A very friendly welcome at the reception; a nice large and quiet room with balcony and forest view, the swimming pool with pleasant relaxation room, rich breakfast with very tasty homemade muesli, great buffet and very tasty 4-course menu.
All the staff was very gracious and helpful.
The cocktails at the bar were very good.
The Thai massages were very, very good.
A good price-performance ratio!
All in all highly recommended.
We will happily come back.

We were there last week, just terrific!
The food, the service, very nice ambience. We were all totally thrilled, again and again. Nice courteous staff, especially we would like to mention Safi, who was always attentive, and left nothing to be desired. Thank you for the beautiful impressions that we were allowed to take home with us. An all-round successful evening. Keep it up!

We stayed from 29.09. To 03.10.20 in the hotel and are absolutely thrilled! Service, staff, culinary delights all top. On september 30th was the day of our Golden Wedding and there we were surprised with a beautiful decorated breakfast table. They are all very friendly and helpful to the boss… She also tackles when distress edits at the man. This is not the last time we will be here. Our thanks to everyone! A great hotel, everything is right here.

I like the house very much.
It is lovingly furnished, it is put a lot of emphasis on detail. It's a clean house.
The rooms are large, yes, the bathroom is a bit small, but that is structurally unchanging. But there's everything you need.
The staff are all very nice, accommodating and always striving.
Extra wishes were also fulfilled.
The food is good in taste. A tiny bit more choice would be nice.
Even the boss can be seen almost every day, she seeks contact and conversation with the guests, which I personally find great. A nice, warm lady.
Stand behind the counter, bring the drink or clear the table. I haven't seen it like this before.
The wellness studio offers great treatments. The massages are great. Have me as chron. Pain patient very well done.
All in all I had 3 great relaxing days. Exactly what I needed.
I'll definitely be back.

The massage of 60 minutes was very pleasant and soothing, where by this area would have needed a renovation…
Disadvantages Everywhere carpet that is rancid and gritty. In the pool no longer fit like 3 at the same time the sauna we could not try because this with 3 people also full.
Nevertheless, it was a great weekend…

The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and always striving to fulfill all your wishes. Me and my daughter have food intolerances (wheat allergy and cow's milk inequalities) and yet we have everything we need here. The pool is what for our child and the relaxation lounge for us to relax.
And with the evening buffet there is something for everyone and taste great. That is why we are here for the fourth time and will keep coming.

The hotel is located in the green lusch and calm place. The room which I'm staying is very good and clean. Food tastes delicious. The only inconvenience which I'm facing is with the poor wireless internet connection, which still puts me away from my family and networking… it'll be really peaceful if the connections becomes better. And may be on weekends during peak seasons, you may consider to operate fixed one day tour departures which will suit travellers like me…

So we were only from Friday to Sunday, but we and our little Nele (Yorki-Maltese Mix) felt very comfortable from the Start. Rooms are neatly clean chic and the Breakfast Buffet is still set! Just top. Price's Performance is fine and what I think is particularly great is that a relatively young Team can show what it has on it. Courtesy + Attention are There priority and not played. Hints are Also being received and realised. Very nice Stay until soon Stefan Kleinsteuber.

Eat super. The hotel has had the best years, but still maintained top. Playground is unfortunately missing and the mini golf course is worn out. But worth a trip. The staff is very customer-friendly.

I have been to this hotel twice so far. Once with my girlfriend, once with my husband.
There are sports and hiking opportunities.
A swimming pool, a small sauna. The rooms are clean.
The massages are outstanding. The staff are always friendly, turned and helpful.
Halli Galli is not found here.
Otherwise you are all around super cared for and lifted. We will come back and recommend.

We were private for a weekend in the Westerwald meeting. Since the reception is still manned around the clock, a late arrival was absolutely unproblematic. The room was excellent and very clean. Yes, even on the balcony everything was cleaned, which is often forgotten in the spring. The breakfast was plentiful and always fresh, the staff read every wish from the eyes and even extra requests for breakfast were met promptly. The room itself was very quiet, the lack of large streets makes the stay in the meeting pleasantly quiet. I'm sure we'll come here more often.

