Our last visit to the Restaurant Hotel Platte was a disaster! My wife's main course "Chicken Breast Filet" was inedible! Obviously a remnant of the event of the previous evening (was also conjecture of the operation)! For the later entertainment of our friends, we photographed this catastrophe, which was also unsightly! To be fair, we didn't have to pay for this "delicacy"! Therefore, instead of the "deserved" a star I give 2 stars!

Upscale ambience with good cuisine. Unfortunately, there were a few things on the map no longer available. Otherwise very cheerful but professional. The food was delicious.

Die Zimmer, das Schwimmen, die Ruhe, das Fruehstueck, Personal ganz besonders, alles war sehr gut.

All great. Were very satisfied all round. Coming certainly again.

We were now a guest at Platte for the second time with a vintage car trip. And not by chance. The service is competent and friendly, from reception, to reservation, service in the restaurant to the houseladies and gardeners. The kitchen was already beyond reproach in 2017 and, subjectively speaking, was able to increase once again this year. Just delicious. In short, we can only recommend the Romantik Hotel Plate.

The room was clean and the breakfast was TLWS. Different woods or color deviations swimming pool, mould on the ceiling (view window to the street) old paint probably not properly overlined (next to the phone) water dispenser looks unclean (speckled, hopefully no mold) the water in Swimming pool looks cloudy when diving.
For me also incomprehensible why the outdoor lighting in the garden area which is equipped with 3 pears, with pears of different watt number (one glows brighter than the other, the third is failed).
In such a 4 * romantic hotel There should surely be someone to whom the above things are noticed, the time in and around the hotel Crouch?!

I was 4 days in the course of a seminar in the Romantik hotel platter and I liked it well. The hotel itself is quite rustic decorated, which I like though. The beds are very comfortable and the bed linen of high quality. What I really liked is that the TV has a Sleeptimer function, which is switched off in a lot of hotels:) … since I am traveling very often, I take it out to be able to judge this.
The operators of the hotel, especially the senior group, came to me twice during my stay and asked if everything was to my satisfaction. I also appreciate this attention.
The food, no matter what time of day was really good. Sometimes we had to wait a little longer (which might The size of the group — 13 persons — was owed).

Unfortunately we are very disappointed by this House. Staff not properly trained; eat true cold; Breakfast coffee lukewarm.

We stayed with a couple of friends (5 in total) in the vacation home nearby Romantik Hotel Platte. The vacation home offers plenty of room for 5 people. The vacation house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which was perfect for us, since we were with 2 couples and 1 single. The vacation house is very well maintained and comfortable. On day of arrival, a lot of snow has fallen, so we want to have dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. However, it appeared that the restaurant was already fully booked. As a solution, we took the dinner to our vacation home, so this was a nice solution. The staff of Romantik Hotel Platte was very friendly. We had a very good time with each other and when we want to return to Attendorn, we would definitely come back to the vacation home of Romantik Hotel Platte!

My wife and I had booked a weekend for a birthday party with family and friends. The food was excellent, also from the price/performance ratio. The service was very good, with slight problem at breakfast, when two service personnel on Sunday morning at full restaurant are simply too little in all efforts.
The rooms were very clean, but much smaller than expected. Especially the bathroom was very small.
We were very disturbed by the noise in the wellness area on Sunday afternoon. The hotel let a family of external with parents, grandparents and several children aged 4 to 8 into the spa area including sauna area. As expected, the noise in the indoor pool was unstoppable as a non-family member, but the fact that the children also romp in the sauna area and go to the saunas wearing swimwear is not at all possible for a romantic hotel with a spa.
We have children ourselves (now grown up) and understand that they want to romp in the swimming pool and have fun. But that's what bathing baths are for and not expensive paid hotel complexes, where guests want to find their peace and quiet. Just to clarify: I don't want to reproach the family, but the hotel that it put external guests in the spa. Although the reception has addressed the problem, it could not and did not want to ban the children from the sauna area. We weren't the only guests who left the area completely annoyed and went to their room.
I imagine a wellness weekend differently.

Very well managed Fam. Company with very friendly and attentive staff.
Spa is top with large indoor pool and enough space for the treatments.
The kitchen, including service, can only be recommended.
The only recommendation of us is to take a pub or bar which is always open to the house guest including Sky.
During our stay, the bar was reved for a closed company.

The hotel room was clean, the staff very friendly and the restaurant worth every penny!
The room's décor was in need of getting used to, reminiscent of "Grandma's good parlor. " The bathroom, on the other hand, is very modern and attractively equipped.

The hotel is really sweetly made. Reception very friendly. Breakfast very good. Dei room also nicely furnished. I can only recommend it to others.

It was a great pleasure and we felt very spoiled. The staff very accommodating and friendly. Our desire for a thicker pillow was immediately fulfilled. The ambience is beautiful, so is the surroundings. We want to come back.

I had dinner two times there, it was great time.

Rooms, accommodation and food were great. Bathroom super. Price too expensive. Equivalent or better hotels can be obtained from €100.

