I wasn't there for a few years and found the renovated restaurant and bar Brex really great. My husband, who was there for the first time, also liked it very much.
We also had some applications that we would recommend at any time.

Very nice hotel, with good facilities, excellent offer at the breakfast and dinner buffet. Ideal starting point for hikes and very suitable for groups. We were with 15 people over the weekend for hiking and everyone was very happy. Very friendly staff always helpful and courteous, rooms somewhat dated, but very clean and functional. At the moment, however, the rooms are being renovated and some already had newly equipped rooms that were very nice and modern.

Great hotel to unwind amidst green forests and mountains with plenty of things to do. Fitness, spa, swimming pool, different restaurants with good food, etc. They also rent out bikes so perfect if you're looking for adventure as well.

A great hotel, with very good value for money. Only 2 km from the BAB, but still located in a fairytale landscape. However, it should be taken into account that it is a sports hotel (focus on table tennis). There's a lot going on on the weekend. It didn't bother us (couple).

This was the fourth year we stayed at Hotel Zugbrücke Grenzau. The hotel is beautifully located amidst the forest, has a relaxing atmosphere and the combination of a wellness hotel with a table tennis resort is quite unique. Some of the rooms are spacious, have a well-equipped bathroom as well as a balcony and the soothing sound of a small creek running underneath. However, the peace and quiet of these rooms are often disturbed in the evening due to their location close to the noise of the bar terrace. This is the most important shortcoming we experienced during our stay. The hotel restaurant used to be impressive, both in terms of the wide range of choice and the quality of the food, but unfortunately we noticed the quality of the kitchen has gradually declined somewhat over the years. It is still quite acceptable, but this is a point to work on, in our opinion, together with the general maintenance of the building. All in all, we would like to recommend Hotel Zugbrücke and we hope to return next year.

Very nice wellness hotel, quiet, clean, very nice staff. Right next to the Hotel is an on-site Bowling Alley with Pizzeria. There's delicious Beer and exceptional Pizzas here. Great Hiking Trails around the small Village and the Castle. We will come back!

Great located with old building stock modern! A balancing act that doesn't always succeed.
In addition, a very friendly and competent support that leaves almost nothing to be desired.
Meals also very good and always fresh due to small portions and quick follow. Groups are also not put at a disadvantage. Just great and absolutely recommended!

Beautifully located luxury hotel with spa area in the middle of the nature. Great walks directly from the hotel! Amazing breakfast and delicious pizzas at brexx restaurant! Highly recommended!

Nice well maintained 4 * Family hotel in idyllic landscape. Spacious wellness area with fitness, swimming pool and several saunas. Delicious delicious cuisine in the restaurants. Opposite in the Brexx there is not only bowling and quite great homemade in different varieties but also the best pizza from the stone oven where there. Above all this hovers: with the friendliest and courteous staff what you have encountered so far.

Top location for larger celebrations. High standard, friendly staff. One notices quickly that all employees are prepared and tuned to allow for larger celebrations. I've had a wedding here and found it quite a great class!

Excellent food, great service, quiet location, room normal good standard. The hotel was very clean. Very winding and many flights and aisles… you can get lost in it. Good parking facilities and very direct motorway connection.

We are regularly accommodated in Betrieblichenfortbildungen. Very nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle. Friendly staff, good food and a very well stocked bar.

I have been to the hotel again for a table tennis course. As always, everything was top! Prompt service, super location, nice restaurant with wide buffet selection in first class quality and all the fun in the table tennis Hall.

We were very satisfied with everything, the only criticism the bathroom in my room was not 100% cleaned — this could give you more time to clean. Otherwise, everything was really good and I can recommend this hotel to anyone.

A very good weekend with good beds, good food, friendly staff and lovely places to go. Spa, swimmingpool, massage, Tabletennis and so on.

We had booked a weekend at very short notice. Unfortunately we were kept silent about the renovations that took place over our room. We got another room that was OK. The spa area was also ok but nothing special. We have experienced this differently in other hotels in the category so far.

A little secluded, but food and ambience are really great. Highly recommended for eating.

We like to come back here again and again. Simply a fantastic place to relax, the best TT School in Germany, perfect service, a great cuisine, BREXX in the evening has become super great.

It was again a very pleasant stay in the hotel drawbridge. All we met were very friendly starting with the staff at the hotel, in the restaurant I went to the trainers of the table Tennis School as well as the athletes at Aviva. We will be guaranteed to come back.

Very good buffet in the evening. Quietly located hotel, with splashing stream. Good gym. Sauna, outdoor whirlpool.

