Cosy and spacious room with a nice balcony to enjoy a coffee overlooking the town. Very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Great hotel with nice rooms. Located close to public transit with just a short travel to the city centre.

Room was good. A few hairs on the floor that didn't belong to us. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Well located. 3 km from the fairground. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

Nice staff, good cozy rooms, good breakfast, but from the four stars I withdraw one because of the bar. The prices are a naughty, the bartender unfriendly and somewhat heavy of concept. And the opening hours? From 5-1 a. M. I'm used to this from other houses, where the bar is open 24 hours a day. After all, the guest is king (or should be).

Nice hotel and nice staff. The rooms are large and quite clean. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was quite bad. Parking is not so good at no extra charge.
Nevertheless, it was a good stay. Come back.

Really good service, big and clean rooms. The location is not the best, but it's well connected.

The hotel is nice, the gym is fine, overall everything was great except that our room door can not be locked from the inside.

The hotel is very well suited during the exhibition period, as it is only a few minutes away from the fairgrounds. At an additional cost, you can park the car in the underground car park. Normal, free parking is also available right in front of the hotel entrance. The nearest train stop is just a few metres away. The rooms are quite large, neatly furnished and clean. The beds in particular are great. The staff are friendly. The breakfast buffet is also recommended.

Expensive for the proposed service. The prices of the mini bar are very expensive. Very poor quality of Wi-Fi. Can't watch a video. And parking extra expensive! €19 per day. We had a spider web in the room also. If not room and bed very large, and personal very nice, they were not too difficult to understand even if he does not speak French. And the windows open we hear a lot of noise from outside.

Very nice hotel with big room and luxury bathroom.

Heating defective and ran at full power and could also supposedly not be put off. The staff were very rude and I thought I had to understand. I was offered another room and because I did not want to change at 11pm and the heating was still rubbish I was annoyed by me.

Best solution to visit the city I stayed for 2 nights and I found it really good. The public transport stop is not far away, practically at 100 m there is the tram and in 30 min you arrive in the center. The room was large enough always clean, change bath linen and make up the beds every day, the bathroom is comfortable with big shower and, although lacking the shower tray, there were no flooding problems. The breakfast is the classic international well-stocked and for all tastes, I highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast buffet for 19 euros per nose is then quite expensive and much away with it. Room large, clean and cozy.

Modern furnishings and clean. One hears part of the street in front of the hotel something, but it goes. Great breakfast choice, friendly staff and free parking at the door.

We were guests at a meeting here. Breakfast and lunch were good. The service of the staff also. Free Wi-Fi.

Conveniently located hotel, with a bit of luck you get a free car park right in front of it. Rooms with a window to the street are a bit noisy. The staff in the breakfast room is very attentive and even towards the end of the period the offer is complete.

A bit noisy to the street, the Windows barely have soundproofing. Thanks to Oropax, I can sleep anywhere. Otherwise nice room and good beds.

Beautiful and affordable hotel in Cologne's Mühlheim district. We booked the hotel in connection with a TV show in the Cologne studios.
The room was clean and large, at night also very quiet (room at the back). Unfortunately, the heating could not be regulated and our room was constantly very warm, despite air conditioning. Likewise, the bookable breakfast was not very inexpensive.

Clean, good and freindly services. Very reasonable prices. Buffet breakfast was really good. Nice spread.

Despite the great location and great room which my expectations met in full, I can only give 2 out of 5 stars. This was due to the bad lunch and dinner. Also the staff. One can and must make more of it, first in the prices.

Had a training in this hotel over 2 days. The location was excellent and the hotel was very close to the underground parking lot.
The rooms are spacious and the facilities are OK.
Unfortunately the service in the restaurant underground was poor and the food was a disaster. Breakfast was OK but also better in this price segment!
The staff at the reception seem unwilling and disinterested, after the stay was not asked at all or. Not on it.

I was there a few years ago. And I can can was actually say it was one of the best hotels I have been too.

Parking pricey if you use the hotel car park, but you might be lucky enough to be able to park outside. Breakfast also expensive for what you get. Nice clean friendly hotel though and would stay there again.

Right on the road and not very well insulated, parking garage available and breakfast for 18 euros somewhat exaggerated. Friendly staff. Forgotten jewelry is no longer found.

Standard rooms are out on the street and therefore quite noisy. The comfort room, on the other hand, is quite quiet. We had a comfort room. The bathroom was extremely small and without hangers for the towels — only for the large bath towels. My socks were very dusty. Probably only briefly sucked and the soil is rarely wiped. Breakfast until 10:30 was too early for us and therefore we cannot say anything about it.

Actually, there's nothing wrong with that. Room and bathroom were well furnished and clean as well, the breakfast actually offered everything one knows about most hotels.
Only one thing was funny to me: My company booked a standard room for me, if possible in a quiet location, so away from the big street. Instead, they had me on the street and offered me the quieter room for €10 extra charge. It seems like money-tailoring, but I don't know if it's a category, either. Still does not look serious on me, hence a star deduction. Apart from that I was uch satisfied.

Room and service were absolutely defect-free, so I slept very well there. Breakfast seems a bit too expensive (November 2017: €18, 00). I got that elsewhere,

Lovely room and helpful reception staff. Nice king size bed but two small duvets (smaller than single I'd say). Didn't replenish coffee facilities on first day so we called and requested some and they hadn't arrived half hour later so had to chase. Didn't eat here but restaurant and menu looked decent.

Unfortunately even high price per hotel and all other "small" payments, service in restauracja do not so nice.

Lovely rooms. Quiet and serene. Good hodpitality. Great breakfast.

Nice Hotel not too far from the center
We went to this hotel on the occasion of the Christmas market. We were fortunate to be upgraded so obviously the room was great and very nice. Too bad we found a tûte and grime under the mattress of the crib, it looks like it's a rule in hotels not to lift the mattress to clean underneath; Or we really have no luck because this is the second time we have this bad surprise in a hotel. The breakfast is very full (attention room quite small so you have to arrive early under pain of having to wait for a place to be free). The sauna is nice especially after a visit to the Christmas market in the cold. The easiest way to get to the center is the tram, still count 5 to 10 minutes walk to reach the nearest stop. Attention the outside parking is actually free (but must be lucky to find a place), the inside parking is as for him paying.

If you don't like hotels in the middle of city, this one is for you. Great service, wonderful meals. I have booked again. Only one problem, "Bath with shower. "

Been here many times over the years. I sleep well when I stay which is perhaps the main thing? Room was incredibly warm in December, and room controls override not available so just turned off radiator and opened windows to cool it down.

Strictly budget hotel. Rooms are ok with all basic facilities. The lobby and restaurant may do well with some renovation, felt a little run down. Vegetarian food options were not many. Breakfast spread is average. Ok for short business trip.

The Hotel has us very well Fallen. Very Helpful and Friendly Peraonal. The Breakfast was Perfect for me at 1A operation. The rooms, unfortunately, there are a few deductions in the B Note. Are not serious, so that you here want to go away. The beds are also very Comfortable and you can sleep well. In about 5-10min's a U-Bahn stop is reachable and in 15min in the City. All in all a good stay. It can recommend with a clear Conscience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well furnished. There is a good connection to public transport. The breakfast was very diverse, but not included in the room rate. A sign was installed in the bathroom, which informed that towels are changed when you place them on the ground. If you however longer would like to use this for environmental reasons, you should not be able to create them on the ground. Unfortunately that did not work, we've got new, although we did they laid together on the shelf. Also the Wi-Fi did not work.

Did liked it much. The staff is positive and friendly. Sauna is fine. Food is great.
