Great family owned place to stay in Betzdorf. It is right in the middle of the city center will all places walkable. Very nice hosts and employees. You get a feeling of staying in an old castle, but with all modern amenities.

Old fashioned style, too expensive for the location. (Coca Cola 4€ for 0, 4L).

We went to the last New Year's Diner at this hotel. We liked it very much. We had nothing to expose to anything. Diner, service, friendliness, room and breakfast on the day of the year were just perfect. We'll come back. Can highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

As far as the food is concerned, it is a very narrow degree between upscale, the fine selection of dishes and their preparation!
Craftsmanship is less sometimes more. And that I could not see my carpaccio among the many things that do not belong to a carpaccio is one of the little things that are excellently missing! And I'm pretty sure that my sauce was tastefully helped, which was a pity, because the fish was perfect.

We had dinner with an overnight stay here to the comedy. It was a successful Wochenende. Die show was top! The food was very tasty. The staff very friendly and obliging. No wishes open read the room.
