Beautiful hotel in a great location. Two minutes to the spa park, to the Saline and to the Nahe. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. In my single room, the bathroom was directly in the room, separated with discs. Since it was a single room, it didn't bother me in any way. It was clean and everything was made new. The breakfast buffet was very tasty, but for my taste not enough low-fat food.
In the afternoon, singing and dancing take place in the Kurpark. Since the front of the hotel points to the spa park, you may have music in the room when the window is open. I had the room out at the back and it was very quiet. Would book the hotel again.

Overall, it is a business hotel with an upscale level! The rooms are as expected in good condition the kitchen is good! The staff is very committed and highly committed. I liked it. An underground car park belongs to the hotel! Wi-Fi free. Wellness, and other options are available for a fee! The hotel is centrally located in the spa district. Everything there to attend a nice seminar! Very happy to return! Especially since the prices are correctl.

Well-located hotel with modernized rooms. Single room, however, with open bathroom (shower and toilet) in the room. Equipment is good (safe, minibar, TV, air conditioning). Breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Nice staff. Value for money is good.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the spa area. Beautiful, clean, modern rooms. Very varied breakfast buffet and courteous services. Like to come back.

I didn't stay there. Had a training … looks very nice and well-groomed. The food was mega! Super delicious. Great choice. Look forward to it next training!

The outside looked nicer than the inside, although that's not too shabby either. The room was nice enough, two to three stars. The Wi-Fi was ok, not super great but decent enough for video and Wi-Fi calls.

A class hotel. The staff is very friendly and previously coming and welcoming. The food is delicious and fresh. The hotel has earned with full right 4 stars.

The first thing that stands out when entering the single room is the toilet. The safe didn't work. To 7am in the morning one is awakened by construction noise! Since I had a little stomach problems, I ordered a mini portion of rice with some chicken and a few carrots in the restaurant. A glass of tea. The whole cost € 2o. 80 The reception staff was also not exactly friendly. In a 4Sternehotel I really expect more, especially if the price is "princely"!

Everything was perfect: parking, reception, friendliness, room, cleanliness and tranquility. Very good breakfast and the friendliness of the service.

A hotel where you just feel comfortable! Relaxed atmosphere and still the finest. This is where the guests really feel at home! First-class food, nice, bright rooms… and right next door the baths.

This hotel was great! The chef is very confident, mischievous, and has nice surprises ready! Absolutely friendly, original, flexible staff. The wonderful bathroom next door is the perfect addition. A truly successful Sylvester! I'm looking forward to more events like Elvis-night and murder mystery… Gabriele.

Good hotel. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast with a large selection. Dinner Very Good (3rd course), great wine selection. Very nice staff. Absolutely well located next to thermal baths and spa, top if you want a few days of wellness.

The soap was hard to serve. And the bathroom had a glass door so that you could see everything that was in the bathroom. But there was a very large breakfast buffet.

Was there for brunch. Food & personnel was nice. The hotel itself is kinda a cliche of a 4Star hotel…

Loved it the rooms are clean and tidy. Spent a night there and can defiantly recommend it if you need a cool place to chill and rest.

Da ich nur für eine berufliche Veranstaltung vor Ort war, kann ich nur darauf eingehen. Der Service war einwandfrei. Man wurde richtig verwöhnt. Trotzdem empfand ich die Atmosphäre nicht als steif. Die Bereiche waren alle sehr sauber. Auf der Toilette fand ich es schön, dass es Deo und Handcremes zur kostenlosen Verwendung gab. Das Mittagessen-Buffet war reichhaltig und die Speisen sehr gut. Der Seminarraum war auch gut ausgestattet. Das Einzige, was störte, war der Kassenautomat am Parkplatz, der keine EC — und Kreditkarten akzeptierte. (Funktion war defekt. )

Modern and comfortable hotel within walking distance to the attractions of the city centre. Usual quick check-in, large enough room with ample storage facilities, mini bar, large TV with 100 programs. The wet cell is modern, but what the silly glass partitions is supposed to have not opened up to me. The washbasin is very small, as is apparently common nowadays.
Breakfast however was exceptional, very extensive, nicely presented and tasty. Overall a thoroughly positive impression, which has earned a 5 star rating absolutely.

Comfortable room with comfortable bed, ample storage facilities and a TV with numerous foreign channels. Wet cell with far too small sink, as is obviously usual nowadays. Jein Mensch knows why the wet cell including the toilet is equipped with a partially transparent glass wall. In any case, it is irritating.
Outstanding breakfast buffet, an enormous selection with excellent fruit salad, a large selection of sausages and lots of sweetstuff — and even tastes good.

A super hotel with great service and manger made us feel very comfortable and looking forward to the next time.
