We visited the Restaurant with a larger Group. The Staff is very friendly but has no Knowledge of the Gastronomy, because for example, despite ordering Jointly each drink would be brought individually, so the last one Who got a drink had to wait a Full Hour for it. The Food was okay, Unfortunately the Service was completely overwhelmed despite a lot of Staff.

A very nice Hotel to host a wedding. And our guests were also located immediately after the wedding here. A beautiful room, a beautiful terrace, friendly staff and good food what more could you want. My Recommendation.

Unfortunately, we only had a few days to recover and we will definitely come back! Spa can be reached in 5 minutes.

The hotel is located directly at the kurpark, a few minutes walk from the city centre, the spa with sauna is in the immediate Vicinity. The breakfast area is bright and friendly. I liked the outdoor area especially Well. Whether you want to eat and drink, or simply to sit in one of the deck chairs — it's just very relaxing as you look directly into the spa Park. I'm Sure we'll be back!

Room musty and old. TV small and bad picture. A renovation would do well. Food in the restaurant was not to be criticized. The Eastern European waiter made the impression that it was his first day in the gastronomy. Luckily only one overnight stay there. Breakfast room was fully occupied. A single waiter who came every now and then. We only found space at a table with reservation sign. But we were not addressed by anyone. A guest after US found no place. Only at a table that has not been cleared. The staff was not visible. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special either. I would not book this again, should I have to stay in Bergzabern again.

All right. Very clean everywhere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had Spartan room, was OK for the price though. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Thermal baths can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes.

Central Hotel, nice and warm welcome. The menu is well stocked with local food. The palatine Saumagen was delicious. The breakfast was also 4, 2 stars, but no one feels responsible (even after 30 min. ) The use of utensils to remove before my time — a smooth 6, I had to get myself the table clean and free. The mattress was well located, the bathroom very cramped (see pictures) shower cubicle only to come in when the abdomen is moved in.

Breakfast super full. Terrace and high-end park. Presence of a bar.
Rooms on the busy side of the street are to be avoided due to improved acoustic insulation.

We were at a concert in the banquet hall of the Hotel Kurpark View on December 27, 17. This entry refers solely to the service of the restaurant student.
During the break of the concert it would have been possible to get drinks at the counter. This was impossible due to time constraints, because 4 people looked after the guests, but this was absolutely next to it, because nobody knew exactly what to do. For example, it was. Also there is no orange juice for sparkling wine orange, which had to be brought in first. Preparations could also have been made that at the beginning of the break a few glasses of sparkling wine could have been provided on stock … But that's a side thing, after we were otherwise spoiled by the evening afterwards.
After the concert, we had reserved a table, which was also quickly assigned to us. The menus were brought after more than 10 minutes and the order was taken after a further 15 minutes. There wasn't an inordinate amount going on at the time. The food then came after about 45 minutes. If it is known that there are more than 100 people at an event and there are also some reservations in the restaurant, then a restaurant that considers itself to be a bit more upscale should also have enough service staff at its disposal. We also noticed that at another table where 11 people were sitting, 2 got their food quickly and the others about 30 minutes later. That should not normally be the case.
And then the crowning glory of it all.

The bad: -Nobody at the restaurant speaks English, the menu is only in German and the staff act like this is normal for a hotel! Forget about dinning here because even Google has no clue what's written in the menu. -Same goes at the reception! Three ladies put their brains together to remember what "key" is called in English! -Wi-Fi does not work in some rooms. (i couldn't use it at all) -The toilet was broken. The good: +a free bottle of water +free mini haribo gummy bears Pretty much it.

The rooms were clean and big enough especially for this price. The breakfast was excellent!

Best Rump Steak ever! Otherwise clean and traditional, just what was expected.

After just one night I can NEVER say WIEDER!
Our bathroom had black mold. Both in the corners above and at the window and the seals of the bathtub.
The bathtub itself was rusted at one point in the area of the reclining area.
The volume in the room was not acceptable. The windows are leaking. As a result, you hear every car as if you were standing right on the road. Likewise, we have heard every single step of the guests who have come up the stairs and of course the conversations could also be heard very clearly.
The hotel does not correspond to the stars, rather a cheap descent.

I didn't think it was so great now, maybe you should take some money in your hand and renew the furniture. And okay, TV is not important, but the image quality was very … (I'd rather not say it) …

The house is only recommended! Had a great stay in the spa park view. We were there from the 4th 11th to 05 to 11, 2017. Food, drink & room absolutely top at fair prices! Those expecting more should dig deeper into your pocket, and possibly. Check in at the Adlon! Praise to the crew.

Simple old hotel and okish.

You won't be disappointed all five stars are guaranteed. Friendly staff, super clean. Classic ambiance!

My salmon was raw, because he was apparently not fresh, what I do at the proud price but expected. It was so nice and brought me another dish. Unfortunately, the salad was also quite sandy and not so fresh, the dressing was o K but.
