Rooms aren't like the pictures at all. Walls had a lot of stains and matrasses were very hard. The walls and doors were also very thin, so you can hear everything what's happening outside. Also a lot of difference between rooms, while paying the same price for all of them. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. If you want a cheap hotel it's fine, but wouldn't recommend it.

Well what can I tell you. If you're not a pretentious student like me, then all norms. You'll probably take a couple of flores, whether it's the lack of a door in the shower stall or waifai, which seems to be there, and like not. Breakfasts at another hotel (3 mins on foot) but delicious. The price suits. You can walk from Messe/Deutz station if you need to go to LANxess Arena, then 15 minutes is a brisk step and you are there. Koroch, a solid trot.

Perfect for young people who don't put much value on absolute peace. Friendly people at the reception, breakfast buffet, what more you need.

Small and clean. Nothing unusual, but has been completely enough for two nights. Very many stairs, so not suitable for the handicapped.

It is clear that you cannot expect anything high-calibre for the price. The location of the hotel is really… well; The other guests were mostly workers, in the hallways it was also noisy at night, the breakfast was OK. The condition of the bathroom does not justify anything! There was an acute risk of injury. No question of satisfaction at check out. You will have known the answer I suspect.

From the outside it does not look that good and tidy but uts very modern on the inside. The rooms are just big enough and everything is very tidy and clean.

Hotel with very comfortable beds, great breakfast plentiful and close to the center of Cologne and convenient to the airport stations.

The room is not very large but adequate and perfectly fine for the price. Location is great if you want to go to the fair or for the boathouse to celebrate. Lidl is also just around the corner. Breakfast is available in just a few minutes walk at the end of the street. Here there is something of everything and tastes good too. Only the parking situation is not good, none of the (I think 6) parking spaces should be free in front of the hotel you have to go pretty looking, the street at the hotel very fully parked.

Parking situation a pure catastrophe.
So I do not recommend anyone to this hotel.

Gluten-free breakfast requested a week before. According to employees no problem. Unfortunately not get it because supposedly the baker was just terminated. No replacement offers or get any refund as the breakfast would be in the price and you wouldn't know how to do it. Absolutely avoid room 402 as there are no doors to the bathroom but only curtains and this covers only a fraction of the toilet facilities. You get everything in the room with what is done in the sanitary facilities, since it is all made up of one room. Also, you forgot to give us the extra key to get into the room. So again all the way back to the main house. Sorry but never returned this hotel.

Clean rooms and breakfast was also extensive. Very nice staff.

This is a very dirty hotel with paper walls. The mold is black in the bathroom, gray linen, dirty windows and curtains. It's scary to touch. The hostel is cleaner. Breakfast sandwiches and yogurts. In general, I will not stop no here. There was a business trip and unfortunately the places in other hotels were gone. And the bed is very uncomfortable, the pillow is huge and wooden, had to sleep without it.

By far the worst hotel that I have visited worldwide! To overpriced trade fair prices with monstrous conditions: Worse than backpackers in developing countries! Pictures say more than a thousand words.

Small footage of 15m2. There are shoals on the finishes. And this is not a hotel, but a former common for students with a room for two. The breakfasts are routine in order of things. There is nowhere to store purchased products. Wi-Fi is at a rate of 60mbps. There is no place to walk in the vicinity of the industrial zone. (see map). Get to the center of the type of ground metro, or walk 50 minutes through the road Bridge and Park. The truth is nearby there is a supermarket "Lind" and a pair of cafes-hungry will not. All questions on settling and issue of keys are solved in another building on this street and breakfasts by the way also there. We must get up in the morning, dress and go to breakfast at the beginning of the street-delirium. So decide whether you need such a hotel for this money. On New Year it costs about 1000 euro for 9 days!

I wish I could give this place (no Stars) The place is disgusting! We ended up staying somewhere else.

Simple hotel with breakfast and Wi-Fi, ideal for Turis and fair craftsmen.

Rooms are very small and shower tray is very unclean. No lift and checkin was via another hotel.

Always read the small print. Check in done at another hotel nearby. This hotel is unattended by staff. Can't point my finger on anything good or bad about this place, but there is no doubt it's budget. Then back again at the check in place for breakfast.

Absolutely disappoiting Hotel, no Ac, No Wi-Fi, no reception… you have to walk 5 minutes to another hotel that does the reception for this. Breakfast is served, however no water is available. Will definately be avoiding this place in future.

Basic room, clean sheets and beds, clean bathroom but small and tile joints are black here and there. Good for spending just a night.

We had to look a bit to find it, we were in the little one next to hotel of Centro Arkadia, it looked from the outside not nice from inside but it was modern and nice, the breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate.

Pictures look nothing like the rooms, place is in a residential neighbourhood, you can get much better hotels for the price.

Overall a very nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are clean and adequate size. TV is ok and also says a small desk.

It's a nice place if you are thinking to stay two or more days in Khöln. The personal was professional and they were very helpful with their advice about best thing to do there.
