➜ The visit was divided into two parts. We really enjoyed the first night and the first breakfast.
In the evening for the second night we had to take a shower under freezing water.
The next day, when I was paying, I indicated that the water was very cold. The employee took note. Well, a technical defect can always happen.
A tourist tax had to be paid. Completely ok, but when asked if you would have received a spa card for it, the answer was "yes". But we didn't get any on arrival! Again, the employee was very monosyllable and withdrew the amount without further reaction.
An apology for the cold water and misfortune of the spa card could not be extracted. Also a thank you for paying or even "Goodbye, a nice day" could not be elicit from the employee.
It is a pity for such a farewell to this House.
I don't want to miss the fact that the other employees were very friendly and accommodating. Also the house itself with the beautiful garden had charm. The breakfast on the first day was better, on the second day — by more guests in the house — not all things were available at 9 o'clock.
➜ Mr. Pieper called, very unfriendly, I referred to the Internet. There booking request, also got confirmation but a few hours later the Buchungsargentur wanted to reassure himself with Mr. Pieper again as it was about 2 rooms, but also to these employees could or would not really express himself and Worked incompetently and also very unfriendly, so the Buchunsargentur canceled the order in a precaution.

Large very clean rooms. Breakfast very good. Staff and owners very friendly. Well-kept plot. We felt very comfortable and like to come back.
