Friendly fast service, large drinks menu unfortunately through Corona only a small selection of dishes beautiful ambience, large beer garden, there is the possibility to hold meetings, weddings and Christmas parties.

The dinner is great and the service really good.

As always top food, delicious asparagus today was top.

We were able to hold our wedding party at the Grüna Forest House on 06.06.2020 and were completely satisfied. We were affected by the fact that the forest house gave at least 120% to make everything possible for us. The food and service were excellent. The price-performance ratio was also more than fair.
We can highly recommend the forest house, whether for a celebration, a cozy meal or a hotel overnight.

Schöne Location Für alle Anlässe egal ob Hochzeit oder kurze Einkehr beim Wandern. Viele schöne Räume, Bowlingbahn, Biergarten und und und… Tolle Lage, nettes Personal, alles prima.

Ich war mit meiner Familie in der letzten Woche im Forsthaus essen. Da ich selbst aus der Gastro komme weiß ich gewinne Kleinigkeiten immer mehr zu schätzen als Gäste für die vieles schon normal ist. Wir haben sehr lecker gegessen, es dauerte auch angemessen lang und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Vielleicht sind wir ja bald Kollegen.

I was staying with my family at a weekend wedding. We were treated like the last dirt by the receptionist. It's unbelievable that this unfriendly person is supposed to be the boss there. The event we attended was first class. The waiters very fast, prudent and very friendly. My buddy meant the whole planning and arrangement ran through the restaurant manager wife something with M and was probably also great. Since the food was also very tasty and the breakfast the madness, I look over the snippy person at the reception. Business-damaging, unfortunately she doesn't talk to her colleagues any differently and something like that is frightening. I'm quitting now because I'm still angry.

I was there with my wife and we were very positively surprised. The service is simply great and the staff are very friendly and give the guest the feeling of being welcome here. Can I absolutely recommend it.

Warm welcome by a lady who has been in the house for a long time and apparently now had something to say. Because after the welcome everything went very fast. Cards were brought and the boss made the drinks. The food lasted a bit but was impeccable and good. We can't understand the bad reviews here, especially since all the restaurants buy the fries. So we were happy as always.

We were guests at an event and were impressed with the lot. The entire event was held by the restaurant manager. It was always made sure that every guest got everything he wanted. Super team, even if you saw that far too few waiters were for really many guests in the house. No waiter has noticed the stress. But hats from time to time.

Nice place for having dinner or a party. The meals are good but maybe a bit expensive. The Forsthaus for sure is worth a visit.

Good hotel, idyllically located at the end of a cul-de-sac at the edge of the forest. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast is sufficient and good. There is a star deduction because it was very warm when I visited the room. This was partly due to the fact that it was 30 degrees hot during the day. Unfortunately, the rooms are not air-conditioned. And unfortunately I couldn't open the window completely at night because there are no mosquito screens in front of the window. Outside it was nicely cool due to the forest edge. Only in the room was sweating and the night was not so relaxing.

Very nice Location. Hotel rooms are very neat, comfortable and clean according to the Price. The Food tastes very good. The Staff are always friendly and service-oriented. Sufficient Parking Available. For larger Events (Weddings, Birthdays, …) a top Address. Clear Recommendation!

Were eating with the whole family at the Forsthaus yesterday. Food was very disappointing. Meat was very chewy. For this high price, you expect something better. Won't go anymore. What a pity. We used to be in the Forsthaus and were thrilled every time.

Beautiful ambience, good location. Cuisine rather average, prices are slightly coated due to the quite small portions. We waited almost an hour for the main course. Table of 10 people was served by four female Serbs, the coordination did not always seem to work. Overall, such an establishment is expected to be a slightly more professional level.

Was there for business. The meeting room is beautifully bright and open through a winter-garden-like glass front. The lunch dish was very well and beautifully prepared.

