Very nice ambience — unfortunately the food was completely salted — the menu process was totally uncoordinated — forgotten orders — a pity — therefore only for the ambience 3 stars.

Here you will find great dishes on the menu and the boss understands his craft. It's worth a visit.

Fantastic and absolutely price-appropriate eaten: Meat peaks with beef, pork, chicken and rosemary card opener. Dessert: Geeister Kaiserschmarrn with Cassis.
Any side dishes fresh and perfect. In the case of cattle, it was probably by no means the preparation, but the selection of meat that could be improved. Otherwise: Relaxation location, operation very friendly. We drove home with a very good feeling. Anyone who reads my other reviews knows that this is not a self-evident assessment.

One of the best restaurants I've eaten in so far. Locally… Food… Ambience… Operation… Quality and price-/performance is simply great. I can only recommend it unreservedly!

Unfortunately, despite the demand for reservations, there was only one limited card. The shortcoming should be used to our advantage: Because we all ordered the same thing, we even got our food in the course of noon (about 1:5 h).
The service was obviously overwhelmed, because our neighbouring tables telephedly did not get beyond the starter. Whether the failure of a chef or other staff led to it, I can't say. In any case, two neighbouring tables stopped eating because either the main course did not come, the wrong food was brought to another table twice, etc. At such a moment you can easily comprehend the hassle of the other tables and feel sorry for it, especially if the card is already evaporated on a menu and an alternative. For example, if (without our order) a children's schnitzel is brought to our table, it then goes back and reaches our neighbouring table 10 minutes later, obviously the left hand does not know what the rights are doing.
The food we got, however, was very tasty and well prepared, the service friendly. Maybe it would have gone better on another day (not Mother's Day). I will give the restaurant a chance again, because the surroundings and ambience could be right, provided the guests are in a good mood.

Top… Attentive Service, tasteful ambience and well maintained menu. My favorite calf's liver with Saffron potatoes and fennel vegetables. Price performance ratio is appropriate.

A nice beer garden in summer. Also inside a cosy ambience. Food is good, however, the staff leaves a lot to be desired. We had ordered a Rumpsteak, medium. What came up was a steak, about 2cm thick and completely through. When asked if this was really a Rumpsteak, the waiter was already rolling with his eyes. Well, we are not connoisseurs and then have not discussed further. But that just seemed strange to us, because we didn't know that. When we said that was not medium, he instructed us to cut the steak in the middle, because it was medium. But there it was also, just a little more pink. The waiter then said that it was medium what we wanted. Since the meat was also quite tough and we didn't want any discussion, we chewed on daraufherum. Only then did the waiter felt compassion and let us bring a new piece, which was just as thin and through as the predecessor. And that for over 20 euros. What annoyed us in the story is less the flesh, but the condescending, arrogant treatment by the waiter. We paid and have never been there again ever since.

The restaurant in the Wolf Gorge is my hammer favorite. Great food, fast service and good prices.

My room was simply furnished. No roller shutters or curtains for darkening (probably beneficial in summer) Unfortunately in the immediate vicinity the main road — — with the window open very disturbing price/performance unfortunately do not fit.

The Food is ok. Large Portions and delicious. The Service is disastrous, inattentive and forgetful. This is not the case in Rodgau either. You don't feel so comfortable and you don't get cared for.

Great food, service, and a comfy bed!

The Location and the feel-good factor get full marks. The beer garden impresses with a stylish interior and atmosphere. The Restaurant is very tastefully decorated and with an understanding of acoustics. The noise is even if all the tables are occupied, still OK. The kitchen and the Service have excited me from the beginning. The service was both times very attentive, and quite positive, wit and charm. I can recommend the Wolf's Glen in the summer as well as winter time.

We come here regularly, as the menu always offers seasonally new delicious dishes. The service is very friendly, the prices go absolutely fine and cozy it is too!
In the meantime, we even celebrated our wedding there in the marquee in June. We found the day well organized, the tables were already covered for us, so that we could decorate comfortably the day before. The ceremony on the spacious terrace outside was very nice. The staff was as always very friendly and also until night at 2 still fully in use :)
As usual, the food was also for almost 70 people at the same high level, our guests were thrilled.
Overall we had a more than successful celebration, we were very satisfied and felt completely comfortable.

