Great service and very kind staff. We did something wrong with the reservation. We Called this morning and someone provided us such a great service. Thank you for helping us and we are looking forward to visit the hotel. Kind regards De Volder and Baudet.

Came back for a quick stay. Hotel seemed to have aged a bit since last time. First room assigned had a smokey scent, was then moved to a better room, however to enjoy full privacy one has to close the shades. Beds are comfy, the bathroom spaceous. I was wondering if mounted soap dispenser for sink and shower would avoid plastic garbarge. The gym — treadmills only — was super hot, prob aircon didnt work and it was 34C inside the room, the water dispenser's cooling neither worked. Sauna was small, I guess there're better options around the media harbor for just some little more. Breakfast is well!

I love the hotel and they no how to clean the rooms and the blanket is new I love the hotel and the reseption and the are freindly thank you radison blu.

Solid four. The exact standard of Radisson. Very quiet, calm, dignified. The standard is about 100 euro.

My enthusiasm from previous visits decreases: arrival after a long flight from abroad, arrival at 12:00 and the resolute lady at the reception refers to check in at 15:00, because the room is not yet ready. Despite hinting at a video conference at 14:00 and meeting at 15:00, she does not want to change the room and offers no solution except "You can leave luggage here". Too bad, this was my last visit.

Friendly staff, Sauna is garbage, main toilets are great but the taps with sensors are terrible. Also was unable to use the bedroom TV as the remote had a screw in meaning we couldn't switch batteries.

Unfortunately, the bed in our (business class) room was terrible… hard as concrete, an "anti-wetting" sheet on the mattress which made the whole night sweaty and pillows as soft as cotton candy, so no support at all. Then my night and day are ruined, and so were my wife's…

Simply a great place to be in the city center quickly. Good parking either in the hotel's own car park or in one around the corner. Breakfast great, beds excellent not too soft and not too hard and despite the street location quiet. Not much going on on the street at night. Love this hotel.

Once again a great stay in Dusseldorf, the super friendly staff and the ambience at Radisson Blu Media Harbour gave the weekend something special.

Rooms great and above all clean Breakfast really delicious and lots of choice if I am back in Dusseldorf for the Overnight Stay, then like to return.

I had very pleasant stay. Especially the breakfast was very good and staff at the reception friendly. Only minuses come from the rude service at the bar and stench of smoking once stepping into my room.

Great and amazing breakfast, very clean rooms, and perfectly friendly staff members. Out of the 60 hotels I've been to (and trust me, I've booked many), this is the best of all. I'd come back to the city just for the hotel if I could…

Nice staff, good facilities and nice décor. Breakfast at 26 euros too expensive in price/performance. Non-smoking rooms 301 smells hard musty.

Great location and really friendly and helpful staff, thanks a lot! From the minor things I was missing were: really small spa area, which is difficult to share with more than 3 people, no price list for minibar, strange system of air conditioning (probably we just didn't get how to adjust the temperatures, we didn't ask at the end)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean but bothered by small problems with the water drain. Avoiding the rate for the cold in the rooms, maybe it's the norm for Europe in the winter, but the windows from the ceiling to the floor and the overall air conditioning 20c did not get warm after the wet and cold weather in Dusseldorf in February.

I was at an event and the staff was very friendly. The drinks were prepared quickly. The prices are completely normal Düsseldorf prices. Unfortunately, the music was very techno biased, therefore a star deduction. The location is beautiful!

We had a reservation for their restaurant Amano Verde yesterday. We saw that they called us once at 5:30pm and our reservation was at 7pm. After trying to call them back 2 times we decided just to go. When we showed up the waitress said that they shut down the restaurant since December 25th and that they tried to call us 3 times today (which was a lie since we just got called once and called back immediately and no one answered the phone). After I asked why they would call us 1 1/2 hours before our reservation and not earlier or send an email to anyone that would have a reservation we just got a "we'll I don't know". Even the website hasn't been updated since they shut down the restaurant. That just shows a lack of professionalism in my mind. I would recommend to avoid to stay or eat at their restaurants!

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Also a great location to explore Düsseldorf. Clear recommendation!

We stayed for two nights for the New Year. Very nice rooms, helpful staff and easy to get to restaurants within walking distance. I recommend this hotel.

Good Service and really nice suites.

15 minutes waiting time in the coffee until an operation comes. Coffee has come, again 20 minutes waiting for the cake of the 8, — € cost.

Unfreundlichstes staff, what I've ever encountered at the Radisson. After 2 service forces have ignored my friend and me 20 minutes successfully, although only 3 other guests were present, we ordered on our own. When I was supposed to pay, the lady wanted to give herself a self-calculated tip. When I negated this, only a pejorative "tsss" came back. For a 0, 4 vodka-o we have S age and write €12 paid. It's really incredible when you notice that you're a gold member and only because you don't wear a suit, like a second-class person is treated. Absolute disappointment compared to the Radisson in Erfurt or Hamburg.

Good Hotel for a short weekend stay. Good restaurant in close proximity.

Fast and friendly service. Willing to give you directions to places to see, places to eat, and all around try to help you out any way they can.

I stayed here for four nights as business reason. The location is very nice calm and peaceful but you have all good restaurants nearby and tram and bus is just 100m away. Room is very spacious and clean. Bathroom is really big and clean. Room has big smart TV and I connect with My Iphone. Internet speed is good. Breakfast is ok. Pillows are very thin and I have this feedback.

Chic design hotel. Furnished with attention to detail. The bathroom is very spacious with a rainforest shower.
I had such a large bath towel in any hotel. Compliment!
For the weekend, it was OK. Had I paid the regular price, I would have annoyed me. The attention to detail is unfortunately missing care. The shower head could be decalcified times. There were holes in the wall. Thermostat is wrong. The mirror luster should be dusted off times.
On the floor is stifling air.
TV unfortunately not with ARD and ZDF HD. Many stations are distorted only reproduced. Had to watch football match with black bars above and below.

Good standard… good location.

The hotel is placed inside a very modern and trendy area of Duesseldorf. Lots of interesting restaurants and bars, if some higher prices are acceptable. The rooms are also modern and well designed with sufficient space. Service works fine, everything done as expected.

The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is superb (and fresh! ) and the location and building itself are beautiful. On the downside however, the mattress is way to firm and the pillows are way to soft. For me, it was hard to get a good night's sleep, sadly.

A modern, well-designed hotel, mixing style and functional rooms with a pleasant, intimate setting in the bar and restaurant. Very pleasant staff. The air-conditioning could be more quiet and/or allow guests to open a window, but otherwise great. Would visit again.

Had never been so friendly and helpful staff! Wooden service! After the stay in this hotel, we were simply speechless in the positive sense! The breakfast was just a dream! Way to go, we come back very happy!

A very friendly hotel. Clean and pleasant rooms and only a 20 minute walk from the city centre.

Almost perfect business suite. While the room is luxuriously decorated and the bed is Heavenly comfortable, the TV is full of antiquity and a terrible flicker picture on all channels. The bathroom is also well designed and modern; really recommended.

Can't keep with the standards of other Radisson Blu hotels (London, Amsterdam, Prague), yet staff is friendly and helpful.

One of my favs — They also do BA miles ;-).
