TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
We booked a room while we were traveling to rest one night… on the site the price for 2 adults and 1 child with breakfast was 79 euros.
We arrive about 7 p. M. 30 ("reception" does not exist because you enter from the pizzeria and the counter is a reception… a lady who is not at all welcoming and speaking only German knew nothing about our booking.
We're going to show her the phone with the e-mail. The only waiter speaks a bit of English and give us the key without even telling us which way the rooms were.
Smells like closed and stale
2 floors walk with suitcases and we have to wait because the room is not ready.
we finally come in. Pillows and sheets of a fabric so acrylic as to bother, smell of mold/stale, a tremendous heat and there is neither a fan nor air conditioning.
We shower in a micro bathroom we go down to eat and unfortunately also the food is really a disappointment.
And to all this is added the mockery.
The Lady charged us 99euro for the room although in our booking email the price was 79 euros.
I call the site from which I made the reservation and the operator after talking to the Lady tells us that she does not want to give us a refund.
By the way we also paid for breakfast but we can't do it because it's 8am and we're 7.30 we have to be on the road.
We tour a lot of hotels but a cheat like this has never happened to us.
