Amazing location near of City center, good service, nice view.

Good hotel but tell the reception to delete your credit card from the system after you pay for the room. The reception staff is unprofessional and cannot control the system regarding the payments. The Wi-Fi is extremely bad.

Beware of your belongings when you stay in this hotel. It is an average hotel that in normal circumstances I would just have forgotten about the moment I left it. Though, idiot of me forgot my bag with all my bath stuff in the bathroom. In “normal” hotels you just call and let them know you forgot something, so that you can pick it up later or even have them send it to you (yes, it’s happened to me enough to know that is the way it usually works). Well, this hotel told me four times, that they were going to ask the cleaning person if they found something and let me know. Four times I called and never got a call back. Three times they told me that nobody found my huge bag with my electric razor, perfume and a bunch of personal stuff I have in that bag for just in case. I find that hard to believe. Either they threw it to the garbage or somebody took it home with them. In any case, I will try to avoid this hotel chain as much as possible and hopefully, if you have the chance to choose between this and another hotel, choose the other one.

The hotel is pretty nice, modern and clean. It's located in the media harbour area, full of restaurants and nearby some touristic attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Classic business hotel, good breakfast with everything you need, including chef for omelette. Staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the beds perfect. Only the location is not quite optimal, but there is a great view of the harbour.

Very nice hotel in the Media Hafen in Düsseldorf. It's pretty modern and personell was super nice. Otherwise standard sized rooms. You've got the option to buy food and drinks 24/7 in "The Market". At least in my room there was no Minibar.

This is a very well located hotel, clean, friendly with beautiful views. The breakfast is fab and the restaurant in the evening is attentive and calm. A great bar service too. The staff are exemplary and if you are lucky to meet Lisa on the front desk, she will make you feel warm and welcomed. The house keeping is excellent and really this is an all round exceptional hotel. Well done to you all, you have made my recent stays very enjoyable and have recommended my friends and colleagues to stay with you. Keep up the good work.

Loved the room! It was nice clean and cozy. The restaurant was fantastic as well. Front desk was also friendly. I recommend this place highly.

The rooms are clean and have a good size. The port is quieter. The underground car park has little parking space. Due to the site, the parking situation is poor.

Great location in the harbour area (worth seeing! ). The room was absolutely clean, the beds good, the room adequately equipped, it was also very quiet, the staff friendly and with good local knowledge, parking spaces are unfortunately not so easy to get.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Rooms with a harbour view are worth the extra money. Small but functional gym upstairs, and you can step out onto the roof to appreciate all the view.

Nice area. We were greeted nicely. There was also an upgrade from the front office staff. The restaurant staff was also very friendly. I can only recommend.

Money for value… it's horrible. Small car park capacity, slow staffs and no communication channel between house keeping and reception. In addition. Please remove spa from your facility list… there is no spa at all. If I can rate 0 star I would like to…

A very nice hotel with elegant rooms with a nice view of the harbour. The service is friendly and helpful. Is for me a clear recommendation for a stay in Dusseldorf. Good hotel. Location is good too. The breakfast buffet is good. Fitness room is also good. Price performance is good.

The service is good, the food nice to look at but rather so medium. For this, the prices are athletic — by the hundred euros per nose it will be already, one wants appetizer, main course and (not recommended) dessert with some wine. But the view is doll. Tip: Just use the bar, the view is just as good and you can save yourself the food.

I was relatively disappointed; Very unfavorable, no or Only very expensive parking facilities. Inside. In the conference area quite unfriendly staff and the quality of the food was also more suboptimal.

Very good hotel and very modern furnishings. Great platform with breakfast and restaurant. The breakfast is very good, background music often includes live music.
The rooms are up to date. Very friendly staff. Very well suited for conferences and workshops.

Very clean. Staff was helpful and the restaurant served some excellent traditional German dishes as it was recomended by our waitress and im glad she did.

Hotel works fine. A bit outside the downtown area, better if your work is nearby. The breakfast was efficient and decent price.

There was a rich breakfast of freshly fried eggs, Omletts and pancakes. The rooms were simple and modern. When we arrived at the hotel at night we found one in the lobby, let's call it ' mini bar store '. Luckily — because the fridge was unfortunately empty as we noticed above. However, the hotel bar had been too. And we arranged ourselves with the offer from the lobby. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Great hotel with a great view over the harbour. Got a free upgrade with a little attention in the room (water, fruit, candy). Also the price was perfectly justified and seemed rather favorable compared to other hotels.

Very helpful and courteous staff. The hotel has construction going on across it's main entrance right now so feels a little under development but once inside the property it feels great.

Room spacious and reasonable quality. Would have been nice if they replaced the complementary water every day, but maybe they would have if it was empty. Breakfast was extra and really not very good. Free Wi-Fi is available, slow but steady. Restaurant was ok, limited menu but what I had was tasty.

Nice room, clean, with new furniture, complete with hair drier, sewing kit, ironing kit, water boiler. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and good quality. You can see a nice sightseeing from the hotel. Positive experience.

Not a typical Courtyard. The rooms are modern and up to date. The studio comes with a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom has a glass wall overlooking the canal as does the living room. There is also a small balcony outside the living room. The location is good, close to a lot of restaurants. The Rhine tower is a 12min walk while the old town is about a 25 min walk. The only limitation is the restaurant on site (Julian's) is pretty average, specially for the price. But there is plenty of dining options within a 5 min walk.

Rooms are big here compared to European standards. Staff are friendly. Hotel is in good condition. A nice Sauna and 24h fitness are available. The only problem I had was the AC which is quite not very cold.

Its one of the worst hotels I have ever been to in my life, the staffff was untrained, the check in time was too long and the most wiered thing is that I have to get down to the resturant and take my order from the room service!

Good location nice restaurants around, did like the funny lady Ivonne at the reception, she is fun. All other workers are very nice too. Rooms very clean but a little dated… will be back.

Clean rooms, OK location on the docks and taxi rank right outside. The food was good and the staff were great. Very helpful. We had to wait at the bar too long a few times, but it was a well stocked bar and they had sports on. Maids were very good, rooms were very tidy after coming home. Very good, would reccomend unless you want to be right in the centre of town.

The worst of the Courtyard Marriott in which I only visited. Paid Wi-Fi Internet access in the room no bathrobes and slippers, annoying service. You pay on the order of 100 euros a night and get a tret′esortnoe service. Very disappointed.

Decent and well located. I staid here a few times since it's the preferred local hotel of my company. It's very well located, in Hafen, being the current business district of Dusseldorf (and a place with some really nice architecture). It's clean, orderly, with good service — — all around decent and what you would expect from a hotel. Pricey, though, even with the negotiated rate we're paying, which doesn't even include breakfast. Breakfast offer is reasonable, with lots of fresh products, meats and dairy. They'll also make whatever you'll ask them to with eggs. When it's warm, the restaurant has a very nice terrace watching over the waterfront. There's a bar with the usual range of alcohols and some local beer, though it closes rather early. The vast majority of guests here are business travelers. I always make a point to be the only person wearing Hawaiian shirts among all the suits.
