The hotel is a bit old. A renovation would do well. Everything a bit worn out. For me, this also means a more positive approach to guests. If there is no air conditioning at the high temperatures, at least one fan would be nice. And I expect to ask something like that.

A bit overprized hotel: The rooms they offer are rather "old". Nowadays having no option for cooling the room is in this price category a big letdown. Also the floor and walls came off or were stained. The best thing about the room was the bathroom: Big, shiny and clean. Besides that the people working there were really nice and helping.

War dort zur Fortbildung. Gutes Restaurant. Zu den Zimmern kann ich nichts sagen.

Really good breakfast, rooms are in good condition.

Services and brekfast are nice. I had few issue with the parking ticket as parking chip was not working properly.

Four-star hotel; The hotel is not serviced in Europe; the room is clean and tidy; I am at ease.

Service is good. Car park directly under Dee Hotel. Rooms and floors, however, could be refurbished and the breakfast somewhat spiced up.

Good facilities in central location.

Easily accessible hotel with private and public underground parking. The seminar rooms are functionally furnished. The catering service during seminars and breaks is excellent. Lunch was balanced; there was also something for people who prefer vegetables or fish. All in all a good hotel. The toilets in the seminar area seem to need renovation. The hotel is not recognizable at first sight as it is part of a large building complex. Here I would have liked better hints (signs).

Very close to the train station five minutes walk. By train without changing trains at Düsseldorfer Hbf.
It is very clean and nice in the room.
One star deduction for paid Wi-Fi in the rooms.

(-) It was too warm in the room (not really controllable), the air very dry. The décor looks here and there consumed. (+) Tea making facilities and tea bags free of charge.

Pleasant Business Hotel. Quiet. Central. Like to keep.

Good drinks and nice Service!

At first glance: it looks chic. Staff so far friendly dreinschauend. But: it vagitosis. This impression is intensified in the meeting rooms, which smell of glue. The lunch buffet seems to be counted. It is very good Hotel for stay in Ratingen. It is centrally located… many restaurants are located nearby. One mall is located infront of this hotel.

A good business hotel room with rich breakfast. Early checkin, breakfast and garage space cost extra.
Depending on the hotel room category also the mini bar. Wireless Internet access is free of charge. You can also book HiSpeed-WLAN in addition.

Pleasant, but meanwhile quite accustomed. I have been a regular guest for eight years, the service has become considerably worse after the takeover, the service staff is insecure.

A quiet and inexpensive hotel close to the center and the S-Bahn. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the minibar was defective, the underfloor heating was not warm and the window to the street did not lock properly, which made it quite noisy in the room. The maid was kind enough to open the window so it was really cold in the room — stupid if the heater didn't work.

The hotel is mediocre, not used-no kettle in the room, it sells a bottle of water for €4. Breakfast also rather average, the salmon very good — just like the brownies. Unfortunately, the service that cleans up dirty dishes is slow and too slow.

The room was very large, the service is OK.

I come here for years. And am always completely satisfied. Especially I'm impressed from the breakfast buffet, ungezuckertes Müsli, fresh fruit and tea variations prepare me a intervals to days ago.

Staff is professional, spa and leasure facilities are very good. Stay of 2 weeks was very relaxing despite the fact that I was on a business trip.

This was our first Hotel which we visited for a weekend. The room was unfortunately on a bumpy corner morgesn was one of the Lieferantenlieferung aroused. On the floor itself, it was calm. Big Spa is super, great Spa. Breakfast was super. Small downside, the dining room is pretty open. When Candle — light dinner, it was very uneasy because a large Celebration with children took place. Was not much romantic. Plus super tasty Cocktails! :) ) ) ).

It is a good thing. But it makes too much of a warmth something annoying in the rooms, and the internet is not free. But the care is first class and the rooms comfortable.
