Very nice and polite staff. Located near the Hbf, you can quickly reach Mainz's old town on foot. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Also the breakfast is completely sufficient and delicious. I will now book B&B hotels more often.

Ein nettes günstiges Hotel in der Nähe des Mainzer Hautbahnhofs. Ich hab's im Zuge eines Konferenzaufenthaltes besucht. Mein Zimmer hatte zwar ein Fenster in Richtung der Bahngleise, jedoch hab ich bei geschlossenen Fenstern fast nichts vom Bahnverkehr mitbekommen. Frühstück ist ganz ok.

Arrived at the hotel at 6pm and the rooms weren't cleaned. After having travelled for about 10 hours, arriving to a dirty room is the last thing one would expect. There was no explanation given at reception which is quite shocking seeing that we are a group of 90 guests and about half of our rooms are dirty. Utterly disappointed.

Would absolutely recommend this b&b hotel if you want to stay in Mainz for a view night's. Rooms were clean and had air conditioning included. The breakfast was absolutely fine for the low price. Also the online check in was really convenient, you don't need to arrange anything at the reception if you use it. The b&b is located directly in the centre of Mainz which is convenient, too.

Clean, modern and close to the station. Breakfast was excellent, the only downside being that you had to hand over your mobile number to use the Wi-Fi.

At B&B a typical a clean, well-furnished & equipped Hotel at a reasonable price. The location is very conveniently located and despite the close proximity to the Hbf quiet. Only the staff leaves a little to be desired, are quickly overwhelmed. Tip: Breakfast on the same Morning to register, can go wrong (even if the night before, what was different say).

I rarely write bad reviews, but here it is unfortunately necessary. 3 out of 4 people had a rash after a night at this hotel. Probably a chemical detergent, or the detergent that was used. We reported it, but there was little response to it. The answer at the reception was, "I'm sleeping here too and I don't have it". For me, this is not the right way to deal with such a situation.

Good hotel for sleeping. Clean rooms. Breakfast can be booked. It's varied. There are cereals and buns. The staff is friendly. Convenient 24h check in automatic.

Hello dear:-) I wanted to write an entry times, can only say you are one of the best houses! You are all very nice cordial, you feel at home with you! You are trying to satisfy the wishes of the guest what is possible. There are problems in every work area but if there are problems then it will be super regulated! (so it should actually be! ) I feel really fiddle with you! :-)
I already know some B&B houses and what should I say: In some houses you do not feel comfortable some cleaning ladies or staff are sometimes very unfriendly! — — but with you all the best thanks I look forward to a visit with you! Until then all love Manuel Coulter.

Clean, modern. Fair price. Only due to the railway line sleeping with open window difficult. Central location.

Hotel very centrally located about 150 m from Mainz Central Station. Very good breakfast. Nice staff. Although located between railway line and Mombacher Street, the rooms are totally quiet. If I hadn't put the alarm clock, I was totally asleep.

The rooms are not very large but perfectly adequate. Especially I have to mention here that I found the bathroom very clean.

Good hotel. Room clean and mint. Central location at the train station. Good breakfast. Ideal for one or two nights.

Modern hotel, nice staff. Good location in the city center, right between a busy street and the train tracks (but windows are soundproof).

Top Hotel in a top location. Room for 2 nights is perfectly fine. Clean Top! Staff always has a smile on their face. I'll be there more often in the future.

The room was very clean. As I am very careful not to find any hair from another guest in the bathroom. The service staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had everything we needed except for a hair dryer in the bathroom. The double room with separate beds was a little too small — it seemed to be more of a bed room in which the beds were pushed apart 40cm. Price-Performance agree. The furnishings and modernity as well. However, besides the carnival picture too often found in the hotel you could have created a little visual change. I recommend the hotel further.

Great hotel. Delicious, varied breakfast. Beautiful clean rooms. Good location. No noise nuisance, although the hotel is located directly on the street when the windows are closed. Sufficient parking spaces available.
We'll be back next year.

