I am very satisfied. I celebrated my high-eit in June 2017 in the brewery. At the time, I was very satisfied. Food, Drinks and Hotel, All Top. A year later I wanted to spend a nice evening with Meier Frau in the brewery. Unfortunately everything went wrong, so we finished the evening in another restaurant.
In my disappointment I wrote a review with the request for feedback.
That's what happened. Mr. Matthias Rulle contacted me by phone and we had a nice conversation. That's what I call service! Something can go wrong. And then stand by it and accept criticism proves real greatness.
Thank you very much. I will be happy to come back to the brewery now.

Food is ok but not exceptional. A brewery just. The service is friendly and helpful. Sure the place is little Alternative, therefore, ok.

Rustic ambience that likes! The beer as well as the Malt schnitzel were very tasty! I can only recommend it!

On the grounds:
Last year I celebrated my wedding at the brewery. Including hotel etc. I was super satisfied at the time (See recession 06, 2017). For this year, I had reserved a table for my wife and me. Of course, I pointed out the wedding day when making a reservation. At 17:00 we arrived as agreed. We were greeted by a nice bartender at the entrance (in hindsight, the egg that was interested in us). After some time and my demand for a table, I got the answer from the waitress in charge of us, "They're right in front of it. " Had she said it nice, or said it with humour, we wouldn't have felt annoying. So we decided to leave the restaurant after a brief feedback from the bartender. P. S. : Another restaurant saved us the first wedding anniversary.
I would be very happy to receive an answer from the owner. I hope it was just a web of unfortunate circumstances.

Since my Girlfriend lives in Reken and I meet in Recklinghausen, we always meet in Coesfeld. Then we go to eat first in the Brewery. We've never fallen in with the Food. A Photo of the Brewery Salatteller.

Had dinner 3 days in a row there. Must say it was delicious and very adequate portions. The people there are very nice. Were happy to be there on a feast.

Nice here, like the self-brewed beer. Eat pretty hearty. You can sit outside nicely. Staff friendly by the bank.

I was in this brewery for the first time, as part of a political event. The beer tasted very good from the first moment, the service was fast and uncomplicated, the atmosphere very appealing and cozy. Moderate prices round off the positive picture, I will be following a private visit shortly.

Very delicious food! Chef's salad (with Argentinian cattle filetsteak) all around wonderful! Mälzerschnitzel and dessert as well! The beers of course also great! If it's a bit more full, you can have bad luck getting a not so pretty place, but that's the only point of criticism here. We always like to go there again!

I was very fond of food. This brewery is a visit definitely worth it. I also praise the accompanying hotel, which is very clean and well maintained. And definitely worth mentioning is the associated beer garden. I will certainly be able to see myself several more times here.

It's Easy to Stay At The Stephanus Brewery in Coesfeld! The Home-brewed Beer tastes very good here!
In the Resterraunt There is hearty Delicious food! The Ambience is very attractively designed with Lots of Wood! There are very nice Tables where it is good to Sit.
The Staff here is Very nice and friendly. I can only Recommend the Tavern.

We were New Year's Eve in the Brewery, a big Compliment on what was paid here. Excellent Food, great Atmosphere and there are still very good Staff, that we were able to experience here. Hotel has earned more than 3 Stars. Continue and Thank you for a nice Evening.

The Stephanus brewery is always worth a visit! If you like a sweet beer and a good cuisine, you've come to the right place.

Cosy locality with plenty of large portions, friendly staff, brisk service and choice.
A highlight certainly of your own brewery.
The only criticism: Clear because a host optimized sales. However, due to the above positive points, it is already getting quite tight in the full house.
Otherwise: My clear recommendation in the area.

The SpareRips were very dry, the operation very moody and rude. The acoustics in the hall very loud, so that one hardly understood his opposite. Never ever again.

Excellent cuisine and the best beer of the environment. Clean and comfortable rooms, modern furnished. Staff.

Always happy to visit this great place. It was again everything's great and the service was excellent, very attentive! Was now often there and was never let down, would be pleased to get an own brewed alcohol. Should be no drawback, until soon and beautiful greetings and entire team.

The Brauhaus is great for groups or stops after a bike ride.

Nice location for nearly everything. Clean restaurant and polite waitressses.

Service gut. Steak super. Pommes und Gemüse waren nicht lecker.

Nettes Personal, schönes Ambiente und leckeres Bier. Das Essen ließ aber zu wünschen übrig. Das Fleisch war sehr zäh und der Flammkuchen nicht selbst gemacht.

Atmosphere is perfect because of the variety of decoration. The food and the drinks are super. Not to forget the unique Brauhausbier what really every guest to try.

Food and beer very good. Service is often overwhelmed and slow.

A MUST, 1a! Were with 16 cyclists there and have stayed. Modern and clean rooms with flat screens and free Wi-Fi throughout the house. Great Breakfast buffet. Dinner was reichaltig, hearty, regional kept and conveniently located. In the brewery, of course, was the Best of the selbstgeraute beer in all its variations ;-). The weekend was by a DJ music put on, so that you even had the opportunity to dance the night away to swing. It was also everything played. Oldies via pop up to the Top 100 and harder music. Especially to me, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff incl. Boss and Boss favor. Even small disagreements were quickly resolved to our satisfaction and good tips for touring around Coesfeld. CONCLUSION: All agreed that we are now more likely to stop and spend the night. Very good beer, very good food to field staff.

Vintage serves only to fill the own checkout. No real interest in Oldtimerfreunden. Bad description on the homepage (start, program, etc) A pity, as it is in the circle Coe, unfortunately, quite a few Events there, and this is supposed to be the first highlight of the season might be.