Guests occasionally walk against the glass door to the outdoor terrace. Something should be done there. A sticker at eye level would be a good place to start …

Only for the bike tour a short stopover there, but also on the premises everything was very well organized. Always a safe hold.

So what some people write here I don't understand! But everyone has different ideas and tastes!
For a four star Hotel/restaurant, the food is not good! Price/Performance doesn't fit! There was no massage either and the whole thing has nothing to do with wellness.
Surroundings is in any case very beautiful, suitable for nature lovers and dog owners!
Again, I wouldn't check in there. What a pity!

A star, no star would be better judged. Rude, Patzig and arrogant when asked about two places. For Kaffezeit the entire house is reserved, not a free space. Should be removed as an excursion restaurant.

I have been here professionally many times and I am thrilled every time. The heartfelt friendliness is particularly noteworthy. All together just perfect.

We stood outdoors today, enough tables and chairs were sadly missing today.
No one expected so much sun and people.

Food and service wonderful, but if you want to have a massage you prefer to pre-order a half a year. I was very disappointed in that regard.

Very bad food, Bofrost lets greet! The sauce is pure gelatin and the bare chemistry. You should have your radio advertising disset!

Doesn't really have anything quaint as the name says. So do not come out of the forest with a quick time or stop with a dog. Is more on stars. Therefore suitable for passing travellers. The good there was a sausage stand for this outside, if it even belongs.

Very nice ambiance, the food tastes better in my opinion if you only go for two or a small group… at least it's warmer:)

We had our Klsssentreffen once again in the forest. Despite plenty of food and drink we had to pay encumbered a room rent. From midnight it was once again hourly cashed. I haven't seen anything like it. This was our last class meeting in the Forsthais greens.

After 20 minutes of complete disrespect by the operator (3 were active on the outside) we left the location tonight (with child) unnerved — after many very good today a very weak and disrespectful performance!

They illegally employ some staff without a contract (or under false promise of contact! ) Those who insist on a contract are fired and payment was initially refused. Only after pressure of legal action they paid in cash. Every uncivilized and shady practice!

We have celebrated our wedding at this location.
Despite a bumpy start, when the planning still in infancy, we were very satisfied at the end. The staff was always friendly and engaged. The buffet was good dinner and breakfast. Our suite was very spacious and clean.
Conclusion: again!

Empfang und Zimmer waren okay. Service im Restaurant war eine Katastrophe. Essen auch ehr unterer Durchschnitt. Service zum Frühstück war ebenfalls ziemlich unfreundlich und wenig zuvorkommend. Fernseher auf dem Zimmer funktionierte ebenfalls nicht.

Rooms are clean (cracks in walls, couch which is indeed as "Extra bed" is sold, very dirty). Beds were too soft, so that we had some difficulties next morning. We had a large party and unfortunately had to suck our Strawberry cake because they had not reached the point of de-icing. After we were done at 6: 30 with bowling and against six ordered our food we could eat already around 20: 00. We have to spend an hour between appetizer and main course then otherwise. Food was OK but better. Attendance was also OK. What was highly commendable is the breakfast, which was very plentiful and also delicious. Unfortunately in my opinion not worth "4" star. 2.5-3 star would be — price performance ratio Finnish almost… more.

1.5 hours until what to eat was only half full despite reservation room on the table. Lofty prices and an operation with far too many piercings and tunneling in the face. That's not nice!

Snack in front of the hotel is apparently overwhelmed with already low crowds. Ordered a group of 10 pair Vienna sausages at the same time (for each a couple), you get "fails" and "should you pre-order! " response
Sorry, but it doesn't work! No recommendation!

We have the 26.09. Our wedding at the Lodge was celebrated. Already in the preparation were very expertly and also on our needs advise. The wedding was a dream. We had a Around worry-free package. Our waitress was very attentive, accommodating and very polite. Also the rooms were excellent! All around we can the house in Grüna only recommend.