Nice house in beautiful location. The food very tasty, the service in the restaurant area unfortunately totally overwhelmed and partly quite patzig and arrogant. The organization at several companies at the same time leaves much to be desired. These points unfortunately cause the deduction in the assessment, which in my view is between "satisfying" and "good". The reception would have almost made up for this, but it was not quite enough, although I was treated by the younger staff much friendlier and had absolutely no complaints.

The house is clean and well maintained both inside and outside, I have disturbed the headlights that illuminate the façade appear directly in the bedrooms. The windows to the street are unfortunately not on the state of affairs and the traffic penetrates felt unhindered. Otherwise absolutely recommended and very attentive staff.

Very good hotel and excellent environment, love it.

Super stay at home plate, everything was pleasant and friendly, rooms, swimming pool (Nice, large, pleasantly), golf, Garden, location, cuisine. The room was really nice with a small salon, Wi-Fi very good, large TV, quietly. The breakfast was exceptional, the food is very nice. We found peace, sports, hiking, bravo for the family plate and the operator. Also, everything is very clean. The care are very nicely done.

Hotel complex (outdoor) maintained. Service staff very friendly. Very small but tastefully furnished rooms (No. 150). The bed Gets a big minus point. The lower mattress cover synthetic fibre in conjunction with the duvet too "stable" was the cause of sweaty nights. The tiny bathroom was very clean and save space, nothing was missing. The food was the price quality high amount of rather small for at the top. All rooms used by us were very clean.

As a business traveler I am repeatedly guest at longer intervals for years in this hotel.
The rooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly and the breakfast is good.
The sauna area is also maintained and invites you to a visit.
The hotel is also very quiet.
Who expected some cutting-edge Aristo-Micki Interior, which is likely to be disappointed, otherwise the hotel plate but available for a good stay, nothing is.
As in the other reviews is partly to read: the smallest room is too small, which may simply larger book a room!
Because I find it already abundantly inappropriate only cheap books and then complained that there was no large suite.
Price/performance fit, I will certainly come back!

Very nice and quiet hotel with clean rooms. Place in the small room was also sufficient. The service was very helpful and friendly. We love to come back. The Spa is clean and beautiful. The applications are unfortunately not very cheap.

In the restaurant, we enjoy like the young kitchen… The Spa is our oasis during our visit. The staff are helpful, friendly and discreet.

Very small and poorly furnished rooms. Operation is very slow. Food, Käsekuche with mold, sirloin Steak (200gr) was absolutely no 200gsm and cold, Dorschfiler full of bones and cold. We will definitely never come back!

Service, food, friendliness of the staff, reliability of the sheet-Teams, and much more: everything is fine! Hotel rooms were Standard and good … We recommend the Hotel sheet like expanse r!

We have us in the Hotel plate, felt very comfortable. The entire staff from reception to room service, all were very attentive and friendly. Our room, the bathroom, the decor, the quality of the beds, all the best! Particularly to mention is the excellent kitchen: A very rich buffet Breakfast as well as the Wahlmenue in the evening, all very, very tasty! Conclusion: We are Hotel plate, in the circle of friends like to recommend and will definitely come again.

Not exactly an easy rating. The Hotel has very friendly staff and an excellent kitchen. The Breakfast buffet was also very tasty. The furnishings of the Hotel has, but then for me personally for deduction taken care of. The somewhat old-fashioned and partly rustic decor belongs with certainty to the concept. There are also safety to guests who exactly Appreciate this. I, unfortunately, not so much. Therefore at me the penalties.

Everything was very good. From the reception upon arrival with the success of the dinner (good quality meat), and the very good Breakfast. Friendly service, not pushy, but always at the ready. You can be in life is often the first impression guide and this was on arrival convincingly well. The appearance was consistent with the very well-written brochures. The Wellness — and Fitness-offer was reasonably well. The ambience in the Restaurant made for a cosy atmosphere and what the cuisine offered was varied. Basically, the house is a very nice Hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and very good food. But what does not work, is the complaint. On the first Morning provided the shower unfortunately only lukewarm water during the wash basin of hot water had. Obviously, so was the shower faucet is defective. On my complaint to the front Desk I was told that the Problem until the evening to be fixed. As I in the evening of a motorcycle tour through the Sauerland came back and like to have a really hot shower would have enjoyed, was the Problem, however, is still present. On my appropriate complaint it was said at the reception that you, unfortunately, could not say anything. It was probably someone have been there, but I can't do anything. The next Morning the Problem was, of course, the same. During the check-out was then on my note on the subject only briefly, the Regret expressed, but that was it then already.

We have in July 2013 our wedding at the plate celebrated and it was from front to back is simply awesome! Of the preparation time, always someone ready to help us was, to implementation, to the day itself, everything was perfect! The staff are very committed and are all very friendly, the food is simply huge, the rooms are big and clean. The space in which we celebrated, as well as the angeschlossende Lounge and terrace, for a wedding perfectly! We recommend that each bride and groom, everything here to view and look for yourself — let yourself be convinced! We would immediately be back here to celebrate! Thank you for everything.
