Good hotel, decent location, decent prices for drinks as well. Biggest issue I had were the beds were very hard and it was a very large step into the bath!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Double beds are two single beds that slide apart very quickly. There is also only one bath towel and no towel. Breakfast is not to be topped! Very plentiful and you have a huge selection.

Room was large and spacious. 24-hour bar. Hotel restaurant was very good. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff was friendly.

Hotel in the years. Unfortunately with a too weak heating set. According to demand whether the heater can be adjusted warmer. The statement: is centrally regulated. Far away from city center. Difficult to find food services.

If you are travelling for business or for home games of the BVB, it is certainly sufficient. The stadium is about 10 minutes away by car. Everything has already been pretty much in the years, starting with Renovations. As an example, the restaurant and some of the rooms would be called. What to praise is the fact that the rooms are well kept and Clean. I have experienced this differently in other hotels as Well.

The rooms are clean. The reception is friendly. The equipment got a little bit old but still in good shape and functional. The shower/bathtube combination is a bit to small for me, width and also the high. I'm 190cm 100kg. I recommend.

The hotel is clean, conveniently situated for motorways and the staff are helpful and speak good English. However, we slept very badly as the pillows can only be compared to lumpy, hard sacks of patatoes. Neither of us could use them which resulted in a bad night. Shame, as otherwise a good place, but sleep is an important element of hotel's stay!

The Accor group offers mediocre quality at a high price. Always better to have a boutique hotel except when you need the all night reception option.

It works for me on a business trip. The mattress is okay, bath and everything looks like a motel room from the nineties in the US. TV, Wi-Fi etc. Are working. The staff is really friendly.

Fair priced rooms around €60-70, located in the factory district in Dortmund. Free parking and good internet. For me just a place to sleep when visiting one of my factory's. NB: nice breakfast buffet!

Those who have no value on good Service sets is right here! The rooms would have time on the modern and updated. They are very outdated and do not look very inviting. The Service at the Bar can be self-indulgent to be desired. On the Flyer was a 24-hour Bar open, when at 0.00 am still a Drink to ourselves we wanted to, we were 20 min ignored. On the question of whether we still order something may have been such as not even looked at and we were told it was an order, then here is after hours! but were not asked what we want to drink and have continued to be ignored! As we on the 24 h Baröffnung made aware of, we got to hear" do you Believe I work here 24 hours a day"? You fancy a Drink we then completely gone. Excellent was the Breakfast service! lots to choose from very friendly staff and everything is fresh!

Have a room for my parents for the weekend visit booked. They were very satisfied with Service and cleanliness, only the location was in our case something unfavorable.

For an old 2-star Hotel actually still quite o. K. If you for example On Mini-tubes-TV stands and dirty carpets like, and no outlet to the bed as needed. But the pricing is extremely naughty! I was traveling on business and for 2 nights in this house. The first night cost 56 EURO, the second 278 EURO, to this day, it was football played. The location in close proximity to the highway is very convenient. The environment, however, is a bit bleak, but I need a Hotel to Stay, and for me, the environment is relatively indifferent to them. Despite the motorway, very quiet with the Windows closed. Lacking. Travelled in group with travelsphere. Hotel situated in commercial estate with no near places to visit or eat. All hotel clean good decor. Dinner expensive for 16 euros, but palitable no choice of dessert. Ring in advance to book room near facilities if problems walking. No wheelchair available. Suitable for wheelchair/scooter. Shower and bath facilities (only one per room) classed as disabled really unsuitable. For nearly all on coach let alone disabled. Shower tray high step up with no grab rail, and towel rail 4 foot from floor. God help you if you are vertically challenged! For most people though good value. Hope this helps.
