We were today at 10 a. M. With the entire family there for brunch and at 10.20 PM, there was no salmon and no more Bacon. Very disappointing. So I neither salmon nor Bacon gotten.

A great Hotel is simply RECOMMENDABLE! super nice staff! … and the food. … delicious!

We always go here time to time for Breakfast. Casual, nice atmosphere and the honesty bar is now at the "right place". Also the staff are very attentive and friendly. I'm looking forward to the next Time!

Only the internet Wi-Fi is so bad.

Have booked an overnight stay there. The service at the reception was super friendly and helpful. Beautiful outdoor terrace where you can have snacks served. Rooms are sufficient for one night.

We were with 5 people (3 adults 2 children 4/7 years) as guests. A very clean hotel. The check in as well as the check out went without problems. The service staff are very friendly and tries to fulfill all wishes :) the room was very clean. And also plenty of space for 5 people. The breakfast buffet true very richly stocked and very tasty especially the coffee spicialities. We are happy to come back and recommend it in any case.

My rating
The idea for this hotel is without question great.
The architect, like most of them, was an artist without looking at the practical side.
(Who is already building the drain of the shower into the entrance? )
Here and there some new color, would not harm, the structural state of preservation drives the tears into the eyes of a professional.
The room was clean.
The bistro is fine, it doesn't always have to be meat!
The breakfast was also ok!

My experiences:
One or two large families whose language I could not assign were checked in.
The children raged and screamed, the adults palaverten until 11.30 p. M. Not to think of sleep.
Here, obviously, both the social competence of the hotel guests and that of the hotel crew has failed.

It is quite wrong that you get served a TK pizza here for 8, 50 euros.

I rate before I check out here. We are with 5 people here (2 adults, 3 children, 3j 9j 11j) My eldest sits in a wheelchair. There is no ramp to the entrance. Room is much too small as seen on the pictures. Room service does not speak German. No new bedding for beds. With vinegar Cleaner is not stingy here either. Breakfast is OK however you have to pay for each drink (except coffee) extra. The stars that this hotel has should be removed again. Once and never again.

Poor room service, very small rooms in bad condition, WLAN does not work for Android, juice and fruit at breakfast only for extra charge, hygiene? Bill to pay in advance, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed here.

Pretty spartan décor, entrance to the outdoor rooms, no real restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, poor mobile phone reception, no Wi-Fi in the public area.

Great Location 2 — 5 minutes to the Alpin center, indoor skydiving. Good price delicious food. Great staff.

Staff very friendly and available. Hotel (clean rooms) and restaurant (good although the map is rather small compared to what is indicated on the Internet), this recent establishment is convenient because well located for Essen, even if the district has few possibilities (an Aldi whose parking is Common to the hotel).

The hotel served as accommodation for 6 liquor corpses. It has fulfilled its purpose. TV program was a little skinny for that breakfast for 7, €50 absolutely top with warm scrambled eggs and much more. Nice staff. Unfortunately, besides the Alpin Center which is only 5 minutes from chilled is not much why you should drive to Bottrop. Otherwise successful and a recommendation worth if you just want to go skiing or play paintball.

Verry nice place store is nearby if you need to buy food. Roomservice was kind to, comfortable rooms nice shower. I am pleased.

Feeling like being at home. This hostel is just great. We were here to celebrate the 3rd birthday of our daughter. Accidently we forget the wrapping paper but the reception manged to get some for us. This is great service and need to be mentioned. The rooms are clean and the bed are good, and all for a very fair price. We will come back and you should really try this hostel.