Wedding at the Forsthaus Grüna already while the preparations we were advised well by the friendly staff in the Forester's lodge for all questions and support so that we felt already as well. On the day of the celebration of the service was perfect, the food wonderful and the ambiance perfect for a wedding. Even short-term special requests were met quickly. The party enjoyed ourselves and our guests. The rooms for the nights are modern and friendly furnished and were very clean. We can only recommend the Forester's lodge. We will remind us always happy on the day which became unforgettable with the "perfect celebration at the perfect place" for us and our guests.

Prima Seminar — und Wohlfühlhotel! Very good Service. Rooms are top. The staff is very helpful. The training rooms are on the latest state of the art technology and the widest range of sizes available. Extensive Recreation Facilities (Sauna, Bowling Alley, Fitness. ) is available and it has me especially the quiet and natural location, directly at the Hotel borders a forest, fallen. Come very gladly again.

A very good Hotel! — I am professionally a lot of travelling, and appreciate excellent Service, good value for money, well equipped seminar rooms and pleasantly furnished rooms. My expectations were exceeded. The situation: On the outskirts of Chemnitz, in the middle of the Green, directly on the forest. Absolute peace with the possibility of taking long walks or even Laufeinheiten in beautiful nature. The facilities: the room: a bottle of water in the room and an Apple for a snack for later arrival. Free Wi-Fi with very good speed, best mattresses in the bed, stylish modern furnishings. Hotel overall: Spacious terrace, bowling alley, Sauna, Fitness room, free Parking, Smoking lounge with Bose sound system and TV, swimming Pool (outdoors in summer) — all in excellent | seminar rooms: exceptional good: bright rooms, new ground technology, projectors in every room, Galneo-Board, Top Board (Espresso Machine), E-Bike hire, possibilities for Outdooreinheiten. Overall: A Top Price-Performance — Excellent Service — Excellent Cuisine. The Hotel will feel at home in families with and without children, business travelers, training providers and their participants, active vacationers, individuals and companies who are planning an all around great Celebration experience.

I can only catering rate them! Price-performance ratio is a joke. Important menu, how great we are, but that's it then. A lot of foam around everything, not more. Jägerschnitzel is totally dead, probably fried, frozen and warmed up. Well done is still boasting about. The poor animals, twice killed. Next Time: aspic with fried potatoes. Cured meats and fried potatoes in order, the Remoulade completely spoil, whether homemade or finished goods, due to the salt not to identify. The Bad: In the East, unfortunately, still often the case: The Remoulade over the Brawn tilted. Nearly impossible to remove and thus the Brawn also saline. The waitress informed, incomprehensible face, not more. The staff carries its private Annoyances or frustrations sometimes also with around. Little attention. It will be difficult at all to tip waste. The side dish salad: Loveless done, the Fertigmais and the shredded carrots under the massive lettuce leaves and eaten as a vegetable. Every housewife and every homemaker can do it better. Positive: The Bowling Alleys. Who is good and reasonably priced food and wants to go, the remains in Grüna probably only the Folklorehof. There's the kitchen and the staff. Conclusion: bowling in the house, ok, enjoy and eat somewhere else. Maybe good for companies, the type of as the Jack in the Hand and because the food is secondary. The Whole thing has Hallencharakter without character.

Everything is very good! Staff, Rooms, Restaurants, Sauna! At any time gladly.

A fantastic house with everything you only can think up many a house with a star more if it is time to learn.

We stayed only one night there, so almost in passing. The rooms corresponded to our conceptions, and both the dinner as well as Breakfast were completely satisfactory. The staff was very friendly and we felt very comfortable.

We were to visit in Chemnitz, and in the Forsthaus Grüna stayed. We can Forsthaus Grüna only recommend. The rooms are clean and well decorated, The Service is great. Especially delicious is the Breakfast, a large selection of cold cuts, egg salad, meat salad, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, good coffee,. The hotel lies at the edge of the forest, ideal for Relaxing after a long day, for Jogging or when you we we with the dog is on the way ;-).
