Family friendly and super friendly staff and owners.

Mega delicious food with a lot of refinementands and the courteous service speak for this restaurant. I would like to give the 6th star! We will definitely see each other again; the anticipation is great. It's nice that we can enjoy this quality in Rotenburg!

Family atmosphere with great restaurant.

I was at a party there, the food tasted delicious, the service was top notch. I did not try the hotel, but as I learned from other participants of the celebration, it should also be very good. I can only recommend the "Silver Fir"!

Very good place where you can accommodate guests very well. Everything in hotel is good.

Food tip, service first class close to the 5th star.

On the whole, the microclimate in the hotel does not differ from that of the surrounding area: the car windows have to be scratched free after frosty nights, southeast storm is just as common as in the neighboring village and the milk girls anticipate the climate catastrophe. Except on Sunday of course.

The food was very good and the atmosphere in the Advent season as well.

We were only there one night, but everything fit. We were received very kindly and time was made for us even though a big event was going on.
The room was clean, the beds good and the bathroom nicely large. The breakfast was just lovely. The buffet didn't let us miss anything, the service very accommodating and the "bosses" had breakfast with the employees and us. For us, this family atmosphere radiated so much positively that we would have liked to stay even longer.
Should we be back in the corner we will be happy to come back over:)

Simply the best hotel and service you will receive in Landkreis Rotenburg. Worth every Euro plus more. The menu is superb and the atmosphere is perfect. Both indoors and outdoors! Thank you Family Ziegenbeine and Team!

Super service, super delicious food. Were with a small group of 11 people on the spot and each has the food (evening and Breakfast) very good taste. Good price-performance ratio.
