The room was more then fine. On checking out they let us pay for the rooms again eventhough we paid them aready through booking. Com. They charged us for breakfast we did NOT order or have. Resulting in being too late for our appointment and having paid almost €350 euros for 1 night.
They called the same day saying it was all a misunderstanding. I gave them my bankaccount number etc. They would pay me back…
Now after a week… still no money back!
Hope this can be resolved soon cause this caused enough problems already!

Good location, super transport links, very well maintained, spacious and modern rooms at good prices. Very friendly staff. The rooms are very well insulated noise and air-conditioned. Also suitable for families. We had four of us enough space in a family room and will come back.

Very spacious conference room in the 13. Floor and a great view.

Price/performance fit. Breakfast I can't rate. Modern furnishings in an office complex. Wi-Fi free of charge. The garage costs 10 euros.

Super Hotel. Overnight stay incl. Breakfast at a reasonable price. Staff at reception always helpful. In the Bar ran out of food again, unfortunately.

Hotel in itself fine. The rooms were a bit small, but neat and clean. Equipment on average, but everything seemed modern. Beds were a bit small and hard. What is really annoying is that when using a lift, especially at peak times and in the morning, waiting times of ten minutes sometimes arise. These are then in continuous operation for the employees of the Ruhr tower.

While only one night was there, but it was very nice with you just would have liked to know that a small noodle buffet was offered at the cosy hotel bar.

I felt comfortable.

Rooms clean and practical. Sleep comfort for me perfect. Breakfast room looks tantine. Breakfast okay but expensive.

Good rooms, very clean and tidy. Seminar rooms without air conditioning — this is unfortunately not very easy to endure in warm temperatures outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful. At the bar you can end the day relaxed in the evening.

Comfortable room. Upon arrival I was surprised to find a new pair of earplugs next to the bed. This gesture made sense when I tried to sleep, the sound isolation of the hotel appears to be terrible. Earplugs are a cheap approach for a major problem:one hears ongoing outside noise (traffic etc). Because of this and in spite of the earplugs, I woke up all the time during both nights I stayed here. Dear hotel, invest in proper sound isolation of your rooms instead of handing out cheap earplugs.

Good and affordable hotel with nice staff. Rooms to the street but quite noisy.

Zimmer was good — Lunch had canteen character and the staff "made an effort. "

Beautiful and modern Hotel in the Middle of Food. The Rooms are sufficiently sized and modern. Breakfast leaves nothing to Be desired. Unfortunately, the Parking Garage is sometimes overcrowded and then it gets tight. Get here very gladly.

Despite the tense Location of Room Availability in Essen at the Time of the fair, we came across a Top Service. Clean modern Rooms, fair Underground parking Prices and a very nice Welcome. Mr Hahn, In particular, welcomed us very kindly and helpfully.

Great hotel, very near to Essen city center. And if you need to go to the Messe it's only a 10 minute drive.

Clean, modern rooms. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Convenient hotel and well located, reception is a bit cold and distant but, modern guest rooms with comfortable bedding, a spacious bathroom and functional. Quite well soundproofed. Breakfast nice and well stocked.

Mixed feelings about this one, no reataurant, even though they advertise with one… Rooms are all pretty nice, clothes get folded while they clean the room. Staff is average.

Good standard rooms, good standard breakfast, clean. The location is not that great, not so many shops or restaurants nearby. You need to take the car or bus or walk for about 20-30 minutes.

Crapy elevators, no toilet accessories in room's toilet and no international (english language) channels on TV, all of this for an high price. Not recommended.

The rooms are small but nice and offer a great few on the higher floors. People are nice and forthcoming.

Not suitable for large events, about 500 guests, waiters inattentive and lacklustre. Organization of the buffet a disaster, the first group had not yet been cleared since the second was already on the march. Queue appetizer 30 minutes, main course 45 minutes. Can't understand the hype for this location, price performance are in stark contradiction.

Very nice and clean hotel, friendly staff and a very good breakfast. The rooms are very neat and clean. The Conference Hall is very nice, large and neat.

Nice, clean, modern and friendly. Good rates. Only disadvantage: the free Wi-Fi can not be used for VPN connections. Not suitable for business travellers connecting to their company via VPN.

The spacious rooms are ideal for a business meeting with a large number of guests.
The hotel exudes the flair of a Headquarters from the 80s.

Good food, good Service, pleasant Bar for the evenings. If you have a room far up in the tower gets you a really good view. The charm of large old utilities can be located in the vicinity of the meeting rooms to visit.

Rooms are spacious, breakfast is fantastic and location is stonethrow from the city center.

Nice modern hotel. It would be perfect with a minibar.

The hotel makes a very good impression. Check-in was quick and easy, the room is clean and well prepared. A star deduction there for the restaurant. The food was good, but it took a total of two hours for a soft drink and even Penne with payment.

A nice hotel, quite comfortable and clean.
