I stayed 100+ nights at this property during the last year while commuting to my office, the team is so lovely, the beds are great, the rooms are always clean and everything always just works. Breakfast does the job, the vending machines and ability to order take out makes it perfect. Tonight is my last night and I want to thank all of the teams for making all my visits so nice! You are 100% five star!

Was one night here. Room was good. Good bed. Breakfast is very easy compared to other hotels. Very good Italian right next door. Good transport links.

For a night or two ok. For families rather too small the rooms. Breakfast was very good with good choice. Parking in front of the door unfortunately chargeable.

Great Hotel for the night, it's cold in so expect a super Mega laksheri is not worth it. Nearby there is a good restaurant where you can dine. About 10 minutes to the airport.

Nice place to stay for e few days if you are in a hurry. Nice restaurant near, vetro with good food. Don't expect the breakfast to be very good. It's acceptable.

Rooms are great: clean, good condition and good facilities. Breakfast has everything you can expect from basics. For the price definitely very good. Some other guests have made noise until late at night. Caution: many families with children are accommodated here.

The good location (motorway, public transport) and the 24-hour reception are positive.
However, those who suffer from a dust allergy should avoid the hotel. The cleanliness is only superficial. All rooms are complete with carpet and under the furniture is not sucked. The curtains are also heavily dusted in and the windows lack visibility. The bathroom, on the other hand, is very clean, albeit in the years!
Breakfast is fine. Very good coffee from the fully automatic in many variations. The pastry could be supplemented by regional loaves.

We wanted to arrange the two single beds to one big bed and the carpet beneath it was very dusty and gross so we better slept in two single beds. The bathroom was quite small but okay and clean. The promised Wi-Fi was a mess! It was nearly unusable. The breakfast buffet was okay, but nothing spectacular, nearly no variation and middle class quality products were served. The price in relation to the service was a little bit too high.

My partner and I chose the Holiday Inn due to the quiet location and proximity to the subway station. There are paid parking spaces in front of the hotel. There were two single beds in our room. When we put these together, we noticed that the carpet underneath was incredibly dusty. On the positive side, the bathroom surprised us, which was not large but clean and modern. The choice at breakfast was not great, but served its purpose. Wi-Fi was available, but it was very slow and difficult to use.

It would be a good thing to mention cleanliness.
Staff not very exuberant friendly. There is also no "Good Morning" on the way to breakfast.
Breakfast is good as far as possible. Would have liked a warm share and a better fruit selection. Buns were very dry.
Cozy breakfast was not, but you can get satisfied and tired.
The room was booked as a double room but we only had a big blanket and the bed was a little small, so there was still romance.

Otherwise it was very quiet in the hotel.
There are many parking spaces around the hotel, with luck you can even get one at the weekend late in the evening and save yourself the expensive hotel parking. This is right next to it and is secured with a barrier.

Pretty good for 3* hotel. Clean with free basic & ok breakfast, in quiet area close to public transport and only 10 minutes drive to Dortmund airport. Has parking for 8EUR a day. Not sure what else to expect from hotel.

Modern, clean and functional. Perfect for a short visit to Dortmund. Conveniently located (5 min to the subway), large paid (8€ per day) parking right in front of the hotel. Why not 5 stars? Everything should be a little bit bigger and the otherwise good breakfast a bit more choice.
All in all, I would still stay there again. Price/performance was excellent.

Good hotel outside, restaurant "Vetro" (external) recommended behind the hotel.

Everything that you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Stayed for 1 night with our dog. Even residents are charged for car parking.

We have been to the hotel several times now. We always feel very comfortable here!

Overnight +Breakfast 2 days. Good hotel room with all you need. Clean, good bed, good breakfast… But everything was kept simple. Price performance ratio is good.

Totally outdated, feels like a trip to the 70s; and not in a good way. Also there is no safe personal safe on the room. Staff is extremely friendly though.

A hotel, simply a hotel. Not particularly nicely located between the office buildings. Breakfast can be eaten.

Good access from Route 44. Clean rooms. Expensive parking — €8 extra. No shops around, but one can order a takeaway to the room. Prefer over IBIS budget, but you make the choice.

