Happy again! Was very satisfied. Cleanly tidy modern.

Schönes Hotel Der Konferenzraum war allerdings etwas sehr schlicht.

Very nice hotel with ample rooms. Good selection of food and drinks at the bar. Top breakfast at a fair price. The staff is always on the lookout and look friendly. Only the underground car park is very small, narrow and expensive. It is better to get there if you park in the adjacent department store.

Was great and cozy. The food was even very good. Only the hallway was not so ventilated and there is no air conditioning.

Beautiful hotel only at night it is a bit noisy. Located directly at the train station. Breakfast is very good. Staff have always been friendly.

Were here only in the restaurant but this could convince. Great burger and local beer. Conditions all very friendly and helpful.

Fun hotel with a lively lobby, bar and restaurant. I did get stuck in the elevator once, but this hotel is in top 3 in all of Kassel. Friendly staff, close to the main train station and a pleasant experience.

The décor is very classy and elegant. The room was more than top. Rail connection about 3 min walk away.
Unfortunately there is a star print because of non-existent air conditioning we had at night indescribable 37 degrees! So, the night was to be desired.

Incl. Sauna and "Fitness Studio" (free) the gym is very sparsely furnished but kept tidy and clean, small refreshments are included with Apple (free of charge. The sauna small but fulfils its purpose with a shower and 2 chairs to relax.
Our room was relatively small but equipped with an XL bed and a bathtub.
You can also book larger rooms, but for your stay it was enough.
In summary I can recommend the hotel for city tours if you want to avoid hostels like A&O.

Rooms are of the size in order. Cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. Because I'm allergic to dust. In the bathroom also some renovations would have to be carried out. Silicone on bathtub and faucet missing or so heavily polluted, which was immediately noticed when first going into the bathroom. There should be an exchange from the bathtub spout. Because the spout was defective or missing and the stopper for the tub was leaking. To the menus you have to say there was little variety. Also, some of the sauces were salted.
The only good thing was the proximity to the train station.

Nice hotel in a central location. Well thought out rooms and cosy bar area. Unfortunately, credit card payments were not yet possible without contact.

Very good location, modern furnishings and very clean. The rooms have a bathroom with a bathtub. There are several conference rooms. It is possible to order food and drinks 24 hours a day at the hotel bar. The breakfast is very good and varied.

Fun hotel, but not so great. Small rooms, no refrigerator, faulty elevators. Actually got trapped in elevator for 20 minutes. No body wash provided til the final night of stay. Paid 7.50€ daily for high speed internet, which maxed out at only 1mbps through several tests — when it worked at all. Offered no refunds or discounts upon checkout. Bar and service staff awesome and friendly.

Room was average for the money and the star rating I was expecting more is regards quality. It was a smoking room but needs some plug in or spray to help with the stale smoke smell. Comfortable beds and clean sheets.

The building stands upright on the roadside. The tea tastes good as it is cooked with water. Anyway, Wednesdays.

The food is excellent and the staff very nice. A star deduction as it could still be a little cleaner.

Great location, 1min walking distance from the train station. The service is courteous, young and nice. The breakfast is okay, but goes better. The rooms and the hotel are decorated in a modern style. The hotel is also suitable as a conference venue. The seminar rooms are suitable for about 30 guests.

A very nice hotel room with a great breakfast buffet! Great place to stay near the train station and to be close to many things in the city.

Ideal for rail travellers. However, you can only get to the fair by taxi. Reception is in cafe-bar, so it takes a bit of checking in. Room was unfortunately not ready until afternoon. Sauna is only switched on by appointment. Beds a little too soft. Very modern design with bold color combinations. There were free tram tickets for documenta.

The room is large and offers plenty of space. Rooms — and hotel directions are modern and renovated in the zeitgeist. The breakfast is very nicely done and offers plenty of choice. Very quick to reach from Willhelmshöhe station.

Need rooms that are updated. More facilities for more money.

A simple decent hotel fulfills all the basic needs. It locates 3-5 minutes on foot from the train station, and about 10 minutes tram ride from the city center. The staffs are friendly and speak English, quite good according to Germany standard. The price varies but rather reasonable during the Documenta 14. It is good for a short stay. Will consider staying at Pentahotel again if visiting Documenta 15 next time.

Nice place to stay in, I stayed there during DAAD annual meeting for schoolarship holders, 100m from Hauptbahnhof of Kassel and Straßenban. highly recommend.

Nice and clean. Staff friendly. Great location Next to the Main railway Station.

I loved its location close to the railway station. The reception we got was very warm and we were given a city pass which allowed us to travel on the trams for free. Plus the buffet breakfast was great.

Typical pentahotel. The smell, the style, the rooms, beds and shower. I liked the AC, quiet and good. I thought the corridors are a bit dark. One should note that the city centre parking garage is cheaper with 12 a night, while the hotel garage is small and costs 18. The garage is also only protected by a barrier, while city centre closes at night with shutters. Our than that it is your typical pentahotel. Nothing wrong with it. Staff is good, location is excellent. Prices are relatively steep, but no penny is wasted.

The hotel looks fresh and modern, the rooms are clean and colorfull, they got a realy tasty pizza.

In itself a very nice "shack"… Food was everything I O. It just took longer mostly something until it came. The Eingangabereich/dining area is unfortunately something bleak. Rooms are clean and cosy.

Lifestyle hotel. Not necessarily my style. To the like to stay but it was ok.

Some time ago, I was here. Now is neither positive nor negative getting unstuck.

-Window supposedly sound insulation sein… die to passing trains that have kept me but awake half the night. The window resemble a normal ISO glazing a residential building from the 90s.
-the bathroom was not really clean.
-the dressing room is open in the area. Rooms very small.
-No shoe shine sponge, even slippers or similar.
-TV remote control did not work properly.
-Wireless Internet is a disaster. When you login it is 320 hat… das are so insane 35 KByte the second and ISDN line so that barely a 4 times. And in the year 2015… Fast already a nerve. Then rather for a fee offer decent performance.
But the worst thing is the price… Less than 110 eur for a night in the shed next to the railway tracks without breakfast and parking is far from being in order. There, one can talk about rip off. Breakfast costs eur 14, if you book the room with breakfast, one round 25 eur? Parking in the garage costs EUR 12.
-Parking garage is very narrow and small. Also you can get card from the garage to the hotel without room, you must laufen… was for a bullshit around, especially when you arrive at the hotel which is annoying in bad weather.
Never again!

Our room had a very nice large king bed, with good mattress, a large flat-screen TV and free Pay TV. The mini bar was missing unfortunately, this was a free bottle of mineral water available.

Great Breakfast with a huge selection — even if the crowds in the morning is great, the staff were always very friendly and attentive. We had a room towards the train station — still, it was pleasantly quiet. We have us felt very comfortable.

The Hotel offers good quality at reasonable prices. The proximity to the train station is acoustically noticeable. Sky programs are free-to-air. It also provides the television various inputs, which to a Anschlusskonsole in the vicinity of a table. The rooms and sanitary facilities are clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Its 2012! You should not have to pay for Wi-Fi and 10eur for parking is a rip off seeing that there are public parking 10m from the entrance.
