Very nice hotel. The rooms in the main house I find the most beautiful. As was the case last year very warm in the rooms. All really very clean. Great restaurant, food very tasty. Unfortunately, the service hasn't been good in the lounge this year. One was left sitting outside and only upon request jd came to cash in. A group at the neighboring table wanted to order but there was just no one coming. That was a great pity! Employees at the reception, restaurant and also the lady really nice!

The location is very nice because if you are in the restaurant you have a very nice view of the Rhine. The food is very tasty sat but the portions are strangely divided. All in all, it's very nice!

A great value for money and a warm and open approach to guests. Free minibar with soft drinks in the room. Fruit at the reception. All very clean and well maintained. Great view of the Rhine! Again at any time!

Excellent location right on the Rhine. Super great service, great service with very attentive and courteous staff. Feel-good atmosphere.

I was ' once again for lunch at the Hotel Schnellenberg. As always courteous service, delicious food and magnificent views of the Rhine. Admittedly not quite cheap, but worth every penny!

The restaurant belongs to the upper class, you have a great view of the Rhine. The food was very very good, especially the asparagus cream soup and the asparagus with salmon, just a poem. Reservations are not mandatory, but recommended, as the fair is not far and therefore it may be crowded. I will be happy to come back.

Good location, but in service a lot of air to the top!
The first time I was here in December 2017 here. The room was OK but the receptionist were dismissive and disinterested.
I had forgotten a shirt at the time of departure. I called the hotel and asked for a callback if it was found.
The reception promised to call me back – I am waiting for the callback to this day.
The second time (March 2018) had been in the Schnellenburg and again totally disappointed.
Since fair times were, I only had to reserve a "small" room.
However, I was not aware that this room felt smaller than a prison cell was and is and has also come from the furnishing in the years.
However, what has been repeatedly negatively noticed was the unfriendly reception staff. When I checked in, I had the feeling that I was not welcome here.
Speaking of shirt…
I ask E again on my second stay if it is perhaps found. The impossible check-in staff in the evening at was annoyed and answered me: "There is no one left… "
The next day I asked again in the morning at the reception. The answer — also rather hypothermia: "The responsible employee is not yet in the house… "I left my mobile number with the request for callback.
Juhu. This time, 8 hours later came a callback. The shirt showed up and you would send it to me. However, you would charge postage for this.

Super hotel, nice rooms. Directly on the Rhine with its own free parking. In 2 minutes in the fair. Perfect location.

Can only join the pre-evaluators. Very friendly staff and very tasty food with a direct view of the water. Always like to come here!

Room with excellent view, Burghof steak is the best steak I have had in Germany. Very friendly service, minibar included in price.

Friendly, clean and price hotel close to the fair. Good breakfast selection. Meat lovers get more than their money's worth in the restaurant. Very good map, excellent preparation.

Super restaurant near the exhibition center. Not quite cheap, price performance is top though!

Start here every year to go to the messe. Excellent location, great staff and useful venue for events.

Nice location on the Rhine, not far form the city but also in the outskirts of Dusseldorf.

It has great views, nice rooms. The only problem is the Wi-Fi which is totally unstable.

Really good place for steaks and other meat with a professional and modern ambient. Just the service is mostly only okay to good, but this depends on the day and time of day you visit.

Good food — very poor service. A young man on the lower terrace has served us. Recording of the order after 20 minutes by the waiter, the food came it very quickly. It has the young man very uncomfortable felt and not to be outdone on arrogance. Extremely forgetful, we have need to remember several times on our orders — when the plates were empty — for example the herb butter (2 x it reminds) came there was not even an apology, but "well now it's too late".
All other operations have quicker and more friendly bedient-could be the young man at the shoes run recap.
We business lunches have several times in the restaurant gehabt-after today's visit, we are no longer looking for the restaurant / terrace. The service was very bad for business.

Were at the 30.04.2016 in this hotel food. Had risen thank God just the salad bar, I've never seen such a bad salad bar. The salad was old, the remaining salad looked also not more fresh and tasted just just horrible. I find it an absolute impertinence to offer its customers such a salad in a restaurant that presents itself as the superior class. So I'll never enter this restaurant. I think way too much for even a star.

I was on the 07.04.2013 at fast Castle Hotel and was very satisfied.
The location directly on the river is beautiful, the service is very good and the staff friendly. Also the steaks are strongly recommended. The rooms are clean and friendly and largely peaceful, the bathroom was large and modern. The river lounge also comes highly recommended.
The price-performance ratio is good.

During a visit to try the Steak of the courtyard. Just delicious! Set: great view and very good service. Highly recommended: the outdoor terrace of the river Lounge on the first floor.

All tip top! The staff is super friendly. The rooms are clean. The food is excellent. The lounch loads delicious cocktails to the relax a. Simply just enjoyable.