Great hotel, nice and courteous staff. Food always good. Was within a year 5 x there… Room Prima.

The hotel is a little bit old, though clean and quite comfortable. Having thicker pilow would be good. Poor Wi-Fi signal in rooms, enough to serf internet, but nothing more. Beer in the bar and restaurant food used to be better.

In my opinion, the service idea is not capitalized. The bathroom is very small. The sauna area is also very small, but the rest area is large enough. The massages offered are top. The food I felt was bland.

Rooms and food are good. The staff is a lot of trouble. But over Christmas, some events leave much to be desired. The rest room next to the bathroom could be much warmer is too cold.

The best hotel in Germany I was in Itali France holland Norway all the eu contrary’s but the German is the best The hotel provides best food.

The room was the size OK, the décor made an average impression. The bathroom was very small, the bed not as relaxing as hoped for. I was also a little disappointed with the food: dry meat, geschmacksbefreires vegetables…

There are only cuts for the too small sauna area. A real sauna feeling did not come up there at all. Unfortunately, this will probably not be changed either. The staff is definitely supernett and fulfills all wishes if possible. I am happy to come back; but without bathing flaps.

Wonderful, nature-rich location. Well mended rooms. Service crew is friendly and hard working. Breakfast en dinner is served warm and tasty.

ITA me and a friend of mine had a simple breakfast at the hotel, as we stayed overnight in the campground next door. What to say, a hotel certainly very elegant, both externally and internally, with restaurant and bar corner really huge. Friendly service, for a cappuccino and a latte macchiato we spent 5, €10, totally in the standard according to the prices of the area. Great public services, spotlessly clean.

Hello, Christmas in the Westerwald treff was very well organized. I was thrilled. I live here on the campsite and had it close to the hotel. Since I was alone, I had participated in the Christmas Brunch on 1 Christmas day. Many guests from England, I had met some Germans. All in all enjoyed it very much, the staff was very well played at the event. Mrs Ehlscheid cared much about the guests. I loved it.

We had an Overnight stay in a bus trip to the "Rhine in flames ". The room was clean, the bed slept like "on a cloud" thanks to orthopedic mattresses. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Rich Breakfast buffet… everything is tip top. Well continue to recommend.

We were with child and dog for a week over Christmas there. It was super! Very friendly staff, the room was beautiful, the food was perfect. Santa Claus had even thought of our dog and brought treats :-) We will definitely come again.

Wir hatten das Hotel unter dem Aspekt wellness gebucht. Die Disco! wummerte bis 4 uhr. 4 Gänge Menue? Knapp mittelmäßiges Buffet. Alte Wurst beim Frühstück. Kindergeplärr beim essen usw. Wellness Angebot nicht ausreichend.

Hello, we were now on the weekend of 29 8 until 1 9 2014 because, with 2 people and our poodle, we have purchased green Wellness package, and we can only say that it was something super, it was not the last time we were!
1. Staff super friendly, intertwining the Bank!
2. Breakfast large selection of cereal, cold cuts, scrambled eggs with Bacon, waffles to the own JAWS! Fresh egg, orange juice, Apple juice, and and and. And a whole pot of coffee.
3. Room clean, standard rooms big enough for 2-3 persons, is but even bigger!
4. Where one has the sauna and swimming-pool in the price involved, otherwise?
5. Dinner, plentiful, and every evening of what else, super tasty and every evening a different appetizer :-)

We spent a week end in this hotel with our dog. The hotel is absolutely dog friend I. At the entrance of the hotel always stuffed food and water bowls are available for the dogs. The room was large. However, we have taken a larger room for an additional fee. The hotel offers a sauna, a swimming pool and a Thai massage parlour available. The staff was very friendly. The environment is perfect for extensive hikes with dog.