The hotel is located in a very nature-related location, which is best reached by car. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is very high quality and it has been furnished with great attention to detail.

It has become a tradition to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Zugbruecke. This Christmas was our sixth visit and I am sure we will go back again. From the breakfast and diner buffet to the carefully presented Christmas dinner, spa/sauna/pool, bowling, beautiful surroundings for relaxing or sporty walks through the hills, we hardly even left the village in four days. I feel comfortable to recommend Zugbruecke to anyone, whether for a family vacation, relax weekend or business trip.

This is really a top address. Excellent service, trained staff, friendly and humorous. The food was very good. Breakfast very varied. Swimming pool and whirlpool okay. The rooms were very clean and pleasant. The surrounding area is very suitable for hiking, jogging and cycling.

Very nice food again was a dream big thanks to the kitchen and the service staff.
Also as always very good the spa area.
If you think about it, I made a marriage proposal to my wife about 11 years ago and today we are 19 years happy together. So team drawbridge continues to do so.

A really nice, newly renovated hotel. The staff is great and there is a lot to offer: craft beer, wellness, Spiet, bowling alley and and and. You could also stay for a few days only in this one place:-)

Hotel rooms correspond to a 2-3 star Sport hotel.
Dress code is equal to jogging suit.
Staff was unfortunately overwhelmed.
Except Pizzeria Brex.

Brilliant place, great atmosphere, good breakfast. But it's very strange — at the room have no air conditioning! And at the breakfast have no any (! ) vegetables. All other is OK.

The weekend in Grenzau was very nice. Once, as he nestled in a valley between forest is located there. In the hotel can you feel so right. Especially the food was outstandingly good. Starting with the rich buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The food was of high quality. The spa area is nicely done and it's good that you can visit courses. However I find it somewhat overpriced to pay the full price as a companion to a table tennis course. Next time, we would choose a higher room category because the rooms are very aged. That's why a star deduction.

Great spa, Fitness Studio and environment for walking and sports. A cosy bar and a very nice dining area. The food is very good and the variety of the buffet is not to be outdone. The entire staff is very friendly. The hotel rooms (category Basic) was indeed comfortable and reasonably well equipped, the bathroom was not well maintained. The shower was moldy in the grooves and the floor under the toilet was stained.
A repeat visit is planned.

The hotel was located in a beautiful small village, perfect for a relaxed weekend. The hotel facilities and services are from a very high standard. We had a lunch and dinner buffet and the food was excellent. Worth visiting the place.

I was now the fourth time to the table tennis course in Grenzau and each time completely thrilled. The training is great and bring me new insights again and again on the new. The hotel room will help me that in addition to the sports fun and relaxation to come. Class I find the bathrooms and the rooms are super. Very, I am always about the culinary delights at the buffet. All in all a super nice vacation where one is never boring.

Especially the situation has delighted us. The environment is beautiful and so quiet. Herrlich. Small minus point. At the reception we got two loop trails with description. Unfortunately lacked the second page and thus the return of that we broke up. But fortunately, there's a very good signs.
The good was super great and no problem was also gluten free!
The restaurant area is very stylish and yet comfortable, by decorating with fabrics and lamps on the ceiling it is pleasant quiet for such a large space.
At the dinner buffet, actually no wishes have remained open. I would have liked just yet either something special out or what typical regional.
Also vegetarians be fed here thanks to huge salad selection, pasta dishes and many side dishes (super Süßkartoffelpürree). Oh, and then there's still the ca 20 desserts!
Rooms are bright, friendly, clean, with everything you need. Dreamy choose window with flow noise of the stream, on request!
In the Spa, everything is very chic and feel.
All in all a very relaxing and delicious weekend.
There are five stars if the evening buffet would be maybe a little less selection and for something special. I was missing a thread and a little special, what the hotel has to offer drawbridge otherwise absolutely!

I have allowed me a weekend stay with my partner there. We were very satisfied! The entire hotel complex with the small stream and also the views of the Castle are really nice to look at. The bar and restaurant are also very nicely prepared and offer much and delicious selection. Only the Spa could possibly a small little be longer where we felt so very comfortable! Thank particularly the really friendly service staff at this point. We have enjoyed the getaway and definitely will come back!

After your arrival at the hotel, we felt very much at home. The rooms are comfortably furnished and friendly. The breakfast is ok, the eggs are cold and unfortunately they are seemingly made with liquid eggs. This would be ok, but the price performance one would expect otherwise.
Saunabreich is much too small, uncomfortable and lacking concern.
Dangerously wrong. We wanted to actually recover, but the offer of the wellness area was just too small.

