The airport is dirty, terrible smell at several restrooms. Only 2 restaurants open when we arrived in the middle of the night. It lacks of organisation.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. My son has been stuck in cologne for a week because the security delays are ridiculous. No help from staff, nobody cares, they just tell him to get another flight. With what money? he's paid for 2 flights and queued for hours each time and they still can't get him through on time. 6 hours queuing to watch his flight leave again. Hundreds of pounds lost and my son is still stuck in cologne. Disgusting and shameful and you do absolutely nothing about it.

We arrived 4 hours early for our flight, queued 4 hours in the security access line and had no chance of getting through to catch our flight. Awful customer service and shocking way to run an airport.

The waiting times at the security check are absolutely inhumane (2.5 hours), the security staff unfriendly and not helpful. You are completely on your own in case of problems. And it's dirty on top.

2 hours before there, 1, 5 hours queuing in the security check, plane just reached, and then you are also approached by the staff literally it is our problem. The organization is shameful and truly incomprehensible. Several people from the plane and other machines were not allowed to join. CGN and Kötter should be ashamed of themselves. Sad but as a Cologne resident only from FRA.

Usual smooth process on the last visit. But it bothered me that many people did not use the masks in the building properly and that nothing was done to enforce the mask requirement. I didn't feel safe with it.

Just zero! No helpfulness.

Pure chaos, miles of queues. You feel like a herd, no distance, no consideration for travelers with small children, far too few counters open, really sad at such a large airport, the main thing is the police stands on the edge in large crew and looks at dad chaos.

That was the very last thing today that all the staff there asked for help did!
My daughter missed the plane because of mismanagement, ignorance and laziness. From all employees to the police!
Shame on you all!

It's really a shame to call it an airport! About a 1 1/2 hour waiting time before the security check… And they don't change anything…!

It's a real pity that you don't know beforehand if the visitor terrace is open… Were with my little daughter because unfortunately the terrace was closed… Very annoying and money spent for free… What a pity…

Better information shielding of the severely disabled toilet facilities.

First you have to call through hundreds of phone numbers to get to someone who is the contact person at Wisag. When you finally got a number, call there because you have a! Important! If you want to wat then write an email but don't call"

Parking at the terminal is the purest rip-off for 1.5 hours parking at the terminal. We will avoid this airport from now on.

Terrible service as usual at Cologne airport. No staff so huge queues and really unhelpful for cancelled flight last night.

More Comfortable apartment. In an ordinary apartment building. But quiet and calm. Clean bed and towels. Kitchen with necessary utensils. (Refrigerator, Mikrovelka, coffee machine, kettle, saucepan, tableware…). Toilet and shower cubicle. Tv. Wardrobe with hangers. There is a hair dryer. Warm floor. Uyutnenko and clean.
— In one of the rooms did not work lamp, there were no teaspoons and with parking problem, find yourself in a residential area and it is difficult.

Very organized airport. We were traveling with our 9 months old son and it was very convenient. Not too crowded yet a lot of things to offer. A good alternative over Düsseldorf. Also the check-in time took not that much time. We are traveling in the morning with Wizz air. So there is an offer on price-fighters. Check for yourself …

Very nice location and nice place to rest. The rooms are very comfortable and the food os great.

To Stay it is okay. It is clean, quiet and the most necessary accessories in the kitchen, there is also, unfortunately, no oven and no microwave. Unfortunately, there is no battery in the TV remote control. For this was made on request also a baby bed available. For the price, probably quite well.
