We were here today for the third time. We didn't really want to go any more, but friends of ours told us that things were getting better. And unfortunately we were again really disappointed today. 4 weeks ago we had reserved a certain table, unfortunately it was already occupied. So we got another table. We waited a little bit until a member of staff came with the card. He wanted to take up the order immediately. Apparently the table was planned again. However, we actually wanted to have a nice and quiet evening, but this was not possible, as he was back 2 minutes later to finally accept the order. Bread (one slice for each; at the neighboring table there were 2 slices per person) was served. At the sushi appetizer you were unfortunately not allowed to choose which Makis and Nigiri you want (although all cost the same amount). Sushi came, although we haven't even ordered an aperitif yet. We then pointed out the missing soy sauce several times, until a member of staff managed to bring it and distribute it on the table and ceiling. The main course was the aperitif and a main course with cold potatoes and cold, woody asparagus. Further drinks and a complaint were unfortunately not possible, as the staff were probably very stressed, although the restaurant was not fully booked. Twenty minutes later, the plates were cleared without asking if it tasted good. We then spared ourselves the dessert and the espresso. Although I own the Hyatt Gourmet Club card and very often be a guest at Hyatt hotels, we will never be seen there again. It's a pity, but we're not used to such poor service at Hyatt.
