Mediocre Wi-Fi!

The hotel and restaurant is located on the edge of a forest surrounded by greenery. Accordingly, you can spend the nights here if the other guests/employees play along. For the windows are thin as paper, that is, every spoken word in the yard echoes into the rooms, as if one were standing beside the people.
The rooms themselves are quite old and — to put it mildly — "rustic" furnished. The bed was completely permeated. In addition, the furniture was quite dusty.
For breakfast, the hotel/restaurant was not able to organize lactose-free milk. With single room prices of 90 euros and the above-described condition of the premises, there is quite a discrepancy for me here.
The restaurant offers delicious food at high prices.
The staff at the hotel/restaurant is very friendly.
All in all, however, I do not like the price/performance ratio of this establishment — > 2/5 stars.

No longer the class of yesteryear. The fourth star for the quality of food. The details are missing. 2 people 100€ for a little dinner with little drinks which is better without much effort.

We were in Landhaus Diesert as a preparation for our wedding to check if food was good. We already saw it from outside and inside-it is very beautiful, the trees make the terrace elegant. The food we ordered appeared to be great. The waiters are very friendly. We were lucky to get the date for our wedding. The owner Diedert met with us to go through the plan and gave us valuable suggestions. When we realised how picky Diedert was with the service, food and timing, we were reassured that we made a right choice — a person with such high expectations to his work would make everything as he promises it to be. On the wedding day Diedert himself was serving as well and was controlling the whole procession. He can step back if you want to, but he is on top of what he delivers. Food on that day was brilliant, service was great. We could write a long essay, but in three words: it was superb.

We visited the country house Diedert as part of a wedding and I was thoroughly satisfied with the service, with the drinks and especially with the 5 course menu. So highly recommended for occasions!
We will be able to see for ourselves the day-to-day business in August :)

I was allowed to spend a night in the country house Diedert, it was a dream! Super friendly staff, very nice and not standard atmosphere and in addition this wonderful location in nature. I had a spider in the room, but it's probably difficult to avoid at the edge of the forest. The breakfast has also been able to fulfill all my wishes and even exceeded with the homemade jams.

Top Restaurant which seduces you for a longer stay. You will be welcomed and the food and drinks are always delicious. The value for money is absolutely reasonable and so far we have always been very satisfied. For a cozy evening, fully recommended.

We were on the 31st 12th of 2017 to visit the New Year's Eve dinner at the country house. We were greeted by the fireplace after running through the beautifully lit garden with torches. A really beautiful wintry atmosphere. After the Aperol at the fireplace we were led to the first floor and had a place, unfortunately in the middle of the room, which we did not like. On request we were offered a table in the same room on the side. OK, we could live with it as it is a very nice room with truss beams and nicely decorated. The service was easy in print, but always accommodating. At about 7pm, the 5-course menu started, which came as a highlight after the other. The starter, cigar and tartar of the yellow fin tuna with watermelon, a poem. Then a Oxtail with ox-tail Lolli, now turbot. As mains, back from us prime beef with braised cattle cheeks as a combi super tender. We only ordered the fillet as main course, which was not a problem at all and was served at the same time as the other main courses.
At the end a Gateau from the Valrhona chocolate, everything more than succeeded and we were all very excited.
You can say for €99 per menu A real snapper with these products, perfectly processed!
The 5 courses were served until 10pm, so we had a nice evening until the turn of the year and could still enjoy the wine we ordered. The first wine we had had to go back due to Cork. Now the next came after some duration, but was then just right.

Excellent cuisine, very dedicated, friendly and competent service! The regionality of the kitchen with local ingredients is very authentic and yet creative. We stayed with a larger group in the country house room around 1st floor, it was a very tastefully decorated room. The hotel with its very tasteful and individual offers after a great dinner the perfect conclusion of a wonderful evening. We would love to come back!

Excellent meal and top notch service. Cut my lamb with a butter knife. Goat cheese salad and wintersalat starter — innovative and would get either again. Veggies with main dish superb — possibly indicative of a good vegetarian option (don't remember what was available). Only negative was my wife thought her tuna (catch of the day) was overcooked. Large portions — will return.

Yes this is a really nice hut not quite as cheap but also only 4 points top staff. Food Nu yes that's okay.

Long wait for drinks and food. Food partly cold and two food were forgotten. The price-performance ratio has absolutely not voted. On the website, this restaurant has been recommended as very good, however this food was only below average. If you can avoid this restaurant, you should always choose another one. The operation should better change your job.

We had reserved a 5-course menu on New Year's Eve —.
Price/Performance absolutely not justified. The Premises were Touted differently than expected on the Internet. We were led upstairs "nothing was free down there anymore" in a Room that was just not pleasant about everything else. Far too bright Lighting, Chairs and Tables were from the Meeting room and easy To convince with a white cover. Rock Music "the same CD ran three times in a row" operation unkind. If you had Wishes — for example Whether it would be possible except Fish (I don't eat fish) what else — or olive oil for the Bread, As I don't like butter loaves as a starter, I asked very politely — I got a rather annoyed Answer — I quote: The Restaurant has nothing else in the menu He said nothing more to do so, as everything had gone out on Christmas and the Holidays. Conclusion; Food rather mediocre, far too little (and I'm not a big Eater) Price — Performance is out of proportion. For a Hotel I expect that one is a bit flexible and responds to Guests wishing. We left the Restaurant after 4 Hours, as long as the 5-course Menu has dragged on, and were glad that it was around. We really can't recommend it any further. The Price for which I paid for it was 230 Euros, I expect something to accommodate and nice Premises.

Fine cuisine, a more exclusive but non-recalled ambiance in a really beautiful, quiet garden — this is how my visit to the Landhaus is summed up.

Everything was perfect! Excellent food, service 1a always put on jokes, location top, highly recommended. Mr. Diedert very sympathetic and uncomplicated, also sometimes tackles himself…

Good Location with charming Outdoor! Though prices…

Great outdoors and indoors in the winter, it was nice before the fireplace.
The waiters are very attentive and the food are modern cooked classic dishes. Price not cheap, but it's totally worth its price.
We come here very happy here.

At our meeting with 15 people, there was not enough vegetarian portions, then 2 meals were forgotten, the food was bland and only lukewarm. The cake also meaningless coffee break. Another guest spot, so the staff was relatively relaxed with us.
Diedert was not up to its reputation. 2 points for cleanliness and facilities.
Private I would not come back.

The country house Diedert is an insider tip at the edge of the forest of Wiesbaden. The food was always great, as well as the Service. It feels just comfortable, especially in the summer in the courtyard. Unfortunately, the Hotel is nothing for ruheliebende people, since the building is extremely noisy and you can really each step will take notice. Tip: Ohropoax. That is why only 4 of 5 possible stars.
