There was no relation between the price and the quality. We paid about €340 for a single room and still had to pay additional €15 for a parking place. The room was ok. Breakfast was fine too. The ladies at the reception could have been nicer.

Standard Mercure hotel, which means it is clean and well managed. Don't expect individual design. But for a business hotel it does a good job.

Good overall, friendly staff, cleanliness OK, rich breakfast buffet with wide choice… The rooms are basic but comfortable.

I am a regular guest in this House due to my occupation. The rooms are clean, staff very friendly. And the bar is well worth a visit in the evening. Restaurant manager and staff very accommodating.

For us a very good fair hotel. Not too far to the fair, good parking facilities in front of the house (free of charge) or underground garage (for a fee). Good breakfast buffet and a small evening menu is also available. Rooms are absolutely OK, service fits.

Staff very friendly, wish breakfast varied more, don't get me wrong, it's huge lots of choices but when staying for a long trip the same thing gets old, but staff also willing to make alternate choices for me. Not much shopping near, but you can jump on train and go most any where. Lots of walking and biking paths around fields. If ur from America it's an adjustment, but I'd stay here again.

The room is average, very clean. The staff is not so friendly and the food expensive.

I found it chaotic and the staff rude.

Very nice hotel, very good food, very nice waitress, the blonde lady from the reception does her job very well she was loosely very unauthentic and has brought life to the store. All in all, great, I decided for the next training there.

The room was clear as always, well climated and overall a very nice stay as always.

Bathroom is very small. Even if I got a two bedroom room, it felt very small and crowded. The room was very clean and there were no smells. The breakfast is included in the price and is quite varied. The location is not that spectacular, near that hotel there is a big field of turnips. The advantage to the locaois that it is very quiet. Overall it wasn't worth 100 euro a night and if I wasn't traveling with business, I would have choosen another place.

Typical business hotel net bad but also net especially, free Wi-Fi, and good selection in the bar.

Does not deserve even 3 hotel stars. Visa and mastercard not working, bar after 9.30pm with no snacks and one type of beer, receptionist not interested in providing any alternative locations advice, room walls thin = bad sleep due to late arrival of neighbours, windows not soundproof with 5am garbage truck in front of window. Did not have such lousy hotel stay in my 30year history of travelling. One word — disaster. Rather close the hotel than operate at this level.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks while on a business trip. Everything was clean including the bathroom. The room was smaller than what I'm used to. Staff was perfect. Receptionists went above and beyond to help me out on multiple occasions, it was a memorable experience. Unfortunately one of them spoke poor English which was frustrating but the other ones more than made up for it.

It's a nice hotel and I had a quiet stay. Most times it felt like the floor was empty. The staff at the desk is hit or miss. One guy was helpful while the evening shift was the worst. The restaurant was convenient. It's closed on the weekend and early during the week. There is a sister hotel adjacent to here that rents bikes if you desire that kind of thing.

Nice hotel, clean but too much expensive, in my opinion.

The hotel is located in Eschborn just outside of Frankfurt. It is easily accessible by S Bahn (five stations from Frankfurt main station and three from the fair area) or by car. There are several free parking places outside the hotel but there is also a parking lot in front of the door. The staff has so far been very helpful and kind, changing the room wwhen we requested one with a better suited toilet for the disabled. The rooms are comfortable and decorated well. There are rooms in the ground floor that can be easily accessed by the disabled. The hotel offers a breakfast and a dinner buffet (for 17 eur per person, if it was not included in your booking) that offers a wide selection of tasty cold and warm dishes. All in all, I had a positive impression and would definitely recommend the hotel if you get a good deal.

The large mirror in the bath was spotless, every day. — Staff was very friendly and professional — Setting the room temperature to my own preference was easy enough (December) Cons: — Only (less than) half of the rooms have a view. I got one on the wrong side. No big deal, except for the deception in the ad (and paid the same price as far as I know). — Water temperature in the shower was unsteady, at least in the morning. — Bathroom ventilation is passive, a hot shower will turn the bathroom into a steam bath — Free Wifi… well, that's my biggest gripe, there's no free lunch, and freedom isn't free etc. — you pay for it with your time. At times it's infuriatingly slow, and having to reconnect several times a day (on several devices) doesn't help. I guess the network partner of Mercure desperately wants to sell its premium package. So if fast wireless is important to you, for example because you have to do some work in the evening and exchange large documents, and you don't pay for Wi-Fi on prinicple, look somewhere else.

It's a nice hotel. Very good breakfast. Free Wi-Fi with good connection. The service in general was really good.

Non nonsense hotel with excellent staff that understand what a business travel needs. Stayed many a night here and always feel welcome. Great breakfast as well.
