I had accidentally booked a 3 bed room instead of a double room with baby cot. We arrived around 8 p. M. And the lady of the house refused to provide us with a baby cot. She didn't want to know about the shuttle, let alone a child seat for the ride. I had called immediately after the booking and passed everything through.
Simply nasty and unfriendly service.

The rooms are great. Only two things were a pity that the Wi-Fi doesn't work properly. And breakfast should be a little better marked and a little more balanced otherwise I was very satisfied. Attention not everyone will like it or feel the same. I was extremely pleased.

Here price/performance is right! Very nice welcome! The room small but equipped with everything you need and suuuuuuper clean! And as a service there was a free shuttle service to the airport at night (4.00am).
We will definitely recommend it and will be happy to come back ourselves:-)

All clean, only used for 1 night, but also without breakfast, as we had to go early to the airport. Nice staff, bathrooms (shower could be renewed, too high entry. This is no longer contemporary! But otherwise everything IO.

Enjoyed the stay and food.

The rooms were fine. Unfortunately there was no breakfast as we had to go to the airport at half past Möglichauch the described airport transfer was not possible so we drove by taxi.

A year-old hotel, friendly receptionist. Room with television, bath/WC and shower. Shower with curtain. Entrance to the hotel room with stairs, AUC. H The breakfast room is a staircase. Room was in the eg. Directly opposite the counter, just 1, 5m maximum distance.

They were punctual with their early morning airport shuttle drop-off that helped me reach my flight out of the Düsseldorf airport on-time. The single room that I had on the ground floor was very clean with new furniture. The Wi-Fi was fast and the hosts gave me tea in the evening. Perfect for helping me travel home for the holidays!

Nice little Private hotel. To stay overnight to get on the plane the next day, ideal. The To-airport bring-in function works perfectly. We didn't have Breakfast.

It's a good place. A small hotel. Not far from the airport.

We had a very dirty and unkempt hotel room at a disproportionately high price. Breakfast minimalist, after looking in hotel room and bathroom also not edible…

Ancient — Early 70s — no €25 Value. A cheek to rent such a thing nowadays! The bathroom sure 50 years old. The guest room very early 70s style. The Tube TV — Mäusekino…

Good for one/two nights in transit. Clean, good breakfast. Near airport, shuttle to airport free of charge!

Clean, Neat, Hotel made out of a villa, but professional, less one star because no lift, however passenger with heavy luggage are given ground floor rooms, TV not good, everything else fine, good and heavy breakfast in room and dining hall, for dinner there is a good restaurant on walking distance, Hosts are good.

Cozy room and very friendly and helpful staff.

Definitely will be my first choice if I'm transiting again for DUS airport.

The hotel has an excellent location and is pretty clean, however the reception is facing several rooms and whenever you enter or called someone to the hotel all the noise in these rooms is heard so you must be careful if you touched those rooms. It would be great to change the reception site.
The airport shuttle is really a plus if you have to travel by plane
They should put air conditioning in the rooms because there is heat in summer.

Directly at the airport. Until 23 o'clock every 5 minutes a plane at the rüberfliegen. Staff has a very robust pace and is up in the night to hear. Beds too small and the room smells of cigarette smoke.

Close your eyes and. This is the Hotel. Not more.
