Everything is super cute reception. Centrally located.

The hotel rooms are super and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Haven't even stayed here, but I accidentally booked the wrong dates. I asked to change them (not cancel them) to which the hotel declined, and now I have been left with a £125.00 charge. Hotels. Com are considering removing Hotel Dusseldorf Mitte from their website due to their poor level of customer service. Wouldn't recommend staying here, the hotel are greedy and won't hesitate to carry out daylight robbery. PS — If anyone would like a room for 2 people and 2 nights, give me a message as I might know somebody who has one available.

Top Hotel, freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Sauberes Zimmer, modern eingerichtet, ausreichende Auswahl beim Frühstück. Bett sehr bequem. Gute Lage.

The location of the hotel is super central. However, the parking is poor to deficient. The hotel itself does not offer its own places and you have to choose a lower several expensive parking variants in the surrounding area. We were accommodated in the outbuilding of the hotel. Since there was no direct way to the lobby/breakfast room in the outbuilding, you had to take to the street every morning to get there. In addition, the offer of seating was not sufficient. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. In addition, the room service and the staff was very friendly. Due to its central location, you have easy access to many interesting places in Düsseldorf.

A very smart boutique Hotel, clean and modern rooms, plush lounge and bar with a good selection of beers. The Hotel has a great secure public car park within a few minutes walk, plenty of local eateries and the tram line passes the Hotels doorstep. Stayed here each year for the last few years and never disappoints.

Super great hotel. Very nice staff. Located in the heart of Dusseldorf. 8 minutes to the main station 5 minutes to KÖ. The Asians around the corner are top.

A really nice, clean and elegant place. Already in the lobby you can breathe an air from an art gallery, paintings and sculptures are clearly visible. The corner bar is very nice as the breakfast room, comfy and finely furnished spaces. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, comfortable beds, and ministry offer small. The higher you are to a high floor the more comfortable and wide. Quiet environment also overlooks a main street, the staff is really very courteous.

The location of the hotel is ideal for a city break, parking garages are around the corner. Unfortunately, the actually appealing design and the modern equipment are clouded by uncleanliness. The bathroom and also the living area were inadequately cleaned. Added to that was damaged interior. Beds were comfortable, though.

The room was in good condition. But the bath could have been a bit cleaner in addition, silver-fish are not exactly inviting and the water was used when showering could not be regulated from hot to lukewarm to shower, but would simply be boiling hot.

Actually I don't remember this in my Memory I think It is a good place to stay.

Bathroom very bad, room not nice and not at all like on pictures. You can hear your neighbours discussion as if he/she is in your room. Room service woke me up at 08:30 to clean my room on a day off. Nevertheless rooms where clean and very friendly staff. Would not come back again though. Sorry!

Very nice staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast very good and the hotel has a lot of charm! The only thing to criticize is the incredibly high beverage prices in the hotel! Hotel for a city trip perfect! Very Central!

Ok, correct, design and clean…

Don’t take room 118! You can hear every single person coming up the stairs. Also the shower head faces the wall… how has no one else noticed this? I tried turning it around just to end up with a cold and soaked floor. Other than the fruit salad that was just a bowl of apples the rest of the food was okay. It’s a really beautiful hotel and the staff are friendly. Again, don’t stay in room 118.

Among the best values in Düsseldorf. Convenient location, nice rooms and very pleasant bar/lounge area. Excellent staff.

Location: * * * * * is super central to achieving everything well.
Parking: * Unfortunately not available. There is the possibility to park in the nearby car park. But, of course, hauling the luggage back and forth is impractical. Also relatively expensive.
Room: * * * Real nothing special! Very small, furnishings old-fashioned. The bathroom was a ridge. Totally impractical shower bath tub and no window. At least, though, a ventilation system.
Staff: * * * * * Total friendly, there's nothing to complain about.
Breakfast: * * * * Very tasty and extensive.

Nice building. The room was very good. Sometimes with mould, sometimes in summer air conditioning turned off. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Smart, on a four-lane main road. Not recommended for staff and rooms. But of course can only speak for two bookings. Referring to it: not recommended at all.

Beautiful hotel with decent rates. Spacious and comfortable room, we booked a "comfort room", so a bit bigger than the normal room. The lift wasn't working though so had to haul our luggage up the stairs.

A really referring hotel! It is centrally located at the train station and S — train station, where you can also walk into the city. Right next to the hotel are McDonalds, a kebab shop etc. Breakfast in the morning was not missing and the selection was excellent. And finally a hotel with clever mattresses, as well as upper beds and pillows. We will come back…

Breakfast, room, service super and central between the old Town and the main train station. We liked it very much.

Very nice and modern hotel. It is a short walk to the old town. Parking is possible in a public car park, which is about 500m away. Only recommended.

Amazing location. Great service, very good timing for checking out and the breakfast is served until 11 which is very convenient. Breakfast is delicious, great selection. Clean modern rooms, very quiet.

Room small but acceptable bathroom is very small and the bad and the hotel much hassle so guest can not sleep the voices of guests from the lobby up to the rooms because the bar is the same lobby, the hotel's location is excellent and close to the shopping area.

Hotel itself was OK… but in the breakfast room, everything was very close.
The scrambled eggs in aluminum foil… well… Sausage was probably as from the supermarket, foil on… on it… done. Just only 2 stars,
The room had nothing to do with the images in the portal.
Think regular customers are not desirable.

Pictures look better than in real. The area is not particularly nice. In the neighborhood many Strip Clubs, hookah Bars, Sex Shops, etc police is very present! Nice staff, clean rooms up on the mini-bar (bottles of glue in it). Decor leaves much to be desired. The "double bed" slipped constantly apart of the TV was far too small. Had a room in the stairwell. Therefore, at Night and in the Morning very loud! Good transport, but the expensive Parking fees. Dear 100m further in a Parking garage.

Lovely hotel near the city centre. 10 mins from main station, 5-10 mins from Kongisalee and about 15 mins to Old town so not too noisy. Room was small but more than adequate. The staff were very helpful. Thank you to the young man off reception who went and found my iPod that I had left in room. Also thanks to the receptionist who sorted out the train times and my boarding passes for our journey home.

For the price, the Hotel was really good. Very centrally located, modern and clean.

Central Location! Problem with Parking lots.

The rooms are always very clean and well equipped. The Service is friendly and accommodating. Especially the use of public transport and to the fitness centre with sauna and steam room are a definite plus for the Hotel Düsseldorf Mitte. I am regularly in the Hotel if I was at a customer's site working and I am glad such a cheap and good Hotel in the city centre of Düsseldorf to could. My previous speakers, I can't connect, all the bathrooms are with Body&Hair soap dispensers equipped and so far I've nothing missing.

The Hotel is clean, however, was the night watchman was very cautious and unfriendly, so swallow & take care. The rooms are very small and there was a lack of soap and other hotelüblichen utensils. Perhaps the Hotel can consider, instead of the Haribo gummy bears on the bed to invest in. Otherwise, a very quiet, Standard Hotel in the centre of Düsseldorf is located.
