I enjoyed my 2 nights. Simple and clean. The staff, esp. Receptionists, were lovely and VERY helpful. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Small area of contention was TV in my room seriously needed attention. I did complain, but there was hardly an improvement. Highly recommended!

Best HI experience so far. Very welcoming staff. Room was nice, according to standard (this is airport hotel, why anybody would need anything bigger? ) Men staff in the evening was really kind and helpful — our 1yo daughter loved them. Will definitely return.

Rooms good but too small, same as beds. Too hot AC is preset (by corporate types no doubt). Staff were outstanding. Breakfast was very good.

Beautiful rooms with kettle and coffee powder. Breakfast was also sufficient, but nothing special. However, parking costs €15 per day. And the hotel is already very remote. However, sufficient for busy meetings in the conference rooms.

Really clean and tidy room. Awesome water pressure in the shower and beds were nice. Special thanks to Christopher in the restaurant for helping me with the butter machine and my limited German.

Close to the highway, simple but good pizzeria a few meters away.
Furnishings, house are simply functional and this charm has it.
The staff was friendly and nice.
Who wants to spend only one night in transit will be satisfied.

Good chain hotel close to the airport with courtesy mini bus. Easy to find if you arrive by car (only 300m from the motorway/autobahn). EXCELLENT breakfast. Highly recommended.

We used this hotel because we arrived one night earlier to our flight.
The service and staff are great. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very convenient. But there is no more there. Therefore, it is advisable to arrive late, because otherwise it can come to boredom.
In the evening you can treat yourself to Ian the bar for a sleeping beer or similar. The breakfast is plentiful, as you know it.
The hotel has a shuttle service to the airport.

Good location near the airport. We had the feeling of being a few German guests. Reception very friendly. The breakfast was rather average. You have to get coffee yourself. Room clean as far as possible. The control plate at the WC in room 240 was totally dirty in the edges. Apparently, there has never been a sight. Therefore only 4 stars.

Very convenient for Frankfurt airport. Comfortable, clean and not too expensive (about €70 breakfast included for 2 people). Not too far by car to the next town to go to a restaurant. Anyway, good for one night.

This is a well-structured hotel if you want to stay briefly before or after a flight.
Rooms are practical and well furnished. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is very good.

We stayed for an info event in one of the meeting rooms of the hotel. The meeting rooms are separated from the rooms and the lobby, creating a quiet atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and met our needs. Parking spaces are available right next to the hotel.

The management and team were extremely accommodating. There were some small unforseen problems that were repaired immediately. This hotel is run very smooth. I'd definantly stay there again.

Unfortunately not at all suitable for families. 2 people from a family of 4 must be on a couch.

Rooms are clean, service at the reception and the bar in the evening was excellent. Travel bed for the baby was really nice and personnel was happy to warm up baby foods. Special thanks to the reception lady I'm the morning, who sent the forgotten id-card to airport with the shuttle bus driver! And that driver, he is my everyday hero who needs recognition for the excellent service and kindness.

Small room but for one night totally OK. Nice shower, sink and toilet. Everything clean. Breakfast good. In the room there is a kettle with cups, coffee and tea to make yourself. Is located on a busy 4spurigen road and one side is a truck drive. It's pretty noisy. But for an overnight stay to the flight excellent. There is a shuttle to the airport for 5 euros per person. Works well, runs every half hour.

The hotel is old and jaded, expensive for such quality.

Don't stay here. Third bed was a disaster, one of us didn't sleep. When driving off we got a present: 30 Eur extra payment for parking tickets, which were told to be free the day of arrival. Decent breakfast though.

Excellent proximity to the freeway and the Schuttle parking mode works super well.

Price — performance ratio is good. Dip Is clean, breakfast is OK. Staff friendly. For one night it was good.

Not a good place to stay. Neither it is near to city nor to Airport. Very far from nearest public transport station. Quality of food is poor and one doesn't have the choice of eating out as there is only one Italian restaurant nearby and nothing else. Room service is terribly bad and equally bad is reception and front desk staff. I don't recommend anyone to stay here.

There was some noise getting into room from the street traffic. I hope the rooms on the opposite side of corridor are more quiet.

Clean hotel and staff is super. However, is difficult to know which Holiday Inn shuttle to take from the airport since there are several. Double check you have the correct one.

Nice, rooms and helpful staff. They lent us umbrellas when it was pouring with rain. Some more breakfast options would have been good though.

Quick check in, nice room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the bar area and large breakfast buffet. The shuttle to the airport costs 5 euros per person.

Really aged and strange smell in the floors. Breakfast is in usual German way limited. But price is excellent. So it you're up to budget accommodation, this is your hotel. Definitely worth the money.

Room was booked for a single bed, we ended up with two beds… They would not allow us to use our card for purchases, only the card on file, until check out… Room was clean… Food was good… Within walking distance of a few restaurants… Overall an okay stay…

Very convienent to the airport and clean rooms. Breakfast was very nice and included in the price. They also have a bar and serve some light meals. Shuttle service is 5 Euro per person to ride to the airport. This place can get very crowded and there is very little to do in the area if you dont have a car. Great place for one night before an early flight the next day. Front desk service was very good.

Hotel near the airport, clean and comfortable rooms.

My family and I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport. We stayed for a total of three nights; two on the front end of our vacation and one a fews days later. Each time my family of five required two rooms and each time each of the bathrooms was dirty. The toilets have quite a bit of grime and mold inside the bowls. We asked for them to be cleaned again while we were out. When we got back to the rooms the toilets looked no better. Fortunately, there are toilet brushes beside the toilets that I was able to use to clean the toilets myself. The showers also have mold/mildew build up. The only redeeming aspect of the hotel is the coffee machine at breakfast time. It makes the perfect cup of coffee, but that's not enough to tempt me to stay there again.

