What wonderful end to a tough day. Our train was 2 hours late and it was over 90 degrees when we arrived in Mainz. The train station and city were very nice and a short cab to the Best Western was scenic. The hotel is well located in a very ice neighborhood. Not much more than a mile away. Our room was air conditioned and very large. We had a refrigerator and coffee service in the room. Comfortable king bed and quiet also. The attached restaurant was Italian and very good and not too pricey. The breakfast which was included, was one of the best I have ever experienced. Attractively presented and delicious. Every thing anyone could desire. I hope I have another opportunity to stay here again.

Well-equipped rooms, unfortunately some with little interdisciplinary view of a garage, but clean, and do not miss anything. Breakfast is delicious and good standard, beautiful view from the breakfast room.

Room is on for itself top. Good facilities and everything very clean. However, at least here in the room (515) is a peculiar smell, which is not in other rooms and airing does not bring anything, furthermore there is no hotel bar, which is a pity. But there are plenty of other places nearby. Nice reception and always for questions there. Pizza can also be delivered from surrounding local.

Acceptable. Nothing fantastic. Not worth what they charge.

The breakfast was very good. No plastic waste; The Butterspendeautomat was great; Coffee was a bit too strong; Room was comfortable with private bathroom and a kitchenette.

I like the pizza though with thin bottom but this is an absolutely recommended Italian. Even the steak is extremely good.

Nothing special. Loveless, very comfortable rooms. A comfortable mattress, a very good breakfast with beautiful garden view. The city centre is within walking distance. The car park in the house is top. Overall but far too expensive for the offer.

No noise from the hallway. Before midnight to listen to shouts and funniest passing through the corridor of guests. The breakfast is excellent. Clean. The room was cold. The staff is constantly screwing up the heating batteries. In principle it is normal, but when you arrive in the evening, in the room Dubek, until the batteries again about heat.

Very clean. Newly renovated rooms. Nice staff. Gladly again.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff… Classic German nothing open on Sunday… Bring a packed lunch.

Good hotel with nice staff. Unfortunately very winding with many stairs. So nothing for Gehschwache.

Staff friendly, room clean breakfast (on request with gluten and Lactosefreien products). Fitness Studio in the basement well equipped and available 24h a day. Top.

Rooms are equipped with basics. In my last room the Wi-Fi signal was too poor to connect and work efficiently.

No room service, not exactly a good location, old rooms…

Our master room was basically an apartment with a small living room and kitchenette. Very large bathroom with bidet and bathtub. All very clean. The price included parking, Wi-Fi and a rich breakfast buffet. Not really central location but still a 10 minute walk from the station and about 20/30 minutes from the Altstadt.

Very comfortable and friendly staff, the only con was the Wifi was to weak.

One of the strangest rooms I've ever been in. The TV cannot be seen from the bed and there is no chair to sit in other than the rock hard desk chair. The linens on the bed do not cover the bed. It's like I have a twin cover on my double bed. It covers about 2/3 of the top. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and has everything you need and the breakfast is pretty good. It was about 1/3 the price of the Hilton I usually stay at and was a decent stay. Just as a heads up, the hotel is in the hilly part of Frankfurt and there are no shuttles taking people into the center. The walk to town can be very invigorating.

The rooms were tidy but small. Despite way above 25°C the bed still had winter covers. Staff was friendly and breakfast was okay. I would nether recommend this hotel nor advice against it. If you get a fair rate it's a good stay.

About 10 minutes walk uphill from the central station. Breakfast is good. Room is good by size. No conditioner which is bad for July with plus 32. My window watched parking lots.

What can I say, its a Best Western. What I can say, coming from the states, they have one of the best breakfast lay out by far! I do have one negative. The coffee by the reception had small black specs. At first I thought it was coffee grounds but closer inspection revealed ants. Other than that, it was nice…

The Hotel is quiet and yet close to the train station. Restaurant and Breakfast are good, the rooms have seen better days. But what does not work, is when times four (! ) Months in advance, and in the morning still calling you at Check-in experiences in the System, what has gone wrong and there is no room more freely. Despite Confirmation! After a long Back and Forth we were mercifully short 2 nights stay. And we were no exception, with at least 3 other guests, we have seen the Same thing. Discount and upgrade are cold comfort when you're working for the last night in another Hotel. Overall, unfortunately, not a recommendation.

To be ok, but very poor price-performance ratio. Rooms are very old fashioned and not at all on the current status of a Standard mid-range hotels.

Beautiful rooms with separate seating area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Furniture was new and all looked well cared for.

Good and great hotel at the side of the cliff, not far from the city centre by foot, 30min and a small hill to climb, nice staff, quality service, full of small attention, breakfast provided and variè in the form of a buffet. Pillows, little channels of television (almost all German), German-speaking staff and English speaking, the presence of small pests.

The Hotel is located quite centrally located in Mainz, Germany. The town center is about 2 km. There are sufficient Parking spaces in the car Park is available. The premises are in good order. Some of the rooms are not quite up to date (sometimes easy writing, door key instead of magnetic cards), but always very clean. Apparently, the room turns renovated. Wi-Fi is included. Some of the rooms have a kitchen to offer. The rooms are fairly quiet, since there is little traffic and the Hotel built into the hillside. Who hard mattresses like is certainly a good night's sleep. Directly next to the Hotel is an Italian Restaurant attached, which you are good you can recommend. The Breakfast buffet is very extensive and the Service is really good. All in all OK and recommended.

I stayed there last week, I now have hundreds of swollen itchy sores all over my body from the infestation of bed bugs. You could not pay me to stay there again. STAY AWAY!
