Rheinblick is fantastic. The food is very good and digestible.

Room amenities do not match the price. Furniture is habituous and in the tub the enamel has burst on a large area.

Beautiful hotel located above the Rhine, with a fabulous view of the Rhine Valley. Breakfast is rich. Dinner very tasty, friendly service and a wide selection of exclusive wines. Great wellness area with swimming pool.

The location is simply breathtaking.

Unfortunately, as a guest, you feel that the mood among the employees is rather negative. In addition, the new hotel manager does not need to talk to the guest who had a problem when politely asked. This has nothing to do with hospitality. We have been a guest at this hotel for 30 years, now we have cancelled our already booked stay.

Very impressive room and very nice scenic around the place.

Very nicely located hotel with phenomenal views of the Rhine Valley. The hotel is part of a historic castle complex, a guided tour is very interesting. Excellent food and good wine selection, whereby the local Rieslings from the Middle Rhine are particularly recommended.

The rooms were just ok. Service in the restaurant was incredibly slow. There was an exquisite view, the only really good thing. No air conditioning.

At at the restaurant that is out on the balcony. The food was pretty decent and the prices were not that bad. You also get a great view of the Rhine River while you eat. Even if you are not staying at the restaurant this place is great to come and have a coffee.

It was a really fantastic experience for me staying in this hotel. The staff was really friendly and lovely. The food was amazing. My teammates were also loving the presentation of the food. I had a time also to check out the Castle and could be able to take some good pictures. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to this area or for team building and want to have some quiet, comfortable and relaxed time. Thank you so much for the chef and all the stuff for making our workshop great.

Great castle hotel with nice rooms, amazing spaces and wonderful atmosphere. Food is good and great selection of wines. Friendly helpfull staff.

Location of the Hotel is breathtaking, the Facets of the House convinced us, the Food in the Restaurant was perfectly celebrated. Breakfast Area was overbooked on Sunday, here the Controls were overwhelmed by Staff. Had I Been able to imagine a Parking offer for my Vehicle As a Suite guest, I had to walk 300 m with Luggage.

Hotel located in Rheinfels castle. The restaurant will guide foreigners voluntarily to the wall side. People who are concerned need attention. From the room you can hope for the River Rhine. Customer service is neither good nor bad. I felt that other guests were more kind than the hotel staff.

This Hotel is amazing. If you visit Germany, you really need to stay here. The fine dining restaurant overlooks the Rhine River. Absolutely breathtaking views!

I was here at the conference. Very expensive (I hope, will pay). And so-a nice hotel in a beautiful castle.

The hotel is very good to find. Are plenty of parking spaces available. The staff and service are excellent and the excellent culinary delights of the kitchen round off the completed visit. It is better not to imagine. Keep it up. Looking forward to the next check-in.

For years we have been going to the restaurant because the food and the ambience has always been very good. My sister from Berlin was always happy to go out there to eat with us. But this Saturday at noon it was an imposition. The asparagus was not even and my dish was just lovingly prepared and prepared. It was very unpleasant to accept our complaint. We were very disappointed and are considering whether we will reserve a table there again. Unfortunately, the level was not the same as we were used to some time ago. It's a shame, because mass tourism is not our taste.

Living in the castle! Impressive setting. Great outlook. Nice and courteous staff. Upscale class. Leaves nothing to be desired. First class dishes. Beautiful exteriors and indoor sauna. Pool present and tasteful relaxation room. Nice bar. Castle is to be visited. Dogs allowed. Centrally located for hiking and excursions.

Located in Rheinfels Castle, some of the rooms have been converted from the castle, and even the walls of the gym are the original look of the castle! The hotel restaurant's large glass window is the Rhine River and the scenery on both sides, sitting there for a cup of coffee is so comfortable!

Very nice hotel with impressive view, right next to the castle itself. In the hotel itself there are always "traces" of the castle to discover. Pool with sauna area is also available. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere.

Definitely not recommended! Few) Unfortunately, a real thing was worth a few years ago, what it still promises today. The last stay disappointed us deeply: the kitchen was a disaster! The cocktails are not sneezable, the restaurant staff non-committal and the breakfast is not worth the money! Should have left the same evening, which unfortunately we did not do to give the whole one more chance. In vain: None of the many bars open in the evening, the wellness area closed due to disinfecting/Reinigungsarbeiten, the reaction from the kitchen with regard to bad food: unprofessional as never before experienced — hungry to bed and drawn conclusion: never Again! The one point/Star goes to the Junior suite…

Such an incredible hotel! I mean, you get to stay in a castle! Rooms are comfy and cozy, amazing views, food in the restaurant is superb, and the staff is friendly.

We spent a wonderful weekend there at the end of November 2017. The restaurant is great, the location is the hammer, the spa is absolutely fine!

The food, which was very nostalgic, tasted us all very much.
High above the rhine, this castle is designed for family celebrations of all KINDS.

A nice hotel, subjectively felt too expensive (hence 1 star deduction). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds Viiiiel too soft and all (have asked) with central crack, which I find a bit nonsensical for a romantic hotel.
The spa area is very pleasant. The water in the swimming pool Clean. The Panorama sauna is also very nice. The stay was pleasant and the food (4 Courses) came briskly in a row and was really delicious! Breakfast buffet also without complaint.
Overall I was very satisfied, still find it Expensive.