Unfortunately, a smoking room was from a non-smoking room. The hotel is very nice. Service is ok. Clean also.

Nice hotel with basic facilities. The room was clean with nice shower, it is quit with the windows closed and there is air condition and free Wi-Fi. The is no mini bar to put things to cool and the bad was a little soft for me. Breakfast was basic but good. The stuff is very kind and helpful. There is a very nice forest behind the hotel with a lake which is perfect for jogging or strolling. It is not close to the center but there are two restaurants in the camping area across the road.

Rooms are dirty, bathroom more dirty, price is high… I dont recommend it there are better hotels around fra airport for the same price. The only reason I gave two stars is the breakfast. Which is good.

Not a 3 star hotel, its horrible! I have stayed in youth hostels that are more pleasant! If I had a choice, I would have tried to find someplace else, but I have an early flight. People who give this place good reviews have clearly not stayed in many places. I just came from Dusseldorf where I paid £75 a night for a hotel that feels like the Ritz compared to this place. At a ludicrous €135 per night, the hotel is dismal! The place smells sickeningly overwhelmingly of air freshener, (the industrial type that you get in public toilets! ) probably to mask the odor of stale carpets. Decor is tired in the rooms. Hotel is on a highway, or some main throughfare and sits so close to the road that the noise is CONSTANT. It is 01.37 right now and I am listening to cars and truck roaring by constantly. So I have a choice of suffocating in a stuffy room, or opening the window for air and not sleeping due to noise! I went downstairs at midnight to try and find a drink (no mini bar of course! ) and there is no staff at reception. The tables downstairs are strewn with dirty dishes and glasses… imagine a late night traveller walking in needing place to stay… There are no facilities. The drinking cups in bathroom are flimsy and cheap. No toiletries apart from hard, cheap soap in a dispenser. The restaurant people mention, is in a camping ground and you have to walk along an unlit country road to get to it.

Came to the hotel with a big surprise when they told me that my booking has been cancelled. After traveling all over Europe and spending in different hotels, this is the first time that I heard my booking was cancelled without sending me an email of its cancellation. The man at the reception even insisted that it was because they do not accept debit cards which is also used as credit in the States. Secondly, He pointed to me in a most unfriendly manner regarding this issue on the piece of confirmation paper that I have printed out, as If do not speak and understand English at all. English is my first language, ok. Second, since my booking was cancelled accd to them, I had to pay a full price, in the end, the man added 20 euros more and eventually went down to 10 euros in addition. Third, I looked under my bed and it was all dirty. Fourth, The ceiling was dripping with water. From where and what, God knows! Fifth, They offered shuttle to the airport, very practical for those leaving very early like me. But they did not tell me that I have to pay extra 5 euros for this. It was only shown in my bill afterwards. I am not complaining about this but at least they could tell the guests about the 5 euro airport shuttle charge. Sixth, Only the friendly, nice airport shuttle bus driver was friendly and polite. Bed: all hotel rooms are the same when you turn out the lights, so this is really a review of the bed, and it gets 2 of 5 stars. Very uncomfortable. Wifi: the Wi-Fi is h o r r e n d o u s l y s l o w. I know that is a relative term, but look at it this way: the connection speed per person is 512 mbps peak. It's free all over the hotel, so everyone is on it, and out here, all they get is DSL. Noise Level: the walls are paper thin, so you'll hear just about everything your neighbors are doing. Also, it is right against an open road where vehicles travel at high speed (not quite the autobahn) so road noise is constant and you can hear it everywhere, even from my room on the back side.

Very good hotel! The attention in the reception was very warm. The internet works very good, even in the rooms. Very clean. And you can find restaurants in front of the hotel, crossing the street.

Everything was good, the room, the shower, quiet, breakfast, except that they have charged €30 too much on my credit card. I hope that I will refund if not rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

We rented a car, so driving to the train station was easy for getting to Frankfurt city. We were able to park for free in the back (parking lot is 10 euro a day). Very easy drive from the airport (shuttle offered for 5 euros). Right on the highway, easy access to Mainz, Wiesbaden, Darmstadt, etc. Wifi only free for 2 devices per room (With a phone and ipad/computer per person, this was tough to handle) However, after our last stay in MUNICH (which is THE most expensive city in Germany) our stay at Frankfurt seems like a very cheap, convenient, and generous offer! Breakfast is AWESOME! Lots of options on coffee machine, wonderful breads and croissants, toaster, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, jams, honey, nutella, meats and cheeses. I love breakfast! We had a nice little walk around the lake and campground behind the hotel. Across the street, down the road are some restaurants — the Italian place is great — I fell in love with a calzone and got to watch the German "Fussball" culture in action during the World Cup. If you are high-maintenance and romantic this might not be your place, but if you're easygoing and flexible, on a budget, this is wonderful! The price is amazing, you're not paying for room service, fitness centers, pools, or a luxury location, just a clean comfortable room and great breakfast.

This hotel is way too far from Frankfurt city with no nearby public transport options. They provide shuttle service to airport from hotel at 5 euros per person per journey. Rooms are good and all other services are as per expectation.

Good little hotel for what it is. ++++ staff (they were very friendly) rooms, proximity to airport, breakfast — — — — far from town, no restaurant (that said, the restaurant next to it delivers and that food was fine).
