Everything perfect!

We spent a threesome night in one room. No complaints, the room was spacious and well equipped. Very clean hotel. Buffet very full and tasty breakfast. Lovely front desk staff, I recommend!

Thanks to upgrade at Super — Summer — Heat, the room was equipped with air conditioning, clean and cozy. Breakfast very varied and varied. Reception super friendly and helpful. The only shortcoming: the bar, we were told in the morning, was open until 10 p. M. At 9/21, 15 we learned that it had been closed since 8 p. M. Disappointing because we were looking forward to it. But still recommended at any time.

I was shocked to find out that air conditioning is only available in business class rooms! I spend most of my time in hotels accross Europe due to work and this is the first 4 star hotel that has no aircondition in a standart room. Very dissapointing! In general the rooms are fresh looking and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. The public areas are a bit run down.

Contrary to"popular opinion" the AC works just fine, you just have to figure out how to turn it on. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We'll stay there again.

Standard hotel, it's a good place to crash when you're somewhere on the way from one place to another. It's very well reachable from the highway, so you don't need to go onto back roads to get to this place.

The Hotel is really "with perfect Transport Links. " On a Main Road with Feeders to the Highway in front of our Window. Despite the "quiet hotel location, " there was no way to think of Tranquility here. Parking for a fee (€6, €50) is also not possible, as there is hardly any public Parking Space nearby.
There is also no restaurant (written in The Elevator for the EC) only a small snack menu in the Bar, but not everything was available. So what was there and off to the sunny Beer Garden, looking for something we found him in the Parking lot. Here, two Tables stood under a Parasol in a parking Lot, I introduce a Beer Garden with different.
Breakfast was good, only the Breakfast Room for the Number of Guests at Seating and Crockery as well as cutlery was not enough. You had to wait a long time until a Table became free and Dishes and Cutlery were also available.
The Good thing to Conclude, the Staff was very friendly and gave the Best you could give in the Situation, thank you very Much for that.

Rooms on Arrival dirty, Spiders on the Ceiling, floor not even sucked. Hair in the Shower. At Breakfast far too few Places, no Sausage, fruit, Cutlery. Just one Person to get everything up, clear it and replenish the Buffet. This is not possible! Never 4

Parkplätze sind sehr begrenzt und nicht günstig (6, 50€). Die Zimmer und die Bäder sind neu renoviert, darauf weißt außerhalb unseres Zimmers eine Reklame hin. Leider waren die Betten nicht bequem für ein hotel dieser Kategorie. Je nachdem welche Seite man erwischt, hört man abends und morgens Verkehrslärm. In unserem Flur stand ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen, was ohne kurze Info, dass es jeder benutzen könnte, nicht zu einem 4* Hotel passt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war beim Einchecken, Nachts und beim Auschecken sehr nett. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich, allerdings gegen Ende sehr leergefuttert.

The room was very clean and modern. The bed was large and comfortable. Everything was very clean and tidy!

Good and modern furnished room, but the cleanliness in the bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast OK with relatively large selection but the dining area was a bit too small would have to wait until a place was free.

This place is fine, with decent sized rooms. There isn't much choice for English television and breakfast time gets very busy.

Thin walls, unprofessional reception. Decent breakfast and clean rooms. Bar looks very old, repulsive, understaffed. Parking lot not well lit. Feels more like a budget motel. Don’t deserve best western membership, leaves behind a bad experience with the Best Western brand.

Modern, well attended but still quiet. Drinks and various snacks, or Smaller meals are available in the lounge, at the bar.
Breakfast lacks nothing, plenty of choice is available. Not necessarily for the holiday, but for temporary stays the Best Western is super suitable. Gladly again.

Rooms are clean and cozy. Breakfast is good plenty of choice… The buns are very small you have to run often… That could still be changed;-)

Nice bathrooms. Breakfast buffet isxaverage and sometimes they run out if a tourbus goes through. Stairwell doors slam all night long. Not convenient to restaurants.

