The air conditioning here does not work. The weather in the room is not so hot. Call to ask for the reception. Reception says that the air conditioner is broken throughout the hotel. It is advised to open the window to breathe air and cold outside. Reception informs that opening the window is costly to open the window. (Why not open windows for free to compensate for air conditioning it does not work)

The night staff are great, but the morning staff not that much. The place definitely needs a huge renovation.

Excellent hotel in Wiesbaden. Wonderful views from the 11th floor. Breakfast superb and rooms very comfortable and relaxing. Reception staff were very helpful with directions and anything else I enquired about. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel has a great location, from the rooms great views — But: It urgently needs to be completely renovated.
Balcony is not allowed to enter. Window must not be opened (secured), air conditioning does not — — — so no fresh air in the room. To the effect of black mold in the bathroom. Equipment damaged. Holes in the bed and chair (see pictures).

It's a great hotel. Only the windows and balcony do not open only the air conditioning works.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but the lady at the front desk was polite and quickly got our room ready. The room was nice and spacious, beds were okay, not too soft. The room had a nice view. The next morning, we went to make coffee and tea in the pots that were in the room but they were both dirty filled with moldy water. Overall, the hotel was nice and the staff were great byt housekeeping should clean out the coffee and tea pots!

The room wasn't terrible, but could have been better. The TV was old, it never worked and despite asking, it was never fixed. We were here for an extended stay. Half of the staff was great, but the other half were terrible. I was overcharged for part of my stay, and the management refused to fix it. Despite free street parking, I would never stay here again.

Something in the years. Unfortunately the windows in the room do not open, for that they have a top hat and a nice, competent bartender.

Good breakfasts, hotel quality on a solid 4.

Clean room, comfortable bed, clean toilet, good shower and towels, great breakfast, dingy hallway carpet on floors with rooms. Nice front entrance. Smelled smoke in the common areas often but that seems to be Europe standard.

Am now for the second Time, for the first time, okay the second time was not good. Bathroom very many tiles broken and the TV is also a bad image. Wanted to often have to come to me consider whether I even beech. Think it's damage not it is controlled, and thus something was given to me.

Nice friendly staff pleasant ambiance. However, the location of the hotel is not so nice and the parking facilities are also modest.

Nice mid-range NH Hotel. Room facilities not super modern but clean and without any damage. Normal large hotel bathroom with bathtub. We had a triple room. Small TV, minibar, wardrobe, desk, armchair, free safe and chair available. Very friendly reception. Cheap Parking Prices: 4 €/day.

I visited this hotel in mid January 2018. For me it was or is perfectly located, because you can come to rest well after a stressful work week and yet very centrally located. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and will respond to individual questions. I like to come back:) and can recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ok hotel, a bit old and worn out. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Parking garage available, which is not a given in Wiesbaden.

Unfortunately, the reception staff did not understand how to greet their guests. When we arrived, we got no Hello, but only an expectant look. The receptionist could not explain to me why the hotel wanted my e-mail address. He said something about "police" and "for data" — did he think I was criminal?
There was a welcome drink, but we were neither offered nor advised. We were not escorted to the room and no further information was given to us, such as: The window in the room was blocked for security reasons, not to enter the balcony. The display on the control panel of the air conditioning system was defective and thus hardly recognizable what is set. The staff at breakfast ignurierte US completely on the first morning, we got coffee only on demand. Remnants of Reinigungmitteln covered some of the tables. Suddenly an employee stood next to us and cleared our plates with no words — creepy.
The breakfast itself was, at low expectations, OK.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The cleaning staff was friendly. The rest of the staff Dessinteressiert.
Despite 100% non-smoking hotel, it smelled in the elevators and floors strong afterwards.
Overall an experience that we do not want to repeat at about 90 €/night.

Unfortunately it was not a pleasant stay, the staff was very rude and unfriendly. Rooms are not cleaned daily in a proper way, the card to get into the room gets disconnected daily so you have to ask them to fix it daily. If you arrive on a Sunday evening there won't be any food and during the week they offered way less food than what it is listed on their menu (burgers and pizza from the freezer). The only positive feature is the bed and the spacious room. Overall I do not recommend this hotel.

Great location good The welcome and housekeeping a little pricey the breakfast for the not high choice of products.

Clean and nice, not so old as many of the hotels in Germany.

Room were spacios overall good enough to stay and great breakfast especially the pretzels.

Is in spite of its 4 stars a very renovation hotel. No windows can be opened, the elevators are also not very trustworthy. Which is a problem because the hotel has 11 floors. Rooms are ok but way too warm.

Good hotel, bit old stuff but clean and room eye-hurting white. Didn't use the restaurant for dinner, but breakfast was outstanding. Absolutely value for money.

Hotel was old and they charged us twice for one night. I did not get any answer from the hotel on any of my emails. Still waiting for refund. Avoid it if you can!

Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Staff was very hospitable. Breakfast was good quality. Location was convenient to the city. Yes, some of the carpets and furniture was a little dated, but in the end, it didn't diminish the quality of our stay. Would stay here again.

We were satisfied, Breakfast buffet good, Hotel, rooms clean, the Lobby is dark, nothing Funny, old carpets.

The Lady at the reception was very rude.
We were billeted on the 11 floor. Already on the way there. The red carpet was dirty, the elevator as well.
Arrived in the room, the thermometer showed 30 degrees Celsius. The window did not open and also there was no air conditioning.
We went to the front desk and asked for a new c80ecd10.
Only after request we were told that all Windows don't go up because collapse threatens its balconies.
Why not announced to us that check in with?
The 2 room turned out to be like the first. In the same condition.
We are checked out. And were not the only ones…

Absolutely disastrous conditions! In the rooms, it was warm than 30 °! The air conditioning did not work, balcony doors or window could be, not opened because the balconies because "crash risk" were locked. At the a check-in was no one pointed out that there are problems, urgent requests, and after seeing a further room with the same problems, was told that the entire hotel is affected! We are left then again like many others. Conclusion: never again NH!

Window allowed for renovation not open, this stuffy and musty in the room. Furnishings and equipment of the rooms is come in the year. The breakfast was where the cost was steep but good.

Old Hotel, in need of renovation, I would not visit again. Service & breakfast ok.

Zimmer sind groß, Badezimmer sind sauber aber etwas abgenutzt, Frühstück ist toll, WLAN sehr dürftig! Gegen Aufpreis von 10€ kann man einen Premium Account für das WLAN erwerben, unverschämt!

Quiet location and yet fast in the city centre! In the curvy located. Small pool.

Cold welcome, bad room heating, and… electricity power failure, many times.

Fair considering the cost. Remote from the city. Old but well maintained. No coffee/tea making facilities. Free Wi-Fi but with 100mb download limit and crawling speed of 128k which they don't tell you about on their website. TV set from 1970s. Didn't know VDU TVs still existed until I enteted this hotel. Friendly and efficient service.

Nice clean four stars hotel with an exceptional value! Very nice and helpful stuff.