Romantik Hotel Schloss Rheinfels — Our Fifth Visit I first met my current partner at this Restaurant and Hotel. She chose this restaurant for us to meet the first time, because of its food, atmosphere, view, and location. She made a great choice and we have been back at least five times since. It is a very nice hotel and restaurant with a great view of the Rhine River. The food is a bit expensive but great. The restaurant is a great place to meet someone or celebrate. The restaurant tries to fill all wishes. One can order a complete meal on the menu or pick and choose parts of a complete meal. We did have one bad experience on my 59th Birthday, where the Restaurant although we told them twice and they acknowledged our reservation, they were not ready when we arrived for my Birthday Breakfast. But as an apology the Hotel gave my partner and me a certificate for a free ride in their ‘Old Timer’ vehicle. Which we used 6 months later, for a ride along the Rhine River and over to their Coffee House called ‘Loreleyblick Maria Ruh‘. It was a great gesture and we had fun. We again recently had dinner at Hotel Schloss Rheinfels Restaurant. Again the food was a bit expensive but great, the portions OK and the even though my partner mixed and matched he meal, they bill was fair. The service was great and we received our favorite table, as requested. We enjoyed the wonderful view from above the Rhine River before, during, and after our great meal.

We had to get excellent food served on the terrace. Price line is great! The atmosphere with the view of the Rhine, the castle Katz and and mouse is unique.

Super nice house in a great location.
But the best team is the team that does everything so that you have a very nice time.

Very nice little hotel. Room we stayed in was all we needed to sleep and shower. We came for the castle stay and the regions sites… so this room and local was perfect for us. Maybe just a hair on the pricey side but hey, we were sleeping in an authentic German castle!

Nothing beats the view of this hotel down on River Rhine. Make sure to get a room with that view.

Difficult to make more romantic than on the edge of the Rhine near the Lorelei.
I would recommend this hotel, its Wellness and the friendliness of its staff; Note that private parking is a real plus

We got married here on 6 May 2017 & still are incredibly impressed at our fairytale weekend, many thanks to this hotel, restaurant and Mrs. Deussen for taking the time & care for every single detail — our whole weekend here was absolutely amazing and exceeded all our expectations, making an already incredible weekend that much more charming. We had over 35 guests — a mix of Americans & Germans. Every place to eat was outstanding, the rooms were incredible and the flowers and decor made a spectacular environment. All at a very affordable price too!

I cant say much about the service or the rooms, but its a beautiful castle with a fantastic view.

The hotel, the staff, our small attic room with view of Rhine, the breakfast/dining and Spa and the 1 hour massage was really great. They could not be better!
Not to mention, an incredibly fast Internet connection there was there also, not anywhere in D. Of course. For me, it is very important, because I save my videos and pictures now in cloud.
The Ebikes, whose Akkus were too old to ride the Hill back in the hotel were the only thing that was a shame. We would have to push her away the whole upstairs! But our Wellnesstermin then was, was immediately moved and the wheels not in account. (The wheels get but soon new batteries, it said. So in any case ask, before driving off. )
Really a super experience the wonderful Rhine.

Restaurant "On Scharffeneck" has a very good food and friendly staff. The wine selection is fantastic and the view unbeatable.

I am used to somewhat slower service in Europe compared to the USA, but this was horrendous. Absolutely beautiful location and facilities, but some of the worst staff I have ever encountered, specifically in the bar/restaurant area. Multiple members of the staff looked me directly in the eyes while I waited patiently for service and simply turned their backs and walked away from me. Waiting over twenty minutes to get one single beer when there are only two other groups of customers is ridiculous. The bar/restaurant is not understaffed, there were plenty of employees milling about, they simply do not care that there are customers waiting for service and I heard similar complaints from other customers as well. *****EDIT*****: The staff in the restaurant in the morning during breakfast was a completely different story. They were extremely attentive and helpful, even though they did not have to be, as it was a buffet style breakfast. I wish that those staff members were working in the evening when I simply wanted to get a beer.

We had the lunch in while we visiting Rheinfels Castle. The lunch itself is OK. Yet the outside dining area has a good view. It could be not easy to get a spot during popular tourist season. There is a special "private outside patio" — table for two only is very special. You have have a very good view for the Burg Katz across Rhine River. But certainly you have to be lucky to be able to get the table.

We were in the castle Inn. The Service was slow and moderate, the food (a salad and a game court) was very geschmacksarm and unimaginative and for the offered too expensive.

We were with the family and eat in the Restaurant, which was great, we will definitely come again.

Unreasonable food for this price. The only thing decent about this Restaurant is the view! It is not recommended.

In 2013, we were to Pfifferlingszeit there. There was a menu with chanterelles from A to Z. Awesome! Especially the ice cream! Well, the price is high, but you pay for location, ambiance, view (if you get, although there are still seats available) and the new toy of the bosses are the same with (the Rheinfels Schnaufferl) ;-).

Very nice Spa Hotel with views of the river Rhine. Attentive and friendly staff. Our room was very nice with a fantastic view from the terrace. The Spa is small but fine. Two saunas, a steam bath, a swimming pool, Beauty and Massage. The most important thing is present, lovingly and tastefully furnished. We had both a relaxation massage, which was outstanding. We had a package with 4 courses Menu in the "simpler" Restaurant (good) and a really excellent 5-course Menu in the "better" Restaurant. The space in the recessed niche with a view (on the Rhine, where else) is highly recommended. Also recommended: The pub in the old bakery on the premises! Less to recommend: A trip to the place. There was dull and empty, was also at the time of year, I think. Overall: For a Entspannungswochenende or similar: Highly recommended.
