Despite the Corona pandemic we had a very nice stay at the Hotel Kunz. Room 116 was very quiet and well cut. We ate in the evening in the restaurant of the hotel, which was absolute top class. We would definitely recommend the hotel! A small shortcoming for us, however, were the mattresses of the bed, these were a little too soft for our feeling.

Wellness area small but fine. Great Staff. Very nice Bar for the evening. Delicious Food. To recommend to all.

We stayed at hotel Kunz almost 3 years ago and it was 3 great days. We had booked the cuddly arrangement. Just class! Room+bathroom (actually everything) were very clean! Food perfect, mud bath and all other wellness treatments were great! The Cuvee (from Wachenheim) delicious. The breakfast buffet was rich and appealing. Staff invariably attentive, friendly and accommodating. I'd love to go back immediately.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! There were beautiful, relaxing days in such a family and friendly atmosphere. A large praise to the kitchen team has conjured up a wonderful menu at the highest level. Delicious wines and perfect Cocktails in the 'Emils Bar'.

If you are looking for a small and loving Hitel with a warm family that makes everything as pleasant as possible, you are here in the absolutely right place. Everything clean. Neat. A beautiful little wellness oasis to linger and recharge. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent cuisine, which leaves nothing to be desired. Your heart goes out when you are also lovingly looked after by expert and friendly waiters throughout the evening.

Very nice hotel near the heart of pirmisons. The hotel bar is something else, it seems to be the liveliest one in the town. It has a quiet, inviting atmosphere, and they have a very complete bar. The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are clean and updated, and the breakfast is great. In the evenings the dinner at the restaurant is second to none. A very nice little hotel.

The rooms are very well maintained and clean. Unfortunately furnished in a somewhat "older"Stihl. A slightly more modern décor would raise the hotel to 5 stars.
The food (6 stars) is almost no better. It is sensationally good and the service is excellent.
The breakfast buffet also leaves nothing to be desired.

We were in the restaurant for dinner. It was delicious, but could have tasted better for the prices. Map is a bit confusing, staff flawless!

Every visit is absolutely top class, monotonously excellent! Except they don’t have Garden Peas, my favourite vegetable, that is my only criticism!

Our wellness weekend was great. Even the standard rooms are very nice and large enough, the bed was very comfortable. Our food was delicious. What is a pity is that smoking is done in Emil's bar, so it is sometimes very stickig/or you smell when you go out again afterwards. The sauna (2) spa is small, but still adequate. We like to come back.

The Food was impeccable. But the Affliding made us feel that You had no Desire for us Touris.
In addition, we found it rude that the Wine Bottle from the Neighbouring Table was on the Table with us.
And when asked what would be so typical National Cuisine, we didn't get an Answer either. It's a real shame!

I have redeemed my sauna coupon again today. It's always nice. Comfortable, quiet, lots of conveniences, super clean, so really take a time out.

… they already receive you at the entrance with open arms and you really feel welcome in every corner of the hotel… but the stuffy décor makes the cordial atmosphere again stiff as an ironing board. Maybe you might as well just look over the edge of the box or cancel the interior.

Absolutely great rooms, incredibly nice staff, recommended — incl. The senior leaders. Super nice in dealing with our shy 2. Year old son, no matter who. To use the menu for us, something exquisite (we have a children's menu) but that is a matter of taste. We go every year to PS grandpa to visit but now can definitely be in this Hotel!

Hotel Kunz is the top address for high standards in this region. The food is very good and the staff are over-friendly. We were 5 people at the table and everyone was very satisfied. Be sure to try the dessert "Rosty Knight"!

A very nice and family hotel. Very good Restaurant with a cosy Ambience and courteous and friendly Service. Food great. Especially recommended are the Foie Gras, the Salt Lamb the Chateaubriand and and and … Big Wine List with very good Wines.
Then in Emil Bar to great Cocktails. We always like to come back.

Upscale class. Food very good but affordable. Service absolute top class. Reservations recommended.

The staff is very nice and courteous, especially the senior boss.
I can also recommend the food without restriction.
The spa is overcrowded and if you get recommended after a massage that you should rest there a little, it can happen that there is no free space.
The interior decoration in the room and restaurant are a bit old. By that I don't mean worn out, but just old-fashioned.

Some rooms will consider one or the other small. But if you find out about the history of the building, you will understand that. A handed out collage and certainly the Kunz family are also available for this purpose. Otherwise, the rooms are absolutely top. (Have seen some of them). The entire staff (hotel & restaurant) are really top. Super competent and always very friendly. The bar, which belongs to the hotel, is also available to see. Super furnished, great selection …

Great hotel and restaurant. The only downside is the bar, where people can smoke, so as a non-smoker it's not much fun, although the drinks and ambient are good.

Nice. Very friendly, good food, very good wine (absolutely let one! ) and a real, pleasant spa area that deserves the name also.

Very nice hotel, excellent service and beautiful ambience! You feel very well looked after, especially by the senior boss, he always has a nice word for the guest and above all he takes care of the fact that any problems are solved immediately to the satisfaction of the guest. The heating in our room did not work properly on our arrival, immediately one found an intermediate solution and after a few hours everything worked smoothly. How nice that there is still so much professionalism, thank you very much!

Great food and atmosphere.

This is a lovely hotel with a warm and professional staff, run by the Kunz family who are from Winzeln and know the area and its history well. The rooms are clean and comfortable with nice beds and bathrooms. My room looked out over the street in front of the hotel and offered a nice view as well as abundant fresh air. The restaurant is first rate with delicious cuisine of the area and very good service from the staff. They also feature local wines and beers. I highly recommend the Hotel-Restaurant Kunz in Pirmasens-Winzeln Germany.

Place seemed to have stopped their development in 90' the restaurant was posh… and the food wasn't fresh.

The Hotel Kunz is a perfectly led man feels from the first Moment. A very very nice, tastefully decorated, friendly and well maintained Hotel. Very competent friendly staff. The Service at the reception and in the Restaurant was perfect. The food at the grill table was fenomenal, the kitchen has definitely earned 5 stars. Also the boss and the Boss have on several occasions is when the guests asked whether everything is in order, giving you the satisfaction of the guests is the most important.

The tasting menu was absolutely amazing! The tasting menu (8 courses) was so good.

Perfect hotel with exceptional service.

I was invited in to the Restaurant to eat. So the food is a culinary delight. Also for the eyes it is an absolute eye-catcher. You'd think it would be very expensive but the is so. So in this Restaurant, you get a super quality food at a very fair, angemssenem price. I would recommend at any time.
