everything fresh! I really don't know what some people have to complain about.
Unfortunately we did not visit the restaurant, so no assessment.
The hotel offers bike rental ♂️ ♀️ we used-were satisfied and had a wonderful day on wheels in the extensive park.
Conclusion: clean hotel in an exposed location with always friendly staff. There are certainly small flaws here and there, but this is often also in the eye of the beholder.

Overpriced — except if you really plan to use the sauna areal.

Surprising Wellne's Total Super. Did my husband give birth early as a gift he had an hour to pack and everything was great it was all were very satisfied to come back.

Great praise to the chef for his tasty food. The staff was also very accommodating. Beautiful hotel, beautiful park, had a great guided tour.

A wonderful hotel with a sauna, a bar, a Restaurant, a Fitness room and a Wellness area. The rooms are nice, clean and tidy. The device is also good. Only the TV is really a joke… totally outdated. But otherwise in order. The bar is also super. The selection is good and the drinks are fine. The Sauna area is the hammer. The sauna's are top. There is also a large relaxation room the really great. Highly recommend to you. The food tastes good and price is cheap in the Restaurant. But it is in the Hotel directly in order. The whole package is a super Hotel and nice staff.

Top hotel, very good restaurant, very friendly staff, quiet location right next to Pücklerpark. Room amenities good, minibar missing. Spa very good.

We can really only recommend.
Room, service, food just mega. We have never eaten so well in our lives nor experienced such good treatment. Also the massage was very very good … the only thing that is really annoying is the W-lan reception in the room. But otherwise zero complaints. Highly recommended …

I liked the hotel. The rooms are spacious, as well as the bathroom, and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is cosy with a non-everyday menu and an upscale price segment.

The hotel is located in bad Muskau directly at the castle. Rooms are clean, tidy and well maintained. We had a view directly in the park. The staff is very friendly, service oriented and helpful. The restaurant offers delicious dishes, which also interpret the regional cuisine. If you are here for a holiday, it is important to take advantage of the numerous offers of the wellness area and physiotherapy. Here you can get a good rest and be active at the same time. Highly recommended!

Spacy rooms and great food.

Only Restaurant: All right, there's nothing to complain about. Food supply is clear, and handmade okay. Limited clientele during the season. However, there is a more contemporary approach to vegetarian alternatives. Price in the healthy midfield. Very nice and friendly service. All in all good and without disappointment, but also nothing world-shattering.

I spent three nights there. And I was very happy. Had my dog, and he felt very comfortable. Had gotten even his own basket with begüssungsleckerlie, from hotel, I found really great. The staff was very friendly, and the Multylinqual was enough choice. Would stay there again definitely.

The service was very good! However, we were handled in a speed, can match a station (to spend a relaxed evening, I would have liked more than 5 minutes between courses). The food is anything but recommended for us! Neither the taste, still setting on or the handicraft art have convinced us! A total of 8 different dishes we would again get only 3. "Bottom line:"More apparent than real! ". " Also very friendly service can't save it.

We had two nights there and were quite happy. The price-performance ratio is correct. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the breakfast buffet is the 4-star of hotel. Otherwise, it is quite sober and functional. It acts as a better spa facility. We probably felt there not really. We were missing that certain something.
The sauna area is good, but very soberly decorated. It lacks the warm and cosy atmosphere, too bad.

Staff of wishes on the room friendly and quickly implemented, professional offers relaxation and care, buffet breakfast, standard room are has no air conditioning and refrigerator, excellent restaurant with fine cuisine and wines, super bike rental for the environment.