Super Hotel! I was with my partner there, we had the basic room, good equipment, the Hygiene Top of whether in the room, Spa just about anywhere. Very nice and aufmerksammes staff. At Breakfast and dinner something for everyone, and different every day, especially the Heiligabendmenü was really great. The environment for walking and Hiking is also great and you can choose wielang you would like to run in and the view was breathtaking. We come in the next year 1000%again.

My husband has the table tennis training course booked and I was in the Spa to relax. The atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. The food was great. For me, as go vegan, as well as my husband. With questions and Wish you are confidently handled and made me stay an unforgettable culinary experience. Also, I have a bedtime sweet on the pillow lie had, vegan. Such niceties fall for me, otherwise always! Thank you. The staff, especially in the kitchen, was very friendly and accommodating. Just great. As a triathlete log hut I my MTB, running, and swimming things. The swim was more of a Entspannungsschwimmen because the Pool is not suitable to swim. But to Relax it was wonderful. To, and descents in the surrounding area were great, and I also came as a "Non-table tennis players", athletic considered, fully and completely at my expense. My husband has been riding for years here and is excited. I was for the first Time and am now. Once again, many thanks for the nice time.

Cosy, modern Hotel with a great Sauna and swimming area, The Breakfast buffet was very rich and, fortunately, always to 10.30 PM open. The only fly in the ointment was our Abendbestellung alla Carte dishes, 2 vegetarian dishes, one was boring and bland, the other is slightly burnt.

Accommodation top Environment top Bar (Cocktails) incl. Barmaid, superior Points of criticism: The Spa area is missing a Kältebecken, as well as a sauna The food itself is great, unfortunately meat is often too tough… The acts of kindness in the Service of the hotel (reception + Restaurant) were extremely to be desired.

The Hotel is super. The rooms are very well designed. Only the shower heads hang in the bathrooms and showers are always loose down. :) If you switch from bath to shower, the water cold. It would be a blast if we very soon new shower heads would find. Gruss.

I wish we had stayed here longer! We were so tired of driving we needed to find somewhere to stay immediately. Google showed this hotel near our location. I booked it immediately. This place needs at least 2-3days even longer to fully enjoy and experience all it has to offer. We didn't want to leave but other commitments prevented us from staying. Hopefully we will find ourselves here again on our journey home! ☺

One of the best Hotel in my life. I spent a fantastic hliday with my wife. Nice place, clean, silent and comfortable rooms, kind employes. I enjoyed the table tennis course and my wife enjoyed the wellnes center. The restaurant is rich and the quality of food is outstanding. The only problem is that it is not easily reachable from Koblenz (no public transport, only taxis). Anyway I will go to Zugbruke hotel again!

I was one week on TT — seminar in Grenzau. The food was very good. The trainers are experienced and have can convey very much me. The only drawback (if there is one) is that the rooms in the smart — class are very small. Since the actual place to stay but the TT — should be Hall and not the room, this is not so tragic.

The nature is very beautiful! Excellent service! The food is excellent! A very pleasant atmosphere! Very much recommended.

A great location and rooms with great views. The + rooms have balconies. A castle looms overhead. Very nice and helpful staff. No air conditioning, but not needed here. EPIC breakfast, and included in rate.

The service at the hotel was very good and very friendly and obliging. The breakfast and the dinner buffet was very good and plentiful. The rooms standard were ok on the mattresses of normal beds. These were much too soft. You could much better lie on the bed with a much harder mattress. A downside was the doorknob of the bathroom. It was a knob, both from the outside and the inside, which was difficult to operate. Since using cream every morning in the bathroom, you can't go out then almost out of the bathroom.
We have been very satisfied with the applications.

The drawbridge is a well maintained hotel. Who wants to enjoy wellness, sport, relaxation and tranquility, seen here in a very pleasant atmosphere. Participation in the daily offered mental — and activity programme is recommended. The rooms are very clean. The hotel staff is very kind and very friendly drawbridge, the gym, the beauty spa and restaurant Z. The choice of food at the breakfast and evening buffet is extensive and very good. The dishes are freshly prepared and of high quality. I enjoy a wellness holiday in the drawbridge more often and am always thrilled. Super relaxing and good vacation in a truly hospitable hotel.

I and my teammate have had a table tennis weekend. We enjoyed the weekend very much. Professional practise, wonderfull food and the service during breakfast, lunch and dinner was perfect. Outstanding hotel. Nice location with a small castle nearby in walking distance. Good wellness area that comes in handy after a day of biking or hiking. Rich breakfast. Definitely a recommendation.
