We were 12 people, 6 couples. Rooms divided into new and old. The older rooms do not have a refrigerator or minibar. The newer rooms are very nicely decorated. Parking garage completely overpriced. At breakfast you should pay attention to better table cover, cups without plates do not look so good. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice and close to the center.

It was a real great stay at your Hotel… the staff and the Service were absolute top we can recommend it really and are looking forward again soon… to welcome your guests… Thumbs up.

Rather quiet area, amazing facilities, ie indoor pool and spa area.

I was in City Hotel which has the same location as Radisson Blu but is very old and dirty — when I complained about allergies, staff said they could move me to the Radisson for 20 Euro per night — but online it is a difference of only 30 euro for a week — very deceptive pictures of the rooms for City Hotel online which are actually Radisson Blu pictures borders on actual falsification of what they offer.

Really a great location, but the cleaning staff really made me feel like I had done them a disservice by staying there. The restaurant was convenient, but not tasty. For a conference hotel it was a medium experience. The Wi-Fi connection defies logic. There are.

Dresden was along the route of my travel destination. I've heard wonderful things about the city and decided to stay a few days for sightseeing. This hotel is beautiful. My air-conditioned suite was in the main building. The suite was clean with bold modern decor. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. Here are a few more perks: underground parking garage; indoor pool; sauna; massage and other wellness services; lots of info for things to do provided; onsite restaurant, bistro and bar; lastly, 15 minutes away from the city centrum with easy navigation.

It's not Radison Blu.
Yes, this place owns Radison or something, but it's a pretty old Parkhotel and from Radison there's only a couple of stickers.
It's like buying Abibas sneakers instead of the original: there's no air conditioning in the rooms: dark panels of the GDR-era trim rooms; No cosmetics kits in showers, etc.
As a hotel — solid 4, but as a hotel Radison — 2 minus!

I Absolutely cannot recommend. Arrived at 23. There was an After party in the Courtyard after a Company event. We couldn't sleep until 3Am, we felt like we were on the Fairground. In addition, the Rooms are still very light of hearing and without any Climate.

Not recommended. The staff of the management very unkind. The heating in the room could not be turned off and the air conditioning did not work. Setting the air conditioner would be too expensive, according to management, and would not be employed until May. It was impossible to stand in the room. Only with the threat of our room cancellation would the air conditioning be hired after all. Really annoying!

Beautiful hotel in a quiet location. Rooms may no longer be new, but still in good condition. Downtown Dresden can be reached in about 20 minutes by tram (line 4).

With the local business. Performance is top. The price, unfortunately, too. The rooms might be a bit more modern. Food was great though.

Excellent stayed in the self catering rooms and they are first class bit of a walk but in very nice surroundings…

Interesting concept with separate villas and main building. Accommodation is great with all one may need. Breakfast buffet good with plenty of choice. Huge underground parking and other great facilities. However, but with one or two exceptions, staff likely missed their smiling course.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just as pleasant. Breakfast was good.
Minus: expensive massage in spa.

We were guests for a long weekend and all around satisfied. The wellness area is appealing and the treatments offered are also suitable for the price. The Booked 3-course menu including the wine selection can only be recommended. The room was well kept and clean, the beds comfortable. The hotel bar is well sorted, prices can be argued.

If this is a 3star hotel with prices 30-40% lower than its definitely 5-star review. Hotel interior is like from 90's, standard family room I was staying in was not meeting 4stars at all — room size, old carpets,. When I was booking, I was requesting 2 adults + 2 kids. When we arrived we only had one double-bed, so I was forced to negotiate with reception for additional bed (which was arranged promptly. But still). Facility (pool) was okay, should be little more maintained for 4-star hotel. Food (dinner) was very nice, nice service; breakfast okay. When I was leaving, they forgot to carge me during check-out. :) so they were calling me afterwards to provide them w credit card details. Strange. Never experienced such thing before. And one more thing — they dont speak English well and have difficulties to understand it as well. So if you dont speak German, do some Duolingo class before. ;)

Nice hotel with proper Wi-Fi, only the restaurant was not to my liking and the bistro was closed. The hotel has a nice spa and a proper gym (not just a eliptycal in a hotel room).

Hello, the first impression very nice but that's it already.
Noise nuisances due to faulty elevator, despite not disturbing the curtain was still ringing…
Appointments to the massage are not possible despite a stay of several days.
That's a pity.
Will not come again the sauna area was the only thing reasonable.

First of all, big, very big.
Sprawling complex divided into main house and 6 individual further houses. All Vebunden with a huge underground garage which costs €10 fee per night, not good.
Breakfast very good but also very expensive. €18 per person extra. Does not have to be, there are enough cafes in the area to offer breakfast.
Otherwise, clean friendly and quiet.

Good food at a very competitive price. Friendly staff, in the evening cosy atmosphere in the restaurant. The hotel is also equipped with a pool and spa facilities.

Had there an Akon course with overnight stay and half board. The room was clean and tidy. The food excellent and plentiful. The cocktails at the bar good but very expensive.

EIB great hotel with a pretty cozy flair. All the staff were very friendly and always worried about the best. We did a short break and came across this hotel, which we certainly did not regret. The room was modernized and was very cozy, especially the bed. I had a lot of fun and breakfast and supper were the "hammer".

