A great hotel in a prime location if you want or need to spend a night at the airport before the flight.
The hotel is very well insulated, you don't get anything from the flight operation.
The beds are really comfortable, you room very clean, our bathroom was nice big with walk-in shower.
Anytime again.

The positives first: if you are a transit traveller at Dusseldorf, this is the best place to stay — very convenient and you literally walk into the hotel when you exit the airport. Check-in was smooth. Room was well stocked with water, coffee, tea and all necessary supplies. However the first look of the room was quite a let down as the bed was not made crisply as you would expect in any 4+ star hotel. It did give a slightly shabby vibe as I have shown in the picture. Overall however my stay was good, hence I would still rate it 4 stars, but deduct 1 for the look of the room which isn't expected from a sheraton!

The Sheraton Duesseldorf airport is conveniently located opposite to the terminal building. The meeting room is good; though the temperature in the meeting room steadily increased. The lunch was good.

Convenient access to the airport terminal compared to other hotels which aren’t connected. Good sized rooms and soundproofing is good. Nice bar in reception, restaurant seemed reasonable but I didn’t eat there.

Very good airport hotel. Friendly and courteous staff, clean rooms. Spg status is rewarded. Super located at the airport. Both by S train, airport and taxi as well as Skytrain are easily accessible. Unfortunately missing is a small spa and/or something to move. In winter, individual rooms are too cold to my taste.
Very well insulated against aircraft noise. The rates offered vary from moderate (107) to expensive (200), but there are also variations per time.

This hotel is walking distance from the airport terminal so it's ideal for early departure from the airport. Just 1 Restaurant which has pretty good food but limited choice. Outdoor roof deck looks nice but smell of jet fuel made it unpleasant. Once you are here there's nothing else close by except airport terminal so it's really just an arrival/departure night option.

Very comfortable, incredibly convenient if you have to get an early flight… but breakfast is sticker-shock expensive!

Staff at the reception very helpful and friendly. Access to the airport is ideal. The terminal is just a few minutes ' walk away. Rooms have been renovated, but the bathrooms need to be modernised very quickly. The rating refers to an SPG room.

It is an upscale hotel of the prices and amenities of the room everything was OK also the staff was very friendly only annoying I found the extra advertising from the hotel on TV therefore only 4

Quite fair hotel but very original. Minute walk from the terminal. Neat but customer service can be improved quite a lot. Epic view if you get a room on outer circuit. Nothing particularly bad but as said, could be better.

Had a stopover in Germany. Tried their breakfast buffet and it waa good. Pretty good views too!

Unfortunately, the bathroom was not o. The heavily calcified shower wall does not speak for hygiene. The food was okay.

The renovated rooms comfortable but not suitable for working. There is no desk and suitable chair! They are even the Executive rooms!

Location to the airport is great. It is just across the street from where you exit the airport. Room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Had a little problem with the Wi-Fi since it kept saying my last name was invalid. So I had to get a login voucher every 24hrs. A little bothersome but not a supper big deal.

Nice hotel If you fly off the next morning. However, I find the food here too expensive.

Nice and comfortable beds, the bathroom is of good size, specially considering that is a Hotel of an airport. The restaurant is nice and with different delicious options to choose.

Checkin is smooth and the Hotel room is nice although not very big. A bit pricey though.

Very polite and friendly staff, the room was clean and quiet. There are several places to smoke in the hotel, which is also nice for a smoker. The wine list was fine. The bar offers many good Wiskey varieties. Unfortunately, the food is extremely skinny. For dinner no choice though it is a buffet, really really cruel coffee in the morning. I recommend to eat away XD.

We spent one night before departure. High quality double room, high quality bed, very tidy and clean. The service is particularly noteworthy. Very friendly and helpful. When the staff became known that we started the Silver hochzeitsreise, we were surprised with a floor filled with fruit and pastries. Very nice and attentive from the staff. Thank you again for that.

Lovely place to stay for a night. They offer many amenities, amazing food and it's convenient to have it close to the terminal, two floors down to departures and arrivals. The food is amazing.

Nice hotel at Düsseldorf Airport. The location is very convenient for trade fair visitors, the shuttle bus stops in front of the hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and our room was comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly. The only negative thing is that we had to wait a minimum of 10 minutes to get hot water in the bathroom and one night there was no hot water at all. This is a no go for a hotel of this price range.

Little pricey but good food, nice staff and good rooms.

Staying in this hotel you will stay in the very heart of the airport. Good soundproofing, spacious room with Nespresso machine and tea required. Bathtub a little small.

Room ok. Great bed and pillows. Very helpful staff, even though information was not available for Singapore Airlines flights. Pity a pool and spa are not available here. Will go to other hotel next time due to this missing. Plenty of room for a pool and the fitness room is not worth visiting (very poor).

Comfortable hotel right at Dusseldorf Airport. Room was clean, bed comfy, typical Sheraton experience (outside USA).

Only spent the night here. Very nice and clean. The restaurant had a limited menu. But what I did eat was very good.

So quiet. The rooms were nice and updated. So convienent. If you come in late or have an early morning flight, this place is perfect.

Exceptional hotel, as expected. Staff was very polite and spoke English very well. I dined at the restaurant, which was also amazing. It was rainy so the view wasn't that great, but I can imagine on a nice sunny day it would be nice to look out over the hills.

Quiet and very close to the terminal on foot just like rental cars.

Hard to be closer to the Dusseldorf airport! Odd layout — all on a single floor. But very convenient for flights. Very well insulated — not a single bit of sound from the flights. Good breakfast restaurant with views of the city.

The rooms are freezing cold and there is no heating.

You definitely pay for the name and convenience here, but it's a nice place to stay. Staff was polite and was able to answer all my questions. Air conditioning! Germany doesn't know about air conditioning yet, ;). They don't usually need it but at the beginning of July it was hot! Oh and they don't have free Wi-Fi.

Good Hotel for a Stopover or for early arrival for early flights.

What can man say only i´m sure 100% Grermany is hart of pore Europa.

Rude staff. Charged my 75 Euro for a COLLECT CALL and refused to remove it from the bill. German guy working the desk pretty much told me I was making up the whole concept of a collect call as he and the janitor on duty had never heard of such a thing (which I suppose makes it official) and then when I contacted management later they told me since I signed the bill there was nothing they could do (which is pretty much their way of saying "screw"). Will never stay here again and probably avoid all Sheraton/Starwood locations for quite some time.

Very tidy for an airport hotel. Who wants to be but luxuriously untergracht, should look for other alternatives.

Convenient stopover Hotel but nothing special. Pro: located just outside the airport terminal (1 min) and 1 min to the S-Bahn to take you into the city. Rooms are OK but nothing to rave about – especially the bathrooms are not as clean as one would expect. Check for the rooms facing the atrium garden.

The hotel is ok but the Maritim hotel next door is even nicer.
