We stayed here two nights from Friday to Sunday. Dinner was both maMa very tasty. Breakfast buffet was good and rich. Room (English suite) spacious and clean upon arrival. Except for a full ashtray on the balcony. Unfortunately no chairs on the balcony. A small fridge in the room would be great. Staff were always and everywhere very nice. Spa area was good. The volume in the room through the adjacent street was already very loud. All in all, we liked it very much.

Volume in the rooms to the street absolutely unacceptable, changed after a night, after that it was a little better. The kitchen and the service staff are excellent. The breakfast buffet needs to be improved. It's a funeral, at 07:00 to see the bread topping swell shrunk at 09:30 and dried up. The three stars are available only for the service staff, the good cuisine and the condition of the rooms. Why the minibar was removed from all the rooms remains a mystery to me.

Great Hotel with a Wellness area. Very nice staff, good Breakfast. I would love to come again. As a location for Cycling, for example, to Soest or Hamm, very well suited, since the cycle route runs past the Hotel. Large Parking lot for cars, small bike racks right at the entrance of the hotel.

Rooms are great. Neat, clean and comfortable. Service and food, as well as breakfast are good. Sauna area could be bigger.

Everything clean. Room OK except the carpet! Bathroom very good. Breakfast adequately minus, Dreigängemenü sufficient, hotel hallways and room with green pattern carpet, not at all beautiful!

Conveniently located hotel. Good middle class food, good rooms — all good.

Rooms well… Breakfast so not. Colorless and tasteless buns. In fruit salad sour & slippery watermelon. No choice of bread. Scrambled eggs on the floor were not removed even after repeated notice.
The sauna area is good, unfortunately the soap dispensers were not filled.
The 3 course dinner was very good.

I was just on the spot for the meeting. The meeting room was good… the break room a bit off! Some staff friendly and attentive, others in turn less friendly. On the whole, that was good.

The rooms are very clean, the spa and sports area is generously designed. Those who pay €10 more for the larger room are better off there because the front rooms are located on a busy road (intersection). The kitchen offered a good level with a rich breakfast and a corresponding dinner. The staff is very friendly!

The building itself has potential for 5 stars. The rest unfortunately not. At breakfast the ratio of price and performance does not match. The communication is complicated however the staff is friendly and endeavors. Misunderstandings arise at some point. Maybe that's a regional condition. The parking lot in front of the house is great.

If several different groups make training, it is not so clever when all the edible of the first group of breaks is made available. Without info, the naturally 2 giant plates sandwiches have been fed empty…

Mega much offer, it will not lsngweilig. Food Top!

Nice Hotel with big rooms; furniture a bit dated.

Nice and comfortable rooms with LittleBigPlanet LCD TV. Bathroom was modern and Clean. Breakfast was good, enough selection. Sauna area is Clean but 2 saunas were defect.

The location is unfortunate, the hotel and the service but very good.

Very dissatisfied, sauna broken and replacement was a 4-hour Saunagutschein in the Spa in Hamm without Shuttle Service/Taxi. Vorbestellter fruit basket was forgotten. In large part, rude staff. Dinner buffet not edible, vegetables zerkocht and meat dry. So vacation was not relaxing! Hotel was otherwise clean and Breakfast good.

Inflexible Staff. The Rest is in order.