Ambiance is relatively nice. Location. Unfortunately, the food in the Restaurant pretty boring and "Medium" Steaks are completely cooked through.

Very nice ambience. Food generally good BUT with a large spoon of cranberries on the gourmet frying pan or with the watering can principle in the decoration with balsamic cream, the carefully produced meal is about to be devalued. Sometimes less is more. Service is very different, is — logically — of whom one is supported. We had the first Time, a woman (Carmen? ) — this was Top. The last Time, with a new one (a waiter), the Service was lame.

If the Wolf Gorge is to be described in one word, there would be no word with which one could describe the Wolf Gorge… Because the Wolf Gorge is something very special, there are so many words that would fit the Wolf Gorge! The ambience is fantastic. The team is so cordial, I have never experienced such a team in a restaurant. The boss is the star of the Wolf Gorge. Magdalena is such a lovely person. She tries to make everything perfect, as if… it their own celebrations.
The Wolf Gorge is recommended for any kind of celebration. Whether wedding, birthday etc. Or funeral sday celebrations right next to the cemetery. For every kind of celebration, the team is always there for the customers.
My experience with the Wolf Gorge and the chef was an indescribable feeling.
I have met new great people and would like to return to this ambience again and again.

Food in the Restaurant was very good! (a little expensive but good)
Rooms were ok, with one TV over DVBT thus very restricted to say. Breakfast a disaster, the worst we have ever.

We were now for the third Time in the Wolfsschulcht and are always thrilled. The ambience is super beautiful, modern and stylish have been implemented. Service is a BIG priority, the staff always has an eye on the table and know if something is missing or the guest desire. Here, you must not wait or call, here is pro-actively asked: "Lord, there must still be something? " Of course, the food here is the best. We had each time Before, main and Dessert and were always early to the table — even though the Restaurant is always well attended. The Location is great but that is also your Problem. I'm not sure whether the way in Rodgau to last long. It is but a little upscale from the food and the whole art In Frankfurt would be no Problem at all… However, I hope the Restaurant is still a few years ;-)

I was now 3. Time in this locality is a key factor for my family reunion were the previous two visits. The beautiful ambience and the waiters are attentive and polite, the food is good. Unfortunately, my expectations of this Celebration is not at all true: were Planned: a champagne reception with Canapes/puff pastry Appetizer — main — Dessert — cheese. The tables were not so, as I was at it almost 30 people had ordered — not even a little decorated — total very unloving. The champagne reception was not good — the waiters were almost for every single glass, the side dishes were on 3 plates on the tables, so that I, as the host with the Tablets tie and walked around it to my guests offered. The Appetizer well: good salad — tomato soup is very sharp and thin — not good The main course — very good — the pork tenderloin and Steak. The Dessert was a disaster: ordered goods: chocolate and Himbermousse and an orange sorbet with berries decorated — here eats the eye: The Mousse was very firm, the Sorbet, not a Sorbet, the plate carelessly edited. Finally, the cheese plate: for 13, 50. — per plate I would have really of the amount (too little) and also the decoration of expected more. As a conclusion, it remains only to: the ambience is nice and the food up to the main course — not good. Is in no case to price/performance ratio. Waiter very nice and polite. I would have at a 5*star Italian better and considerably cheaper.

Unfortunately, only a star. Eat cold. Duck tough. Leg of lamb unloving to the plate repeatedly. Spices were missing totally. Mashed potatoes outside cold inside hot. (Microwave) The price-performance ratio was right in any case. Much too expensive for the offered "Hausfrauenkost". Never again!

We have a voucher from the Restaurant Wolfsschlucht purchased. In spite of free places refuses the Restaurant at the weekend redeem the coupon. Absolute Disaster.

Ambience Top food, unfortunately, a Flop, or for the performance it delivers is too expensive We were now 2 times in the Wolfschlucht to eat. The one Time it was reasonably OK from the food, which is why we the Restaurant, especially because of the nice ambience, again to give a Chance and tried a second Time have been reserved. Since the food was unfortunately not satisfactory .

A really great Restaurant with self-service beer garden and a beautiful terrace to sit out. Very varied menu and a nice service. The food is excellent and the prices accordingly. Is probably my new favourite restaurant.

The reopening has been worth it. Food is very good and beautiful surroundings.