Light and shade eating — good, but not always ready to do at an event.
Service — Fast and friendly cleanliness — fits sauna — really good… but that I can't see towels for the sauna in the room and then pay 2 euros per towel in the sauna area. — Kopfschüttel — you would have had it for washing anyway… So what's the deal, just at the hotel guest?
Then forgot my quick charger. 1 call, 1 recall and get forwarded for small money. Top the rooms/guest houses you may like to paint once again.

We were unfortunately not satisfied at all. The location is good and the staff also friendly.
In our room the window was broken and the heater was set so low that it barely warmed.
Unfortunately, this was not changed, so we left with a cold. We wouldn't have to pay for it, but we didn't have to go any further.

Das Hotel ist zentral in Radebeul gelegen. Zu Fuß kann man den Bismarckturm und das Spritzhaus erreichen, letzteres sehr empfehlenswert. Das Hotel selbst ist in mehrere Gebäude aufgeteilt. Unser Zimmer im Haupthaus war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennich gepflegt. Empfehlenswert war das Frühstück, welches bei uns im Übernachtungspreis inkludiert war.

The Service was Perfect. Room's were clean as possible, Dinner was Excellent and much more than we thought. The hole Conference Center including the Hotel was absolutly Perfect. I would tell eveey Body I know, to go there and enjoy the Hotel an it's Service.

It is a very nice, well maintained and big hotel! Friendly staff and spacious hotel rooms! Bright and friendly! Nice breakfast buffet and the evening dinner was also very good! A star I had to pull off because parking fees amounting to 9. €50 per day for hotel guests I find covered! What I also do not understand the drink the higher the star category of a hotel is always more expensive, although the quality of the drinks does not change anything! A small surcharge is okay, but you can overdo it too!

I am a bit of a good hotel. The restaurant in the form of a buffet is passable but the problem is to be able to park with a van.

The single rooms I find of furniture and layout practical. A small kitchen is available. The hotel is definitely in need of renovation, both the rooms and the overall hotel. Which is really annoying, that there is no covered connection to main house, or to the wellness area. The staff is very friendly and always oncoming. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Dinner is often not very warm.

Had a conference, it was all mostly well organized — only in the beginning was the air conditioning was not properly regulated and during lunch the service staff did not follow in part with the refill. Gladly again.

We wanted to relax in the radisson blu hotel, but we just couldn't take it and had to leave. Two points for the lovely city Radebeul and for the friendly welcome in the hotel itself. But thats it. We were super hungry when we arrived so we decided to eat first. A schnitzel Wiener Art (means with pork) for 18, 50€! we had high hopes. Although the restaurant was completely empty we were placed very close to the kitchen. Ok so far. BUT it's a conference hotel and there was a conference so while we where staring on the beautiful view of the kitchen entrance. The staff started to prepare for afternoon snack. Moving around things talking standing. Not a very relaxing atmosphere. I am sorry but the whole place was empty. Why would I place paying guests right in front of where I have to move everything? The food we've got was not worth the money. The hotel itself was also not so nice, it is right out of the 90's and it looks like not much has been updated since. For the price range I just expect more! The top part of the bed was used so much that it would have disgusted me to put my head their. The smell in the house where we stayed was old and weird. Also due to the conference guest further restrictions would have followed. Glad that we could still cancel. Maybe they should only host conferences in the future. I would not recommend to spend a vacation there. For this Dresden and the area around offers so many better and even cheaper alternatives.

Good service, good quality/price, nice recreation area, good breakfast, parking. Calm area — tram to Dresden.

Courteous front desk able to speak good English. Access to room with traditional key instead of card key, which is negative for guests. The rooms are with dated decor and furniture. Hotel layout is confusing and inconvenient. Please be aware of at least two different lifts on the complex. Swimming pool is large and was pleasant during our visit. Breakfast area is small and congested although the breakfast offering is generous. Good food quality. Street access is difficult because the hotel is set against a residential neighborhood, but the positive side is that the area is very quiet. Bismarckturm is walking distance from hotel and the walk is pleasant in good weather. Garage parking costs €8, which is reasonable, but maximum height is 1.9 meters, so no tall vehicles allowed. Pleasant one-time stay although not sure I will return due to some inconvenience with the location and layout.

Stayed in Villa Augustus at the Radisson. Room was a touch small, but updated and clean. Staff is friendly and grounds are pretty. Breakfast had a wide selection that catered to European and American tastes.

The rooms are clean and chic but the outside of the houses are in need of renovation. The Service was very kind. Food was overall tasty.

Interesting hotel in an unorthodox style. The rooms are divided into several houses, which are arranged around a small park. This avoids the "flair" of the castle of beds and that used at least by me, had a quiet.
The room was large enough and well equipped. The structural fact was new to me, that always two rooms in case of need could be connected (passage door in the hallway). It would be interesting when traveling with friends.
The hotel is very well suited as a base for exploring the surrounding area.
There were ample car — parking spaces in an underground garage.
In addition, there was a sports and Spa — area, I have not used however and therefore also not able to assess.
The service at reception was friendly, the staff at breakfast in part somewhat capricious.
Overall, I was very happy with the stay.

We were dinner with all very delicious. And the breakfast very rich, and it has been cared for super. The staff was friendly and helpful always around us. The rooms were furnished, and despite standard room a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The wellness area is very cozy, and promotes many massage services which invite you to delight. All in all a very good hotel, and by the S-Bahn connection perfectly to Dresden to explore.
