Good, but not for the deaf.
We stayed in the apartments. A lift was only available from the first floor.
It was well appointed, very spacious and clean. The bathroom was quite small and a bit cumbersome, but also clean here! The drinks in the mini bar are normal expensive our room was on the 3rd floor and apparently there was a bar down by the road. Therefore the noise level at night was very loud. Those who have a light sleep, and do not celebrate, should consider this!
For breakfast we had to go to the hotel about 200-300m away (was somehow not clear before), it was awesome: great choice, friendly service and delicious!
The location was quite good: close to the Central station (about 5 minutes) and relatively close (about 20 minutes) to the city. It is possible to walk everywhere, but you can also use the U-/S-Bahn.

I had a nice stay. They offered some complimentary sweets and fruit. The room was clean, the check-in was smooth. Very nice breakfast buffet and personnel. Though the check-in took forever. There was only one clerk in the busy morning hours and several check-ins & — outs at the same time.

Ideal for shopping and pub tour in Düsseldorf. Little tip — Go to El Lazo in the Bolkerstraße to eat.

Room great! Breakfast OK, great selection but not always everything in good quality.

A hotel near the station where you can safely descend. Nearby are a few good Asian restaurants. The Sila Thai next door is particularly recommended.

Quiet hotel in a good location. Breakfast in the basement vault, very nice.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Radiate a mixture of high Cass and family business. That fits perfectly and I always had the feeling of being at the center of attention. Price is almost too favorable for the performance. Honest. Kudos again. Anytime again.

Modern and clean hotel. The room was a pleasant size and was attractively decorated. The balcony to the courtyard is definitely a plus point in summer. However, the beds were a bit soft for my taste.

It was quite amazing, and I felt a little bit like James Bond. Because when I saw the hotel from outside, it didn't look like anything special. And also the reception area was ok, but similar to a hotel or something like that. The hostress was really friendly and helpful. Then when I walked into my room, I thought I walked into another hotel. The room was amazing, and very very nice and new in furnitures and everything. So great. Also the Breakfast area, which is in the Basement. I thought ohh the Basement. But what an amazing dungeon, it was so nice, and beautiful buffet with all the different things you would expect from a 4-5 star hotel. All my best to Hotel Burn, and my best recommendation to the hotel.

Great. The staff are friendly, the rooms are nice and clean.

Norms. The bathroom could be more spacious. But in general the norm.

It was a pretty good hotel for the price. I cant complain. The elevator was tiny and could only fit 2 people in it. The smallest elevator I have ever been in.

Good location, everything within walking distance. Clean nice room, mine had a balcony which turned out great since there was a heatwave in town. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

The decor is dated. The room was fine. The location desolate. The reception was uninformed about the S Bahn to the airport. On the bright side, breakfast was fantastic.

The staff was nice and helpful. Rooms are decent and clean, but this is has nothing to do with art or your expectations from a hotel you would find in the design hotels guide. That said the hotel has nothing to do with "art" — unless you count cheesy calendar style proverb-wall-tattoos like "Being" and "Time" as art. Also the exterior shot in maps has nothing to do with the actual building. Parking was in a slightly rundown, walled off, partially roofed backyard of a former gas station/ repair shop That said the hotel was nice and decent, but the name completely oversells what you are getting.

Nice Hotel, pretty near to main station, but the rooms are too small for the price.

Very obliging staff. Whether reception or the delicious Breakfast buffet! Four stars are justified as Chairman of a DEHOGA kreisverband I need to confirm this! It is all according to European directives is required.