A very nice and modern hotel. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Easy walking distance from train station. Restaurant are close to the hotel.

Friendly, clean and ingenious: that's all. I have spent several years here between. Is always great. The single rooms are large enough, bathroom new and super clean. Breakfast is great, there is everything your heart desires.

Wi-Fi on request on the phone (not always set). Opposite the railway, but the glass job. Usual cheap hotel smell of chemicals from cleaning unpleasant.

Good standard. Had a room to the train station which was a bit louder. Hotel is brand new, in a great condition. A solid breakfast can be booked separately and free parking is available directly at the hotel.

Convenient location near the train station. Rooms are very small, but modern. Would stay here again but not for more than a night or two at a time.

If you're looking for something just to stay the Hotel is really good. Clean everything and nice for your staff. Why I have a star less, there is little things are missing to me, as well as, for example, a trash can in the room.

Nice and clean hotel in a convenient location near Mainz main train station. Friendly staff. Love that breakfast include espresso! One can check in online before arrival and a code for the room will be sent to their email — really liked this option. I stayed there in autumn and kept my windows shut but if one stayed in spring or summer when it's warm and they'd like to keep the windows open, it might be a bit too noisy because of the street in front of the hotel.

4 mins walk from central station — ideal. Tip: leave central station west exit, walk as if under then flyover road, and you'll see a path on left side. Walk parallel to the road for 1 minute and the hotel in directly in front of you. Positives Online sign in: room number and access code provided, so no queue at reception — just go to your room, take a power shower and head back to the central station. Central station: pub with live music + convenience store opposite. Cash point + lots of other shops.

Never again. Heating did not go. Very noisy. Türschlagen. At the book Street side take. Other side is the main station. You can't sleep with the window open.

Okayish. Stayed there for one night only. The room was very dusty.

Where should I start. … Cleanliness — not given. Spots on the sheets. Shower cubicles door not cleaned at all. Lubrication strips on the sink. Dirt on the carpet, things under the bed and coffee like other food stains in the stairwell, large and not fresh and also hours later still there. On the table in the room, juice residues, which are clearly recognizable, were clearly glued to the table in the room, as they are created by poured glasses. So it wasn't cleaned. Only a opaque curtain in the room, no protective curtain — if you want to light or ventilate, you stand on the presentation plate. Breakfast was a joke, and keeping up with mininal stocks that are even minimally and delayed or not replenished at all seems to be strategy. Likewise, it is probably strategy that only one employee is responsible for everything — reception, kitchen, … — and is present. Unfortunately, companies that save everything and want to have money from the customer for very suboptimal services are now standard. The price is completely inappropriate. Other hotels comparable in price range offer significantly better service and facilities as well as cleanliness. Unfortunately not recommended. Location central, directions for pedestrians on the site however misleading.

Price 68€ for 2 people. Room is new & clean. Wifi requires a cell phone. The Wi-Fi company collects your cell phone number to send you a text and probably advertisements. If you don't have a cell phone that can receive texts, no Wi-Fi. Room door keypad is loose and wobbly.

Non-Smoking rooms, however, smelled strongly of smoke, otherwise everything okay.

Worth Every Euro! 58€/night. Clean, quiet (although at the STATION), friendly staff, super bed +bath, Wi-Fi free of charge. Hair dryer is missing but you can borrow it. Last Time was at the Hilton in Mainz that was twice as expensive and was not gaaaaar! Come into the B&B.

Very very inflexible and zero Responsive. I'm inquiring, 21 PM in person to the Hotel purely to me how the occupancy looks like. It was said the could still have some single and double rooms and 24 hrs to Decide and at a Fair price. 22.30 PM, I decided to book 2 single rooms. I was then called to me said that it was impossible to get a room to the 21 at the agreed price, and, if at all, only 2 double rooms (of course $ 20 more per room). On my note I 1, 5 Hrs was not there before and something else was promised, they hung up without comment. Great Service if you would like to have his guests on the street.