First of all, I want to say super nice staff, thanks for giving it to you and doing such a great job.
The rooms were cozy, clean and big enough, the breakfast was delicious there was nothing missing.
Overall, the price-performance ratio is very good.
(Of course I still found a small mistake! The labels on the cold cuts did not fit, pork/Rind etc. There are, of course, other cultures that are already important or people the VLT. For health reasons that may not eat.
But as I said this is only mentioned on the sidelines!

+ Nice spacious hotel room, all in neat and clean condition + quiet location with easy access to public transport (in about 10 minutes by train in the city centre of Dortmund) + toothpaste and toothbrush, sewing kit and toiletries are available Free of charge-no varied breakfast: "Pappige" buns, little Aufschnittauswahl, no alternatives for vegetarians, it was not replenished regularly — breakfast area is open at the reception — > > Noise backdrop is enormous, no Comfort, little seats (alternative was an adjuster room)

Easy to reach, UBahn across the street, friendly reception, clean and quiet room, great bed.

Really dont reccomend. They we booked a family room. This basically means they open the sofa bed in a normal double room. This now takes up ALL the floor space. So you cant open or close the curtains. And no space to stand and get ready in the morning. No cups for the child. The mechanism omfor the bed also stick out the side so my daughter hurt herself on it when getting up. Not at all child friendly. There was also a pointless chair in the room that we put into the hall. We sooke to them about all this. There was nothing they could do. Buy they said we could at least move the chair, but tye next day it was back in our room. The roon was also REALLY dark. No main light and it didnt help that the door way light was broken the whole time. The man came to change it on day 2 but we said to come back in an hour when we woild be out. He said ok, but never came back. We were tgere 5 days like this. But they were good for speaking english and breakfast was good. But rooms are inadequate for a child.

Excellent hotel especially for short stays. Very modern and clean. Very comfortable beds, professional personell from the cleaning staff to the reception. Breakfast is also good, many choices and long hours.

The rooms are functional, "wardrobe" is open, large mirror, shower gel etc. If required, you will get toothbrush, toothpaste and sewing at the reception. Kettle, cups and tea in the room. Beds and pillows are very good. Breakfast is adequate and enough there. If you participate in the Holiday Inn Club, the daily newspaper is free of charge. Access to the subway and bus transport within a few metres.

Ok, but the spare bed (sofa) was bad to sleep in. Breakfest was good.

Nice and clean rooms, friendly personal, free WLAN. This place is good for business travel, because it has good internet connection and is quiet at the evening. For tourists it is nothing to see here around.

Small rooms, but very well equipped and the bed was perfect firm and I had a good night sleep.

We paid for an Overnight stay with 2 adults and 2 children 62, 50 € and incl. Breakfast and Parking. Sure, you couldn't dance in the rooms of Tango and the Breakfast was limited to 3-5 varieties of pastries, cold meats, jam, cheese, cereals, etc. But who would expect for the price, the same as elsewhere, for a minimum of 200 Euro, has lost the sense of reality. We slept well and were satisfied, and that was the purpose of our stay. The room was clean, the staff friendly. We will definitely come again if we come back to Dortmund or the surrounding area.

Nice rooms, good service and breakfast, close to the tram into Dortmund.

Very clean, staff is nice (except one woman :) ). The room is fully equipped with water boiler, tea bags, etc, hair drier. Breakfast is moderate in selection but delicious. 8 € for parking is quite expensive but there are free parking places around. The area is quiet. Windows cannot be fully opened (due to safety reasons), but each room has own climatisation.

Good hotel clean rooms strong Wi-Fi signals and so delicious breakfast I like.

Our second stay. Room, bed, mattress and bathroom very good and very clean. Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast is good and sufficient, but could be a little Variation in use. The prices in the Bar were sharply increased. Parking fee for hotel guests and cumbersome devaluation of the Tickets are negative. Internet is very slow.

The free "Standard Internet Service" is, unfortunately, completely useless and is not enough for a proper connection with the company VPN. I thought the times of the Internet rip-off in Hotels would be finally over?! Here the contrary is proved.

The hotel is secluded ever — only one restaurant in the vicinity.

Had specified when booking double beds together, unfortunately, I got a double-spaced beds, but the positive is that I the room could go directly and without problems.
Room and bathroom is fully sufficient though somewhat small, but for one night.