I really wanted to like this hotel but there were just some things that made my stay unpleasant. The room was clean with free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel but the breakfast lounge looks a bit dated for a 4* hotel. The location of the hotel is also bit off, close to the airport but far from the city center. There was a lot of snow and we (my friends & I) were starving in the afternoon but no one was at the bar to order something, apparently the bar was closed. We had to order take out which took over an hour to be delivered. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of varieties. Also, the staff at the reception were unfriendly and downright rude, we had booked two double bed rooms but we were given one double bed and one twin bed rooms, when we pointed this out, we were told that the double bed is a wish and not guaranteed, they only obliged us when we asked to be checked out. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Very normal hotel. Rooms newly renovated. Rooms are always made top clean. Staff friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet is a big drawback. Either no staff or too few staff. Very small room If the hotel is well staffed. It won't be covered fast enough. It is not possible to take spare utensils, as none exists. Coffee machine often falls out of no staff there, often no milk because no staff there for refilling. If you're in a hurry in the morning, you better go to breakfast somewhere else. Pity, because the rest is good.

Clean and has nice, helpful staff. Walls are thin though and you can hear people leaving their rooms on the other side of the floor, but that's nothing a visit to the hotel bar can't fix. Breakfast is plenty and standard buffet. Nothing is missing.

The rooms are relatively modern and clean.
Breakfast is great, everything you need for a good start to the day. Unfortunately the hotel is a bit outside, who doesn't mind that will be satisfied.

Very thin walls and doors. It is very loud inside the room.

Unfortunately it is not possible to give 0 points, bad parking, everything seems dingy, staff partly annoyed and unfriendly. Sink is in the room that there is still… In a convenient location at the expense of tranquility. I know this differently from Best Western. My room was right at the door to the staircase, the door fell constantly noisy in the castle…

Breakfast ô Top room very nice for the price simple reception a little cold one feels the commercial as a pity.

The room was modernized and made a clean impression. Booked was a quiet business room — on arrival I received (it was proud) a free upgrade to a business room (which achievement?! ). Stupid that this was right next to the elevator, which was less quiet. The breakfast buffet was good. The fruit salad was out of the box and therefore not recommended.
Very nice I felt the little attention to Santa Claus: on the 6th Dec. Stood on every place in the breakfast room a chocolate nicholas…

Nice hotel, very helpful staff, no cleaning complaints, 10 minutes walk to the grounds with shops (lidl, aldi, dm, takko…), across the road gas station, to Troisdorf station on foot 15-19 minutes.

The rooms are partly nicely decorated, with a 80 years of department store raster blanket getting used to.
The building is unfortunately very noisy, you can hear the hallway, the adjoining rooms and what is going on outside. So more something for people who can switch off their hearing aid.
In the bathroom were silver fish on the way and the parking is too small for the house.

Good compliments to the waiter tell you, good, kind and polite.

Very good personal service. Special requests for early stucco are realized. Modern décor, fast Wi-Fi, all very clean. Come back.

Service is good. Clean rooms. Only the walls are a bit thin and you can hear the persons walking on the hall way to.

Too expensive… 2500 $ for 3 nights… too loud in the evening in the hall so that you can not enjoy a Cup of coffee.

Clean and comfortable but on a very busy street so the rooms facing the street are very noisy with the windows open and very stuffy with them closed.

They were repainting. Booked bed from a square and a half, received room with 2 beds.

It's just shabby.
Air conditioning is not going and would be the minimum.
I just don't have adjectives to classify this structure.
Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Actually, I'm not so picky with reviews, however I can only recommend this hotel:
-Rooms are really very noisy to the street. Windows cause no great difference. High heat without air conditioning I could not sleep here
-Make matters worse, that the rooms are very nice
-Breakfast where OK, only for warming buns it saves my opinion at the wrong end
-Direct surroundings dismal. For a city trip to Cologne/Bonn too far away even to the airport it's still too far
-Service was however nice and forestall.
Conclusion: Maximum one night is okay, but definitely not more.

The hotel entrance is covered (you can drive in there well) suggests that even more was a 4-star hotel (wanted to be). At the reception, the greeting was not welcome, additional information (when breakfast? ) didn't come out of. The rooms are clean and big, but appear in need of renovation. We had requested a quiet non-smoking room when booking. The room was a smoking room. At night, street noise was heard. Parking is free, however it was gg on the 2nd night. 21 h bit "tight". The breakfast is okay. — Conclusion: Pretty neat, the reception but much friendly might. Balladins? In the future rather not.

People's here are very friendly and co-operative. We will love to come back.

Nice size double room, clean and tidy, close to main road some noise, No food available evening. But a great cooked breakfast.

Room was small but fine. At the Breakfast buffet you could eat as much. Staff was polite. The Hotel has been well described and is super easy to find.

Tidy — its only good thing. Very poor and cheap. I think price for a night is too high.
