With great attention to detail were not only the rooms but also the excellent food. In addition, the small hotel is very nicely located and the adjacent forest is beautiful for a relaxing walk. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful stay.

Motorcycles were allowed to sleep in the barn.

Good food with the same décor across the courts. The operation was good, though not proficient in the food rules. The staff were very child-friendly. Will I be back? Probably not by itself.

Have spent two nights here, motorcycle tour in Sauerland.
— Very nice hotel, fresh and lovingly renovated rooms. On a positive note, you can already find two different pillows in the rooms.
— The operators of the lock are always courteous and do everything to make you feel comfortable as a guest.
— Breakfast is rich, everything you need to start your day. (As a tip, perhaps instead of industrial breeks which are from the baker. )
— The in-house restaurant has excellent cuisine, visually and tasteful only recommended.
Minus — Very bad Wlan, which is annoying as your own network doesn't work either.
Otherwise there is nothing objectionable …
Conclusion: On the night trip to Sauerland we will definitely come back …

This restaurant is absolutely recommended. Dining extremely tasty, wonderfully presented on the plate, at surprisingly moderate prices. Service by the boss was very friendly and attentive, but not intrusive, briefly professional. The 10 km drive from Winterberg is definitely worth it. We will definitely repeat next holiday.

My daughters and I spent two and a half hours in this glorious restaurant. That food was super delicious, visually great, the service friendly and attentive but not intrusive. If we lived nearby, this would become my Lueblingslokal. Thanks for the great evening.

It rather located in out of the way on a country road but the food is the first class as of a big city first class restaurant. I’ll be back next time I visit Köln from California again. It also a very nice drive to get there. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I was on Sunday, Nov. In 2017 there lunch with a group of 7 people. The restaurant was not overcrowded, normally frequented. The first impression was very good, we were greeted warmly and brought to our table. The ambience was also very nice. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The food was perfect in taste and in a visual way and delicious. Prices were fine, too
Only small point of criticism: For the fact that it was not very crowded, it took a bit long between the starter and the main course, which of course can be due to the fresh preparation of the dishes, but otherwise everything was perfect and I would like to come back and would like to come back to everyone. Eat here Recommend! :)
