Very central but still quietly located, price/performance super, breakfast very lush and good, staff very friendly, parking free, but not always on the doorstep.

Small but very nice and friendly personel.

Customer service is best. Very polite and caring. Breakfast is good but not best. Coffee is amazing. Rooms are cleaned every day and kept tidy and nice. One speciality about this hotel is when you email them, they will try to reply you the same hour most of the time. Yes I will recommend this to everyone.

Were from 06. — 08 April rather involuntarily there, as our actual pension was overbooked and we needed a short-term (half hour before arrival) accommodation. We had a room with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a storage room. The rooms were clean and spacious. Each bedroom had a TV. The décor is no longer the most recent but all in good condition. The breakfast was very nice and nicely prepared. Of course not a 5 star hotel but we felt comfortable and were welcomed very nicely. A very special greeting to the lady at the reception and the Breakfast lady. It is also worth mentioning that the reception is not open 24 hours and the hotel is just outside. By car you need about 25 minutes to the Limberger Square, the pedestrian zone.

Very satisfied, always happy. Very clean and a good flow. We were four of us in the Apartment. Enough space for everyone.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi and cable TV available, public transport within easy walking distance.

The room is old baking and the bathroom so small that you can no longer turn. The shower went like this. Just a garni hotel. In my opinion, it is a bit expensive.

Simple, quietly located and family run hotel.

The rooms are dated but very clean with everything what you need. I would definitely recommend to take breakfast. It is worth it. The breakfast was even better than some 4 star hotels. Big variety with super friendly service. Check my pictures you will see what I mean. It was just great! In summer you can even sit outside in the garden.

Looked at first according to the price. Small room, carpeted floors, dust balls or even a beer lid could be found in nooks and crannies. I took a closer look at the room directly at the moment of preservation.
It ultimately became too much for me when I found a small, brown, elongated animal under the mattress.
I photographed this and went to the reception where I explained myself and politely demanded to check out and get my money refunded. I was connected to this by telephone with the boss, who explained to me among the Mazratzen there were no animals and I could get back 20% of the price.
See again!

Great location and nice rooms.

Rooms looked very well maintained from location is near Borbeck train station and also many shops and the service is also very nice.

Rooms are clean, staff friendly and breakfast plentiful. Clear recommendation.

Everything was great but service was a little slow. Minus that everything's perfect!
