Beautiful rooms. Great location in the middle of the village. Beautiful sitting in the courtyard for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast ok, but not outstanding.

Had a junior suite that was absolutely not worth its price. At breakfast there was no service that could do anything else except coffee. The hotel may be beautiful, but for almost €400for 2 nights I wanted something at least more beautiful or bigger room based on the internet pictures!

I only rate the restaurant here.
I just ordered a steak, slightly pink, for 18, €90.
A steak was served which was almost completely raw, on demand if you could fry it again I was told that this is unfortunately not possible.
Everyone can figure out how to evaluate this situation.

Nice atmosphere and very good food. Goods concerning The "Herb & Turnip" menu there and were not disappointed. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Never opened if I felt like going in. Staff who just want to disappear in the back entrance, questioned in unfriendly and dismissive regarding opening hours. Thus, my interest has passed, at least once in the bone of contention of the Bergzaberner Council, or at least to have breakfast. From the outside, however, it looks quite good.

Over the course of several years, I have been able to experience a steady improvement in this hotel through several guest stays.
When I was recently, from 15. Until August 17, checked in there for 2 nights, I was completely satisfied.
I was greeted kindly and I found everything pretty much top.
Huge, great designed bathroom, added, you have to familiarize yourself with the fittings first … a cozy room, big TV, strong Wi-Fi, air conditioning. Rooms very clean!
The breakfast was always a feast for the eyes, designed with so much creativity, because the eye already ate with the selection and the offer was enormous.
Restaurant operations have also increased again, not least because of the low prices for great food, but also because of a friendly staff and ambience, which has been proven by numerous visitors.
I will always like to check in there, as the hotel now presents itself, and can only recommend it to others.

Nice rooms. Great location in the centre of town. For breakfast you can sit in the courtyard. The breakfast buffet is good but not outstanding. Very tasty steaks, absolutely recommended.
The service in the evening excellent, but in the afternoon understaffed and therefore overwhelmed.

Food was good. Service however overwhelmed anything. First, our question was for other chairs at a table (2 chairs 6 table) with: "it looks bad" denies. Another service force has provided chairs from the hotel and then helped us. Otherwise but still nice if also not professional.

Very nice Hotel, directly next to the castle. Nice rooms with good facilities, 40-inch TV, bathroom with large shower (of rain to Massage function) Fon Bathrobe, Slippers, everything. Very good food. Price-performance is true.

I was now already 3 Times to eat there, 2 times with the "small" card from the Marktstübchen. The food is Excellent, just like from the Marktstübchen, as well as from the "Walram". The menu and my drinks I got without waiting time. When eating in the Walram, I had my 300 grams of Steak with an Appetizer within 30 minutes. To the staff; they were always Friendly and attentive. Especially a young lady with blonde hair was at any time friendly and attentive, she was always in the smile, and beamed with always such a warm personality. You took care of, also very good to the children three tables away from me. We are already looking forward to a repeat visit in the Beautiful castle hotel.

I have here a Steak with 300 grams has ordered about 30 minutes, very well spotted, and was very well prepared. The service was the price range, however, will not meet, therefore the 2 star deduction. A Steakmesser, it was unfortunately not.

Eat consistently acceptable. Steaks very good, service personnel unskilled forces! The is in this price range is not acceptable. Even if only a few guests have very long wait times. For 14 guests in the Restaurant took the Desired account 15 minutes. Plate use and digging always from the wrong side. It is a pity that such a beautiful house, which the taxpayer millions, has cost, so unprofessional.
