Overall we were pleased with the stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a quiet location, there are large supermarkets and shops nearby. To stop the trains to go slowly 10 minutes. The area is well-groomed, there is a swimming pool. Somewhere in the bushes live rabbits — every evening ran to pinch the grass, sometimes near the pool at the same time ran 7 rabbits.
The room has everything you need for a comfortable living. I want to note the cleanliness — the room was cleaned qualitatively, towels, dishes were changed, napkins, shampoos, etc. Were added, when cleaning did not touch personal belongings.
The hotel is in an area that is being built up. Nearby is a business center, a wheat field and a beet field. The hotel was renovating something, so it was very noisy from the morning. And breakfasts at the hotel cost 20 euros, but the buffet is rather meagre and monotonous. They ate the same thing every day.

Modern, clean and efficient hotel. Good size rooms well furnished with comfortable beds and nice size bathroom.

Peripheral hotel in Frankfurt this is a perfectly normal Mercure Hotel as you can find anywhere in France and even elsewhere. Perhaps it is interesting to clarify that the food is for breakfast or even in the evening and a German cuisine… for us French who are accustomed to perhaps more refinement some dishes may look little tasted or even disgusting… but don't be afraid to test them! You can have very good surprises although French cuisine is the best in the world (a little chauvinism never hurts lol)

The rooms are spacious and nice but we had a bad surprise the first night at the restaurant. The latter is supposed to open until 11pm but at 10.30 pm the buffet was withdrawn and even a dessert to the card was no longer possible… Damage.

The rooms are clean and well equipped. My only problem is the number of available free parkingplaces. Sometimes there is none.

Good business and family hotel. The train station is 8 minutes away, but it's not safe to walk to the station late in the night. The breakfast in this hotel is one of the best spreads I have seen. It doesn't have too many items but the quality and taste is excellent. If you are undecided between here and moxy, go for mercure. You won't regret it. Note for guests: there are two mercure right next to each other, make sure you get the Cab To the right one otherwise you will have walk with your luggage for another 200 metres.

Rooms very good, lunch as well. Only the coffee and cake buffet could have been a bit bigger (e. G. Hot chocolate as a drink)

Location was not so good, if you rely on public trasnsport. The last shuttle from the train station to the hotel is at 19:50. After which you have to walk which is around 10-15 minutes on a deserted place. The breakfast was ok ok…

The hotel itself has a little to do with the years. My room had a few minor flaws but was otherwise okay. The breakfast buffet was good enough. I was disturbed by the volume coming from Asia for the most part of the guests at breakfast.
Since I was traveling here professionally, I would like to have a few restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel to end the day and to take something for dinner. Unfortunately, this is not the case at all. The nearest restaurants were 1, 5 km away. The hotel restaurant also offers a few meals, but for every evening I lacked the variety and very cheap food and drinks were not available at the hotel either.

Standard Hotel in Eschborner nowhere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, Plastikbad, good but expensive breakfast.

The hotel is ok, outside Frankfurt but with good train combination. Free Wi-Fi fails a bit.

Excellent food which must be the reason it's still a 4-star hotel. If you've ever been in a 4-star hotel in Asia, this hotel will be a big disappointment. This is a 3 star hotel! No gym! Tiny rooms with outdated TV sets. Most internationally accepted and respected TV channels are missing. No CNN, no BBC, no DW etc… The bathrooms are retrofitted with ugly plastic shower boxes as well as sinks that don't drain fast enough and have a cheap and unhygienic feel. The elevators take ages and are tiny. Really annoying after a few days. The Wi-Fi barely reaches into some rooms and despite full reception you can barely update a news app in which the content is just bit-sized text, let alone Skype. Unacceptable in 2018 Germany. If you request a different room, you won't get another one during the time of fairs as its super busy everywhere. The bar has an outdated beer-pump and thus your beer is flat despite foam on top. In addition to that there's a weird odor in the bar area which I can't explain… Just weird. If you want additional shaving-kits after the first week you pay extra 2 and something Euro plus have to bring it upstairs yourself. The toothpaste you get is barely enough for 3 days. Better you bring your own or buy next door. You have to bring your dirty laundry downstairs yourself! If your stay offers a shuttle service you'll find they are rarely on time and for bigger groups have not enough cars. You will be late.

Will be better if staffs can be more nicer. Clean hotel. Good buffet lunch.

Sehrerviceorientiert. Very clean rooms. Rich Breakfast. Good parking facilities.

Heating did not worked… not so clean… regular breakfast… bad Wi-Fi internet.

Mediocre hotel. Clean and appropriately sized rooms. Restaurant has poor vegetarian options. Situated on the edge of industrial park, does not have pleasant surrounding.

Air conditioning in the room was a disaster and opening windows did not go either due to the street noise. Equipment was average plain.
Food and staff were very good.

The food is really excellent. Rooms are good, just all the bathrooms are being renovated. I personally miss a gym, but you know that beforehand.

Nice hotel. Double room well equipped. Very friendly staff. Well organized. Very nice breakfast buffet. Bathroom is nicely equipped. Hairdryer available. With hotel's own bar and restaurant. Meeting rooms available. Very well attended.

Nice and clean rooms. Great cuisine. Weak Wi-Fi and no gym.

Good variety breakfast and comfy room. LIDL supermarket nearby. The only downside is tour coach can't unload luggages in front of the lobby, have to load at the roadside.

The hotel is in a central area and close to a train station. Rooms are good. Internet is fast.

This Hotel is in the middle of nowwhere, you actually need a car to get to the city center. And the service in the restaurant that is included in the hotel is very poor and occasionally also unfriendly. But the rooms and the building are nice.

Has good customer service, they speak both German and English. Additionally they are clean and have nice rooms. Breakfast and lunch is on time.

A renovation would not be the worst idea. The cleaning lady was either sick or on vacation. There is no wardrobe, just a wardrobe. In the bathroom everywhere lime edges, on the terrace of the restaurant are the lamps rather a flies graveyard, instead of a lighting. The pool is covered with a layer of yellow brownish.

Treatment very good, room very good, breakfast very good.

Was already often in this Hotel for meetings. The rooms are large, clean, the beds good. The staff is friendly, however not always very competent. The Restaurant / the quality of the dishes are good to very good. Also you will quite quickly served. Is a bit annoying however, is when a at Breakfast the used dishes without prompting cleared. You go short once again to the Buffet, so it may be that a new Cup of coffee "organize" must-have, or Will wordlessly very quickly once the plate is removed, while the last bite removed ; — ( Then, it bothers me very much that there is no sports / gym in this Hotel. Just as a business hotel and after meetings, this would be a great offer! Sauna — None! Pool only in the summer outside in the garden under the eyes of the Restaurantbenutzer. Around the Hotel there are "attractions" such as a highway, a field and an industrial area with shopping Mall (wholesale). All in all, mans can endure, but the location is anything but nice and the leisure facilities mieserabel.
