I was booked from 13.12 to 15.12 for the first time guest in this beautiful Hotel and right again. Here, no wishes remain open. Very attentive Service, great atmosphere, all very tastefully decorated and the Breakfast buffet is very rich come. I felt very comfortable and am looking forward to may 2020, if I may, again, be a guest.

Yesterday I was with my "007-Dinner-Show / table manners sense of humor served to be! " in the context of a company Christmas party in Ashley's Garden and this miracle cannot recommend that Restaurant highly enough! In addition to an excellent quality of the food, the Restaurant has a lovely ambiance — but especially because of the incredibly warm friendly Team! I felt very comfortable and will definitely ischauen soon as a guest in the front! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Unfortunately, the water bottle was not exchanged daily in the room, even though it was empty. The breakfast was not convincing. The selection/diversity simple standard. So not a full score.

Mooi oud hotel. We kregen een upgrade! Super leuk, alleen jammer dat de kamer naast ons werd gerenoveerd vanaf 7.30 uur in de ochtend. Prima bed, schone kamer! Jammer dat er geen airco of koelkastje aanwezig is. Personeel wisselend vriendelijk. Top locatie aan de rijn in 1 van de duurste wijken van Düsseldorf. Stad makkelijk te bereiken met de tram.

Beautiful classic car themed, boutique hotel with true "Gezelligheid" as we say in the Netherlands. The restaurant food is as good as anything I've eaten in this price range and the staff and owners are very friendly.

Nice little hotel. About 250 meters from the Rhine. Vintage-style rooms furnished, breakfast is okay, but not a highlight, the choice is a bit meagre. For business travel ok. Quiet location.

The hotel is very pleasantly furnished, you will also find a lounge to relax and unwind the day. The staff are friendly and eager to make you feel comfortable.
My single room was quite small and winding. The head can be quickly bumped and unfortunately a table was missing to work. Better said, the table was occupied with the TV and thus there was no room for notebook and co. However, the rooms of my colleagues did not have this problem. Only the breakfast was an ugly point for me. The restaurant offers excellent food, but the breakfast seems quite unloveful and without any claim. An example… if the oatmeal is empty, they will remain empty. There was no replacement according to staff, even a day later not. Sorry if you don't want sugared alternatives. The bread also did not taste fresh and the eggs were sometimes more than soft cooked. A few cucumbers and tomatoes were only in the mozzarella? It can't be anything today. In terms of choice and quality, a lot of air is up. In sum, the Ashleys garden is a good hotel with lots of details, but the breakfast can be given.

Comfortable and well insulated phonically but small bed, good breakfast, multilingual staff and available.

Nice little hotel in very quiet location, 2 minutes walk to the Rhine and 5 minutes walk to the next stop.
Very friendly reception, free parking right across the street, nicely landscaped garden, which probably unfolds all its beauty in the spring/summer. The bed was very comfortable, the room very clean. The décor and charm of the room resembled an Old English cottage. What I didn't like was an old 4-fold outlet in the middle of the dessert, which could have been nicer.
Negative: The room at the EC was very dark. For one night it was OK, for a longer stay it is not thought. The bathroom is very small. The part of the hotel was very noisy, the shower and toilet flush of the neighbor's room was heard as if both were in their own room.
Unfortunately the information about the breakfast times was wrongly indicated in the room folder, so we only got a very rudimentary breakfast that we had to eat in the shortest time.
I think these are all things that can be clarified on site during a longer stay.
Wg. The location (quiet, fast on the Rhine and public transport) I would book the hotel again for a short stay.

Check-in despite my late arrival and the hustle and bustle of the restaurant, you took enough time.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Here the first star deduction, because in winter at 0 ° outside temperature under bad insulation the heating could have been.
Service here another star deduction. I could still be annoyed by the arrogance, the lack of interest and unfriendliness of the breakfast staff today. I was very rudely warned that breakfast on the weekend would only have been open until 10:00 pm. The documents in my room said something else — 11:00 pm. Even if it had been so, a friendly tone would have been goal-leading. The next day, of course, I kept to the friendly instruction and kept the times correctly. However, there were no more buns at 9:30 a. M. I was informed that replenishment would be organized. The incoming bread supply was of course kept secret. The service idea of informing the guests in the neighbouring room was probably too much to ask. Of course, missing buns are not a world setting but for a four-star house but a weak picture check-out well then the positive picture of the check in did not repeat, as the breakfast staff was also involved. The request for a good ride was probably too much requested.

Very nice service Although our reservation was apparently not taken into account. As compensation there was a delicious Cremant! The staff is top! And the goose, was the best of my life! Next year with certainty again.

Discreet… strange rooms on 3 levels.

A truly magical place! Absolutely wonderful. The proprietors are family and, without exception, take great pride in making sure their guests are comfortable and happy. And the food? You won't find any better. Seriously. Can't say enough. Definitely be back!

Very nice family hotel with a beautiful garden and a top restaurant.

Special occasion, birthday, the atmosphere very nice, the starter, scallops on Wakame salad, beef carpacio and truffle pasta was good. The main course, beef, the most expensive dish on the menu was a catastrophy. The order medium rare came almost well done with a piece of meat that seemed to have seen the pan around lunch time and since then been on hold for serving… the fries too salty and the mashed potatoes a mirror on the plate, not at all showing much taste of what was a potatoe in its former texture. Absolutely disappointing for 28 Euro! The desert ok, though only one out of 2 orders came correctly. The service solala, wine glasses filled up to almost half the glass and not equally shared with between all guests. The restaurant chosen by recommendation can not be recommended after this experience.

Positive: — The Location Negative: — I was allowed to take cold showers because even after about 10 minutes of waiting the water is not warm. — Large water stains on the walls. — No Toilet Paper. — Room next to the kitchen. This is very loud. — Unpleasant Lösemittelgeruch in the bathroom.

The hotel Ashley’s Garden is one of the finest privately owned accommodations in Düsseldorf, located right between the airport, the Altstadt and the trade fair grounds. It features classic British decor, a beautiful garden in the summer, delicious cuisine, very friendly personnel and low prices. I definately recommend it! Special rates are available if you say you were directed over "Decayenne".
