Very friendly Staff and the Rooms top! Breakfast delicious and rich.

Beautiful hotel with a very central location, especially the huge terrace with a very nice garden full of colorful flowers offers a spectacular view over the entire Rhine plain! We'll be happy to come back!

Best WLAN we had ever had on holiday. Otherwise everything was well thought out. For e-bikers There were also garages with loading facilities.

Very good family hotel! Highly recommended for business travellers, as the hotel relies on an uncomplicated check-in and check-out procedure for the guest, everything went hyper! For workers who cannot eat breakfast, a generous lunch package is also offered. Room is nicely prepared and you feel comfortable as a traveller. Rooms and bathrooms are top cleaned and the staff very hospitable!

A beautiful hotel located in a unique setting! We have never felt so comfortable in a hotel, which was due to the very nice family that runs this hotel. I have never experienced such personal guest advice and friendliness in a hotel before! Our room was very nice and modern, you feel comfortable here right away and realizes directly that this is a family business, which now gives the guest a lot more attention and affection than is the case in the otherwise very large hotels. A highlight is next to the bathroom (incredibly beautiful and huge! ) The wonderful terrace that provides a view over the entire Palatinate plain. Neustadt is a beautiful city, companies are many possible from here, we gladly come back to the beautiful Palatinate! But then definitely again in the beautiful hotel Tenner! Great work is done here, my full respect!

Very nice and friendly hotel. It is in a great location and offers next to a top breakfast with plenty of choice also clean and nicely decorated rooms. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. You can only feel comfortable here and recommend the hotel to anyone.

A very nicely located hotel on the Haardt with a wonderful view of the vineyards. Spacious, bright rooms that are decorated in color. From the breakfast room, which has a Tuscan flair, one has a beautiful view over the large terrace and further on the landscape in the direction of Hambach Castle. The breakfast buffet is very versatile and varied. Especially the delicious homemade jams are a treat. Not to mention the staff! A very friendly and nice family!
So all around everything positive.

Family owned, Room (No. 206) has everything you need, even mini bar and hot water bottle. Very rich and delicious breakfast and terrace with great view to Hambach Castle.

My husband & I were traveling to see our Grandchildren who live about a mile from the hotel that we had booked for 6 nights beginning May 26 We were traveling on May 25 changing planes at JFK in NYC. While waiting for our flight to Frankfurt my husband suffered a massive heart attack and was rushed to a hospital in NYC where he had heart surgery. My son in law who lived nearby called and cancelled the reservation. Unbelievably the hotel charged us for the entire reservation because it was not cancelled within 30 Hours which we had no control over that time. We were flying Delta and they did everything they could for us including letting us keep the tickets and flying us home at no cost after the surgery. Delta considered a medical emergency. Hotel Tenner acted in a despicable manner!
