Everything was great. Great Service and Hotel. Rooms are rustic and fit the ore mountains.

Great Service, friendly and hardworking staff. A successful Christmas party and the food is super tasty.

Double room separate beds:
Sufficiently large rooms with normal facilities and comfortable beds. Good Wi-Fi available.
Swimming pool relatively small but sufficient for refreshing and for children.
Good garages for motorcyclists with kärcher and some lubricants. Staff was very friendly.
Menu expandable in the evening. Good from taste.
Breakfast excellent.

A great inexpensive sauna with a pool, bar and family atmosphere.

Were last Week with the Motorcycle Group at the Panorama Hotel. Very nice Hotel, especially for Motorcyclists. Great Offer for the Weekend with Garage for the Bikes. The Food was great. Have we felt very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly. We won't have been there the last time.

We stayed with toddler four days in the Panorama Hotel in January — to the question if our room might be ready, we were so bucked by the (presumed) receptionist that we seriously considered leaving again. Real barracks feeling!
The rooms were small, but ok — lobby, restaurant and swimming pool were already very old; The breakfast was good and especially the non-German service staff nice.
But hospitality is different, so I can't understand price performance overall.

As always, very nice. Breakfast is constantly replenished and nothing is missing. Coffee very tasty. Room okay. Especially recommended is the salt grotto and the swimming pool. There are swimming aids for children. I'm sure we'll be back.

This is a big hotel. The charm of the GDR times is still liable to the hotel. The rooms are functional. The breakfast is very good. The evening offer of food is limited. Overall, I've seen better. Enough for a weekend. Highly recommended.

Когда мы только въехали, нас встретила хмурая женщина, но остальные дни нашего проживания, персонал был доброжелательный. Уборщики хорошо убирают номера Из ресторана открывается чудесный вид на горы. Повар готовит очень вкусную еду. Правда цены на напитки высокие. Джакузи в бассейне могло быть теплее. В комнате с солью оригинально и уютно, но прохладно Отель находиться на горе и с него можно съехать по чёрной горке в низ к лифту. Сожалению если так делать, то надо подниматься пешком на верх к отелю. Пешком идти к горам долго, поэтому мы ездили на машине. Мы не видели что с отеля идёт автобус к горам.
Номера маленькие, но уютные и за 1 день можно привыкнуть.
Мне очень понравилось находиться в этом отеле, особенно если учитывать не высокую цену. Food — especially the breakfast — was good (choice and quality) minus — in our room there was no suitable socket for the smartphone. Buffet in the evening was probably a bit long, so 2 dishes were "dried up". Rooms were clean but outdated standard (bathroom).

We were not very long there just for Sunday brunch. We found the food to be totally delicious. The staff was very friendly. There was nothing to complain about full 5 star value. We'll be back for the next vacation.

The hotel is great and clean. You should not expect more than DDR standard! The children's room is not really a kinderzimmmer — it was always empty. Actually, four nights were booked but after three we had enough. The coronation was geschimmeltes toast. On a note, it was dismissed. Too bad, because I think there is really potential there!

We were very pleased. The premises were as described on the homepage. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was quite to our liking. Just wonderful! Thank you very much!

It's not as nice as we thought. We had to wait a long time for the key takeover. We had to wait a long time when we received the key again. There is no Ala carte restaurant in the hotel. Or only until 6 pm. The swimming pool is also not optimal, far too cramped.

Friendly staff and they speak good english, they answered all my question with 200% patience. Very child friendly place, spacious dining area can accommodate group dining. Clean room, even though it is winter, the room is warm.

My wife and I have just called (04.02.2018) and wanted to ask some details in order to make a booking at the hotel but the woman on the phone (from the Panorama Ringhotel) did not listen at all, did not want to give us any information and has also directly the conversation Finished and put up without saying anything!
Incomprehensible! Not recommended!

We were at the Panorama Hotel at the beginning of November, very disappointing for us. Breakfast was actually bad. Hearty sausage and dried bread is not to everyone's taste. The muesli offer was rather meagre. The bar was not open on any evening, too few guests in the house. Too bad, at this time you can definitely not recommend the hotel.

The view from the balcony to the snowy area is great. The rooms and the bathroom are relatively small but always very clean. Thank you to the ladies of housekeeping. The shower in the bathtub could be problematic for some people because the entrance is relatively high. Slippers are essential for showering, as the tub is very smooth.
The family brunch is recommended, ratio price to performance is good. The food is really tasty and there is something for everyone.

Only point of criticism: those who did not book half-board, will get little food in the evening. Fireplace room, bar and small restaurant in hotel, but not open.

We have spent 14 days in the Hotel Panorama in Oberwiesenthal in June. Duchrweg super friendly staff. The accommodation, a suite in the building A at the rear exit was as expected very quietly. The suite was "only" properly equipped we had already read in the reviews and were prepared for them. In the bedroom, the television mentioned in the equipment was missing. This was immediately resupplied and connected. Prior to arrival we had asked us if there is a fridge in the room. That was denied but that offered the minibar use. Unfortunately this more as she cooled inflamed. After 3 days, the home craftsman several holes in the back wall of the Cabinet by the fridge was drilled for better ventilation, and we have had little further abandoned the Cabinet from the wall. Also the cooling in the minibar worked. The cleaning was daily and was also very friendly. As a big plus would I again the kitchen thank, which has been up on my special wishes of bread and sugar-free oatmeal and this morning has provided each. Due to the economical availability for this period, the breakfast was a standard breakfast and sufficient. Understandably, the selection can be then not so great. As mentioned, special requests may be communicated but the kitchen. Swimming pool is very small, but very well kept. Unfortunately only to the float can be used if not Grandpa's organize swimming competition with grandchildren. But for that, the hotel can nix.

We were a group of motorcycle and had chosen the hotel as a base for our trips through the Ore mountains. The rooms were clean and functional, the bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet and the evening buffet ample and extensive, tasty and retarted. And it was added until the very end. The service was all right attentively and friendly – so all around, there are really to complain about anything. Our motorcycles had a garage where you could sometimes screw everything perfectly. The price-performance ratio agreed — so we come again certainly once again, because there are still many curves in the Ore mountains, we had to leave out because of the weather and the short time.

We were with our daughter and our dog in the Panorama Hotel and conveniently had a suite on the back of a wing. Thus, the morning we were out walking was done quickly. The breakfast staff has despite ready covered tables offered us a table with the best views and sunshine and done them at lightning speed for us. Very good for the service so. The buffet was always filled even though we were the last guests at breakfast time. Us and our daughter have very well done by salt Grotto, swimming pool and mini golf. It was a really great short holiday at an affordable price. The team from the Panorama Hotel is contracted and friendly, we like to come back.

The "family rooms" are on GDR level. And that's mildly! Buffet (evening and Breakfast), we had only the most harmless eaten. But the optics are warned clearly! 177€ for That?!? Never again, and sad for this beautiful Region.

This Hotel has us really scared. We have a "Suite" for 145 euros per night (half Board) booked. In short: The turn is at this Hotel passed. The "Suite" was unkempt with a orange fabric sofa, bare walls and a grey wet-room, in the last 20 years, no rehabilitation has seen. The curtains were white with pink flowers, they had the charm of an old people's home. Now, we are generally tolerant. So we asked politely for a different room. The reception was extremely unfriendly. "NO! We have nothing else. " Hunger drove us to the Restaurant, where the operation to us the card with the words "Shall be no more! " from the Hand crack. It was just the stripped down version. The food consisted of frozen food warmed. Really terrible. To save the honor of the hotel, I must say: We are one hour directly left us again. There were no problems, we had nothing to pay extra.
